I read reviews and I can't figure out if I go to the same place with these people or not. Beautiful cosmetic repairs at the building, there is an electronic queue at the reception, no matter how I turn, everything is always with respect. I always get to the doctor on time. I visit this institution solely for commission inquiries. And I often meet inadequate visitors there with 20 rings in one ear alone, without stereotypes and the like, but they do not behave adequately, kindergarten level)

There is good service on the Communist side. The receptionist explained everything and talked politely. The doctors are attentive, polite, and explain everything. The nurses are great. They do their work efficiently and competently. I was satisfied, although there were certain fears.

The understanding of patients' problems is at zero. absolutely unnecessary drugs are prescribed, which only make it worse. At the same time, according to the "protocol" they are obliged to shove this stuff to people instead of normal drugs. I would like to contact the doctor of this clinic, who does not only think about salary, but is really ready to solve a health problem.

The dispensary building is now located in a yellow two-storey building opposite. The machine for the electronic queue is broken (and it was only for distributing the queue to the registry). Admission to the office is still on a first-come, first-served basis, according to the direction that will be given at the reception desk. The queue is 10 m long (the length of the corridor no longer allows), standing. There are few sofas: 2 near the main entrance and 1 near the reception. And there are two more in the hallway. There is a hand treatment stand, two video cameras, a TV that does not work and signs near each office with Braille. Doctors take no changes in time, spend 40 minutes in the queue anyway.

A complete lack of understanding, rudeness and assertiveness on the phone at once, shouting, rushing so that they themselves need the help of a doctor at the end of the conversation! An unworthy and boorish attitude towards your people, you need to be condescending to all people, and they only aggravate the situation and behave disgracefully! If possible, it is better to go through a paid examination and bypass these pseudo-doctors!
Record at least 10 days in advance, as if there is a special clinic with doctors from higher school, but in fact there are three doctors in the office and only discuss problems without helping to solve them! 🤮🤮🤮

Some people are booked for the wrong time, for which they asked, to other doctors, and consider the patients to be guilty.there were also teeth beating, it's a nightmare. My daughter almost died from injections and she has an allergy to pills.

I visit the Polotsk railway station mainly when I come from Vitebsk to meet or accompany my relatives from Riga or go to Riga myself. The station is very cozy, immaculately clean, with a wonderful buffet. The service staff and the police squad on duty are very friendly and correct. Everything is on the "five plus". Well done! If you want to do something sensible, then make paid services so that the person pays and receives a certificate on the same day. They feed you one call after lunch, then an hour later, are you serious?
