An excellent veterinary clinic, I constantly go there with my animals, once again I had to get to this place, due to a paw injury in a dog.. Friendly, courteous and helpful staff.. The attitude towards the animal is at the highest level... Special thanks to the doctor, Andrey Nikolaevich Barashkov.. The doctor is excellent, this is not the first time we have come to him and there has never been a reason to doubt that he is a good doctor.. I would like to note the complete incompetence of Dr. Andrey Nikolaevich Barashov. In the autumn of 2024, we were forced to go to the clinic, because someone bit our cat at the cottage.
The story began with the fact that in the summer we were going to get vaccinated in the Vitebsk Regional Hospital, where we were told that they had a vaccine for rabies, and they needed to buy a vaccine for viruses. We went to the "Cat and Dog", where they sold us instead of a virus vaccine a complex (viruses + rabies Biofel PCHR) 2 identical vials, because viruses are made in two stages after 21 days. There are also not competent specialists working there who should know that rabies is injected once!
Let's go get vaccinated in the Hospital. The doctor saw that this rabies vaccination did not inject the stuffing, she said something indistinct that she had pasted the stickers in the wrong place, that when we come a second time, she would fill something up. In general, I did not understand anything, I did not delve into it, I decided that she was an expert, she knew better what to do. But during these 21 days, the cat got sick, they went to the cat and dog clinic, they prescribed treatment there and told them to wait until the second dose of vaccination. We missed the deadline of 21 days and were told that we should start from the beginning to get vaccinated. And then a story happened in the country…
They called the cat and dog clinic, with these confused explanations, I retold the story of vaccinations on the phone, they told me that without vaccinations, I should contact the City Veterinary Station.
We arrived and showed our passport with stickers about vaccinations to Dr. Barashov. He failed to read and understand and correctly determine that we had been vaccinated against rabies, showing his absolute incompetence, threatened us with administrative responsibility. And he sent me to get vaccinated against rabies. He said a lot of nasty things and threats. In total, he said that the cat needs to be vaccinated urgently and that this is also some kind of problem, to get the vaccine from the safe, the administration needs permission, the head was called (he turned out to be not much more competent than this doctor), because after looking at the passport, he also did not see that we had a comprehensive virus vaccination and in including rabies. Throughout all the receptions, he behaved extremely irritable, arrogant, it was not possible to ask anything, interrupted half a word, tried to demonstrate his superiority. He talked to us as if we were mentally retarded, he just destroyed us morally. As a result, we were given three out of four lethal doses of rabies vaccine, while the cat was not given help in the first days, they did not make any painkillers, arguing that this would reduce the effect of the vaccine and weaken the body. I took time off from work, flew to this clinic in the morning, and what I went through morally cannot be described. But on our last visit, by a happy coincidence, Dr. Barashov was busy and we got an appointment with the wonderful competent Dr. Zelena Anna Alexandrovna, who, after looking at our passport and listening to our story, saw that we had been vaccinated against rabies, and we no longer began to inject the last dose. I am very grateful and grateful to her for this. Thank you for having competent and competent specialists in this field. I think that the administration should pay attention to this incident and encourage those who are worthy and punish those involved.

Against the background of the unpleasant situation with the private vet clinic, I wanted to share a positive review about the vet station. Very nice staff, doctors and administrators. We were with the kitten several times: we got a passport, put a chip and vaccinated.
The doctors (a man and a woman) gave injections very carefully, were friendly and pleasant in communication, also answered all our questions and advised us.
If possible, we will only go here! Thank you for your work!!!
