The organization of the chief nurse's work is poorly organized! Why is there no help desk at the reception?There must be one person to give qualified answers to all questions! Therapists are not attentive to patients, the untreated are sent to work! I really don't like the attitude towards patients, nurses are rude! You always have to look for cards yourself in the offices, you come sick to one doctor, and you will be sent to another, so that there is no your district officer and eventually they will send you to a third one.... it turns out that you will spend half a day in queues and as a result they still do not want to extend your sick leave when you feel unwell! To drive the patient to the clinic every other day, what kind of treatment is this, then for tests, then for something else! Is it normal for a patient to have these queues? I think a person should lie down, and after treatment, drive him. Maybe the new chief physician will restore order in this clinic.... today I watched, in such heat, to expel employees to these flower beds, horror!!! Where are the bosses looking?? It's a shame, we need to call the regional health service and ask how you can mock people like that, and doctors are also called when they don't regret their employees, what can we say about us patients then???!!! And people need to shorten their working hours when it's so hot, and not drive to this weeding, who needs it!!! And there are no air conditioners in the clinic, you can bend over until it's your turn!! They hung up televisions, what's the use of them? People need comfort, not TVs!! Where are the bosses looking again?? Is it not clear??? Patients and staff are suffocating.... The horror!!!

THE MANAGEMENT OF THE POLYCLINIC, WORK WITH THIS "SPECIALIST" ON THE ETHICS OF COMMUNICATION WITH PATIENTS!!!!!
