I was at a jazz concert, for the first time in the Philharmonic. I really liked the Philharmonic hall! The only thing is that it is uncomfortable to sit on the balcony, the chairs are very low, relative to the view of the stage, you have to pull yourself up on your hands, but you can't stand it for so long, your hands are melting. The only option is standing, leaning on the railing, as on the Khrushchev balcony, but it's also difficult to hold out for the whole concert. And what else I didn't like was the fake red plywood grand piano. Well, it is not written at all with such a beautiful building. It certainly deserves the best...! The building is beautiful, inside and out! Everything is very beautiful, aesthetically pleasing, convenient!Chandeliers, spotlights, essentially and very beautiful!
There are comfortable velvet chairs in the hall, just lovely! And the employees of the Philharmonic are beyond praise! Sensitive and polite! Thanks to them!

We are happy to attend concerts at the Vitebsk Philharmonic.. Performances of the Vitebsk Symphony Orchestra, the Talak Ensemble, tours of popular jazz groups are always held with a full hall - we recently attended a concert of the Minsk Dixieland. I happened to get to a concert by Denis Matsuev during the Slavic Bazaar in 2022..The program is very diverse, concerts by Russian bands.Thanks to the Philharmonic staff for the holidays

I was at a solo concert by Viktor Yanchenko. The impression is unforgettable: the singer's voice, professionalism, ability to stand on stage, charm. Thanks for the wonderful concert! Further success and victories! My favorite singer Oksana Novikova also took part in the concert. She's an amazing vocalist. It's like I've been to an opera house. "Beautiful chandeliers" is the first thing that comes to my mind when I remember my recent trip to the concert. The sound is good. The staff is friendly, neatly dressed. It's probably more comfortable to sit in the lower rows. We were sitting on the balcony and it was very uncomfortable, there was nowhere to put our feet at all. Please do something about it, maybe move the chair back a little. I understand that it is difficult to redo the balcony fence itself, but this is a mockery of the audience. Two unfamiliar women were sitting next to each other, and they also complained that their legs were insanely swollen from having nowhere to put them.I remember when we went to concerts there as a schoolgirl, there was the same problem on the balcony.

I have been to the Philharmonic several times, I recommend buying tickets for long-distance tickets to the seats near the doors. They are the most inexpensive, but the best. There are comfortable soft railings on the upper balconies, but the stage is very poorly visible from the side (the railings are high and the chairs are low, plus the view does not cover the entire stage). You can just lie down like on a pillow and listen to music.

As corny as it may sound, this place has the best sound I've heard in our city. Everything is very well set up. In general, the place is pleasant, with a nostalgic flavor of Soviet architecture.
The only thing that scares is the huge, ugly grille at the checkout, at the top of which there is also a metal roller shutter attached, it seems that you do not buy a ticket to the philharmonic hall, but you got to the checkpoint of a defense enterprise of the USSR times. The uncomfortable design absolutely does not fit with any cultural institution.

There are no complaints about the concert hall. The symphony orchestra is good. Of the cons: there are rarely concerts of the symphony orchestra, orchestras rarely come on tour, in general, I would like to see more of the program, and see advertising of events more often. If I don't specifically go to see the poster, then I don't meet anywhere else. We would like to see navigation and a kiosk for printing electronic tickets in the building.
