I didn't want to write a review, but the behavior of the "aunt" on the phone left me no choice.
Of course, I read reviews about the salon, but I decided... They talk, but as it turned out, they don't.... I came personally to the salon on June 5th to make an appointment. I signed up for the 7th at 16.00. This "aunt" called me in the afternoon to confirm the recording.
Realizing that I was about 7-10 minutes late, I dialed 3 times at 16.05, but it was busy, although they immediately called me back, I said I was late. At 16.09 I went into the salon, they told me... Wait....
I waited until 4.25 pm, no one came out to me, just waiting.
Accordingly, I left because I see no point in wasting my time without having any information.
At 16.40, an indignant "aunt" calls me and asks... Where am I?. I reply that I left because no one came out to serve me. She just told me that I was late myself and that I should no longer sign up for their salon. With a service level of 100. Do you seriously think that this is how you can communicate with customers?
The answer made me laugh, an adult aunt, businesslike on the phone, but lying like a child. Look at the cameras, what kind of delay in 25 minutes you write about, salon pranksters. In principle, reviews of the salon speak for themselves. Ask them to write a couple more good reviews, otherwise it's sad somehow.

I didn't expect to come across such a trash salon in 2023. I had to leave at that moment, but I had to ask to use an antiseptic before starting work. Clicking and looking at me as if I were abnormal, the 'master' still deigned to go to some far corner behind him. Although what an antiseptiptic in a place where they use a saw, a brush, and one milling cutter for all. Since I saw very beautiful works in insta, I decided to give it to the 'master' a chance to turn a blind eye to unsanitary conditions, and asked to get a manicure without cutting. But now I really regret that I missed these calls. After filing the mold (I asked for an oval), the master smeared my nails with something, told me to put it in the lamp, and when I took out my hand, I did not believe that I really saw it. I had a natural stupor from not understanding HOW!? HOW could such a thing be done with nails? instead of my beautiful oval that had fallen off under the build-up, I saw some seeds looking in different directions with a bunch of old coating, which I asked to remove and with sawn points of growth. I ran out into the air and immediately sent a photo and an angry comment about the work of the master to the Instagram of the salon. Instead of apologies and any suggestions for resolving the issue (the best would be a rework by another master or at least a high-quality removal), they tried to convince me that everything was fine, that the master had not finished yet. But I'm sorry, these songs are not in my ears, I am a former master and model in parisnail for many years and I know perfectly well how high-quality nails are made! As a result of the correspondence, they tried to accuse me of being a freeloader. yeah, I'm attaching photos of beautiful free nails) to my attempts to pay for the removal, since such accusations, I was kicked out of the 'salon' (thanks for not kicking :) now that the stress has subsided, I realize that it was not worth even trying to prove anything. The owner just tried to prick me with it, and I fell for it. I note that other masters calmed me down and clearly understood what the problem was. The cuticle is shaggy and it hurts, the growth points too, a person with a brain and taste will even look at these nails. I do not know how to fix this nightmare with a sore hand, I will not even be able to file them (in conclusion, I recommend everyone to stay away from this place, and I wish the 'master' (a young blonde) to start developing professionally and go to a lecture on sanminimum together with the owners of the institution.
