A very cool family guest house. The hostess is responsive, pleasant, helped us with excursions.
Beautiful well-maintained territory, there is a summer kitchen, gazebos, a summer cinema, a grill area with everything you need, even karaoke!
The room is clean, the bed and pillows are quite comfortable, there is good water pressure in the shower and there are no problems with temperature regulation. There is a refrigerator, a TV.
We rested in early May, it was cold at night, but there was a heater in the room, so we did not freeze, despite the fact that the house is not heated.
The beach is 5-7 minutes away, there are several shops and cafes nearby. The city is 10 minutes away by car.
Skazka Canyon is about 40 minutes away, and Zheti-oguz is about 1.5-2 hours away. Along the southern shore, the road is being repaired, the road is bad, but without pits, the sedan will pass.

A very pleasant, atmospheric place to relax. Anastasia is an attentive and caring hostess of this hotel. The rooms are clean, with amenities. It is not noisy, in the evenings there is a pleasant calm atmosphere.
