She was in the 8th ward (cardiology).
Of the cons: there are cockroaches in the wards. The food is basically normal. Some dishes, of course, leave much to be desired, but you can eat. That's where the cons ended.
Now the pros. Very good staff. I had a wonderful doctor, Victoria Nikolaevna. Almost all nurses are friendly and responsive, they treat children with great trepidation. However, there is one lady who thinks she can yell at children for no reason. He is constantly climbing, constantly making some unfounded claims. A real boor. We will not name names, those who were lying understood. Special thanks to the procedural nurse Ekaterina Mikhailovna, she never missed, always hit the bull's-eye! A wonderful woman, the mistress of ivs!
Good treatment, examination. I was lying with anemia, my hemoglobin was increased in a week.
Great buffet. A wide range of decoctions: from chips to pads. Delicious doughnuts and sausages in dough. And Natalya Alexandrovna, our beautiful teacher, leads us to the buffet.
There are cool and funny teachers here who demand knowledge, but at the same time they meet halfway. Physicist, historian and mathematician are cool!
In short, the 8th branch is top. Everyone else is writing some kind of heresy. I want to come back here again💋
In general, it suits me. Of course, there are disadvantages, but there are also no less advantages. 11. one of the disadvantages is that mothers are not with children!!! For me, this was the biggest disadvantage. Everything else can be survived. We must not forget that we are there for the sake of the children. I read the reviews and thought I would end up in a concentration camp, but no... Yes, it was difficult, but that's okay, the most important thing for me is the extraordinary doctors who are determined to recover the child and do everything!!! Yes, the rooms are ordinary, the shower is ordinary, but that was enough for me personally. The linen is clean, you can change it at least every week. The mid-level staff is friendly. There is no strong fear
Excellent doctors and teachers work at the Department of Pediatrics. I got here for advanced training courses. I was very pleased. Doctors with extensive experience, knowledge and practical application of evidence-based medicine. Let everyone be healthy, of course, but if you suddenly have to be here, you can safely trust the doctors working here.
We were lying with our daughter in pulmonology. I would like to express my gratitude to Kristina Vasilyevna, a wonderful doctor, sensitive and attentive not only to children who lie with their mothers, but also to children who are without parents. The nurses are also very good, they are always ready to help (we asked for inhalation at three in the morning, the nurse organized everything very quickly and showed sympathy with her appearance). If the wards had been renovated there, it would have been even more comfortable to be there. But the medical staff covers the disappointment of the living conditions of the sick with their human attitude.
Children's Hospital..., we lay with the child more than once! Well, to say ..., there is not enough staff, however, as everywhere, the treatment is not bad, but you yourself (if you are lying with a child, and even more so with a heavy one) need to keep an eye on it. The sisters on the posts are young, they don't want to move much ...
There is a children's room, children are engaged in games and cartoons and read
Well, with repairs, of course, the 90s will always be there!!, at least I would like to replace the windows!, but in general it is better not to get into such establishments!!!
Good health to all
Yesterday we were discharged from ophthalmology after surgery to remove a nevus. I would like to express my deep gratitude to the head of the department, T.V. Antonenko, doctor Tatyana Leonidovna and all the medical staff for their help and responsiveness in the treatment of the child. Now my daughter looks at the world with clear eyes.
It is a pity that these reviews will not come to the hospital administration. The relationship in the emergency room is terrible. Come and listen to "why to us, and not to your hospital. So what if it's Saturday and there are doctors there." The answer is "that I just looked at the child's throat and saw a rash, I'm not a doctor." I was not satisfied, I listened further to what a bad mother I am and I do not regret the child. In general, the reception was 5 minutes, 10 lectures. We waited two hours, taking into account that there were no people. At this time, they were taken by ambulance for periods.
A grandmother was lying with a disabled child in the 1st pediatric department. The head is an attentive, competent and friendly woman. Special thanks to the nurses, they always helped, quickly solved emerging issues, stayed to look after the child while it was necessary to go to the shower. The department is warm, clean, and well renovated. The cleaning of the wards is so high-quality that some do not clean the house like there))))
I put 4 stars, because the head of the intensive care unit (initially they were lying there) does not correctly conduct conversations with parents. In principle, after the call to the chief physician, this was taken into account.
Once again, many thanks to the staff of the 1st pediatric department and Lyudmila Yurievna! Good health and all earthly blessings!
From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank Alexander Alexandrovich Yanushkevich, the doctor of the surgical department. We went to the hospital on 07/10/2024 with a diagnosis of bilateral inguinal hernia. This doctor is a professional, but he is also sensitive, understanding and kind. He made the right diagnosis, explained everything to me in an accessible language. I wish you good health and success.
She brought grandchildren with Russian citizenship to the therapist, according to her residence permit. They were not accepted at the reception. They were sent to a trauma center and a children's hospital nearby. There are amazing doctors there, they were accepted without unnecessary questions, diagnosed and prescribed treatment, and everything is free and without delay. I am amazed and very grateful to the doctors.
A good center, the child was examined from a to Z. I recommend it to everyone. The doctors of the children's department are very cultured and explain clearly. 10 out of 10
They were in the surgical department from 6.05 to 8.05 .I would like to express my deep gratitude to all the medical workers who worked these days. Starting from the emergency room, Zoya Nikolaevna Epikhina wrote us a referral for an operation that we had been seeking for 7 years, since she saw the only way out of our situation.Next, we entered the surgical department, we were greeted by very polite, good-natured nurse girls, and we were assigned to the ward. After that, Dr. Alexander Sergeevich Osochuk examined us, and the next day he performed the operation at the highest level. All the staff treats children and parents as their children, they will tell, show, explain everything.for the first time, I came across a team that really loves their work. It felt like we were not in a public hospital, but in a private one.
Special thanks to the head of Litvyakov Mikhail Alexandrovich for coming into our situation and allowing me to lie down with the child.
I would like to have such a team working in Sennensky CRH and to have the same human attitude towards people.
On the plus side, the ivs work well. Everything else is disgusting. Cardiology department. The girl had a micro-stroke, you see, they need to change their clothes. Such a negligent attitude to everything. There are IVs and physiotherapy from the treatment, for all without exception. There are cockroaches in the wards, cockroaches in the dining room, cockroaches.
I would like to do better, we need to work on the relationship with children. If a child is with a parent, it's still okay, but if one cannot stand up for himself, he is treated like garbage.
Cockroaches!!! Everywhere!!!
A normal hospital, the doctors are very good and kind, but about cockroaches.... I saw a few cockroaches in my room, and it's generally cool 🙌🏽 The food is very tasty
Maybe there is a good department somewhere, but I am in the 11th department with my child. At first glance, the first minutes of being there are a little wild, but then you get used to the idea that you will have to lie here for a short period of time for the sake of your child.
Children lie separately from their mothers (mothers on the first, children on the second) Every 3 hours feeding (as in the maternity hospital), only here you take a short course of a young fighter) Mothers fully take care of their children. There is a room for pumping, the disadvantage is that the room is small, and there are a lot of moms, which is very inconvenient. The children's wards are good, which is very pleasing, for mom, the wards are not bad, but also not good (as they say, this is not a hotel, it's good that there are such), in some wards it may be draughty from the window. And so there is a closet for storing things, and a bedside table next to the bed. There is a kettle with boiling water on the corridor (which is very good when you want to drink coffee or tea), there is also a refrigerator. The shower room wants to be better.
In this department, the child is fully examined from general tests, as well as hormone tests, and all possible doctors and all possible ultrasounds, it is very convenient that such a small department and the child will be examined from head to heels + if necessary, they will also do a massage)
What can I say about the medical staff. The opinion can be divided, I can say there are nurses very cool, thank you that thanks to them even the day flies by quickly and the mood is good for the whole day. The doctors are very good. My baby has already had a neonatologist Nadezhda Mikhailovna Misyukevich for 2 months and a little. This is a very good doctor, my child is very lucky with her, and as a mother, it's nice to communicate with her, she will explain everything clearly on the phone and will explain everything in person. Only thanks to her and some nurses, I put 5 out of 5.
Therefore, those who are lying for the first time will find it difficult to get used to it here, you just need to accept the fact that it will be better for your child. And who has ever been here may not be surprised.
I'm giving you 1 star to get your attention.
The doctors and medical staff here are as friendly as possible. The food is excellent. The diagnosis is not unambiguous in our situation.
We were in the pediatric ward. You won't get enough sleep here. The medical staff flies into the ward, this makes the children twitch and not only me, and then it is problematic to put the child down from fright. The door to the box is glass, it feels like the day is 24/7. I've had my room changed 3 times. They were thrown like a homeless cat. There is no peace of mind from the word at all. You are constantly in a state of aggression. Not only does the child suffer even worse from this. It's as hard as possible here.
We were lying in the 2nd ward (a child of 10 years old alone), everything seemed to be fine, BUT one day my child was told that she could not eat after dinner, because the next day she needed an ultrasound, the next day she was confirmed and told that neither drinking nor eating was allowed. So the ultrasound was done to the child only at 16.45, i.e. the child starved and did not drink anything for 23 HOURS, it's almost a day, it's just some kind of mockery, the child cried and said that his head was spinning and his stomach was very sore because of hunger, is it possible to do this to children?...
The best of the children's ophthalmologists of the city Tatiana Valeryevna. Head of the ophthalmology department. I examined the child, gave recommendations. Polite, calm, competent. thank you! There would be more such specialists. One presence will calm both the child and the nervous mother)))
The attitude of the staff is excellent, a good doctor, Nikolai Ivanovich Zuev, helped his daughter. Of the cons, cockroaches, just terrible, slept with the lights on because there are just a bunch of them
I was lying in the second ward
of the Medical staff 10/10
The head is a wonderful person
The food is inadequate and the children are treated very well
I want to express special thanks to the senior nurse Yanchilina I. And
In general, everyone knows their business
The nurses do their job at 10/10
We were in the emergency departments of surgery and pediatrics, they watched us for a long time. The doctor said that our ultrasound was a fantasy of an ultrasound specialist from the polyclinic, they sent us to the infectious diseases room. As a result, the child spent 2 weeks in an infectious disease in vain, they changed several antibiotics, and sent him back to the regional hospital. There, the children brought from the infectious disease hospital were thrown into the general queue for 3 hours! And so, unfortunately, it always happens!
There was a fracture of the radius, the staff worked quickly, put on a cast, redirected to the clinic after 5 days for a picture, a month later the cast was removed
In September 2023, my child and I got into the famous 11th ward. We were full-term, but we were diagnosed with a heart defect. The question of why we were placed with premature babies and not in the cardiology department is not clear. If you go there and your child is in intensive care, then you should either go to a paid ward or go home and leave the child alone in the hospital. A paid ward for 8 rubles, this is a ward for two people without a toilet, sockets and any comfortable conditions. When a child is transferred from an intensive care unit to a regular unit, you can go to a free ward for 5-7 people, in very cramped conditions. In this department, children are separated from their mothers. To my questions why such conditions were the answer was - so it has been for 20 years and will continue to be, be patient! You have a certain schedule and you have to stick to it. Every 3 hours you have to go to the pumping room. This is a small room with stools and tables, without curtains on the windows, for 10 people. In this room there are our breast pumps that are "like" sterilized and you have to express milk only here, together with the rest of the women, and no one cares that you can't sit after giving birth, what's the problem, you can express yourself standing for 40 minutes. A mandatory attribute is a scarf on the head. And God forbid you don't dress her, they have sanitation. And at the same time, all doctors and nurses are in the departments without hats. After pumping, you have to go to the baby, change his diaper and feed him. About an hour, after which you go back to your room. The rest of the time, the poor kids just lie alone and scream. Only in rare cases, someone approaches them and tries to calm them with a pacifier. It just breaks your heart when you spent only an hour with the child and when you leave you realize that he will be alone for the other two hours and no one cares that he is crying there. So the question to the staff, why such torment for mothers and children??? Why did they come up with such a system at all? How can there be milk under such stress and how can you not go crazy there at all, from everything you saw? Upon admission, we were scared that everything was bad, the condition was bad and we would be hospitalized for at least 3 weeks. This was said to all incoming mothers. We lay down for a week, according to the doctor, everything became fine, the medications were canceled. I ask us to write out what I am being refused for unknown reasons. After the request to discharge us at my own request, I hear threats of guardianship in my address. But on the trail. the day the doctor still informs us that he can discharge us in a couple of days, after passing the tests. As a result, we lay for 10 days and were told on discharge that we had zero risk and in the future we only need a cardiologist's consultation in three months. The question is why did they scare us so much, with a bad condition and other nonsense, and what is this limit for staying in this hospital for 3 weeks without a reason? In addition, there is anti-sanitation in the department itself. There are mold and midges in the shower, bedbugs and mosquitoes in the wards. The child came out of the department all bitten. And the day before our discharge, the walls were painted on the floor where the kids are lying. As a result, to say that I was shocked by everything that was happening there is nothing to say. Even I was completely ready for doctors and conditions, but the fact that a person who has just given birth will lie without his child and see him only for some allotted hours is just beyond the limit. It feels like they just want to drive the poor moms crazy there!!!!
I was lying in the 11th ward, the doctors are wonderful, but the whole picture is spoiled by the medical staff. The child will cry, they will not even come, they are not on duty.but there is one in the recreation room. It's not too difficult to give a pacifier. The child will have a tantrum, no matter what they do.I understand if a lot of children were crying, no one would cry. It's a pity I didn't film them on duty at night.there would have been a complaint to the regional health department right away.none of them are there, they are sitting in the recreation room.they don't want to fulfill their official duties, then why work.
The attitude of the staff is terrible, most often only a couple of nurses are good, they are sympathetic , only 1 out of 3 doctors left a more or less good impression of themselves, the second doctor left negative memories, you can't find out anything, he will scold for everything, he can gently hint that I am inventing pain. Cockroaches are even in the dining room, there are pieces of some kind of wire in the food, apparently from pots. 8 department
I recently went to ward 8 and I didn't really like it there. A bad attitude towards children can simply yell at you because you want to ask the nurse something. The nurse can shout obscenities at you. There are only three doctors. One can yell at the whole department, the other does not tell your tests. When they want to put an IV on you, they may miss your vein several times. There are cockroaches in the ward, the windows are in poor condition, if you open it you are afraid that it will fall out, You lie on the bed, it feels like on the floor, it is very hard. The food is bad , you can get poisoned .
In general, it's not bad. But if we take it in the context of departments. We were first in the 11th ward, the attitude towards moms is terrible, the head is rude and screams. A casserole with celophane was served in the dining room. A nightmare in one word. Then we came to the 1st department for rehabilitation. We were in the day hospital. The attitude is good, the head asks everything in detail, explains. The medical staff do their job perfectly.
They were admitted to the children's clinical hospital in Vitebsk for examination, the relationship is terrible, the medical staff in the department of neurology is terrible, there is no care and understanding for children with disabilities. It's better not to go there.
Modestly, a minimum of responsibilities from medicine ...
But this is the only institution in the region and the last hope ...
The staff is very sensitive, very attentive and polite.
But Medicine does not hold up, weak...
Lying in the hospital in the department of ophthalmology, it is impossible to imagine worse in the ward of 8 people, the medical staff does not even look after the order, fights took place in the ward, broken glasses, children were painted with markers, published in the social network mess, the children did not sleep until 2 am for what honey. I answered, but they didn't kill me, and don't complain. Where the hospital administration is looking!
The attitude is not very good, the people who work there do not seem to understand what role they generally perform and that a lot depends on their professionalism, it feels like everyone is out of place, the reception was in turn, regardless, we were 1.5 months old and stood in line as adults, despite the fact that we took turns being 3rd, the doctor who took patients and made out, began to figure out some kind of relationship with the patient, plus to threaten the police, despite the fact that a woman with a small child did not even say a word, as a result, when they were still made out, this woman came out in front of her eyes with tears, now we were touched, they went to bed without fever, it seems they determined the diagnosis was put in a ward with people who had a fever and some other unhealthy symptoms, as a result, we were kept there for 2 weeks and were already with a fever and another diagnosis when the head of the department assured that everything was fine.
Special thanks to the doctors from this hospital. We came from St. Petersburg on vacation and my daughter was ill. We arrived at the hospital for examination, we were accepted, the doctors are polite, kind and decent. They took the blood, listened, and looked. They prescribed treatment. Everything is fine! Thank you very much.
Honestly, it could have been better, I recently lay in the 8th ward, there are 4 doctors and only one is inadequate, one can yell at the whole department with a good obscenity, the second can shout at anything, and the third does not make rounds, there are no questions for the nurses.
Cockroaches are running everywhere, food is disappearing from the refrigerators in the dining room, take action!!!
The staff is good, the surgical department has the most beautiful nurses. The doctors are all polite and know their business. They feed normally. Good mattresses.
Honey.the staff knows their job well, but does not inform about everything. Guess for yourself. The distributors in the dining room are rude and nervous, you can't say a word. The child had an operation and on the second day he could not come by himself, but they did not give him a portion-it was not supposed to, he was hungry.
Kind and responsive staff in the 1st department, which I can't say about the 11th there, it's just tin in a word, let all the kids be healthy, it's better not to go to the 11th department.
Not even 2 stars, it's a pity there is no way to put a half... I can't speak for the whole hospital, for the 8th department (cardiology), I didn't expect much of anything special, but not to the same extent... Well, except from the village, where there is nothing but FAP in the neighboring veska. The attitude of the doctors was negatively impressed...
Department 8. To be honest, I want to wish for the best. After all, they treat children there. The attitude is terrible. Not all the staff, of course. But the doctor did not leave a good opinion of herself either. It's a pity that they don't teach us how to communicate with parents. And with the kids, too. They are rude. It is better not to put anything in the refrigerator. It disappears. You should not turn to the head for help or advice - this will only make the child afraid of medical staff and doctors. It is better to contact the nurses, and not all of them - some can safely be rude to a child. Sanitation is crying, standing on the sidelines - they don't keep order, you can safely see cockroaches, fleas and other "living creatures" in the ward.
There is nothing more valuable than health, and there is no more responsible and honorable profession than a doctor! Your mission is difficult and noble, requires great dedication, compassion and high professionalism. Thank you so much, doctors and staff of the intensive care unit and the surgery department for your sensitivity, attention and kindness to our child (we don't even know the names of all those who helped him).
Please accept my warmest wishes for good health, professional growth, well-being, inexhaustible energy and good luck in all good endeavors!
The Simonenko family.
A double opinion.
About repairs: in a boxed infectious- euro
Under it, in the kindergarten, up to a year is worse (repairs have not reached the wards, only windows and doors.)
There is one outlet at 1.5 meters from the floor and it cannot be used, it is allowed to charge the phone in the corridor in a special place)
There is no shower in the ward, the water is turned off in season for 2 weeks, hot water is provided in kettles. How to wash a child🤷
There are cots for children, but the condition is "barely breathing"
The staff is good. The food is good
Only on the second floor there is not quite a menu for nursing mothers
On-site park, cafe,pharmacy+
We were admitted to the hospital a few years ago (my child was 2 weeks old), we were put in a department where repairs were in full swing. Dust, dirt, and cold are everywhere. The workers are walking, which is not normal. Instead of a ward, we were allocated a physiotherapy room, besides, we were moved to a man with a child (also very small), not to change clothes, nor to feed the child. The staff is so-so.
