Suitable for health tourism . Nice and comfy rooms, only downside is that breakfast is poor.

A family of 4 people lived there for a week.
One of the advantages of a good room is two rooms. It was warm and dry. The room was poorly cleaned, there were lumps of hair in the shower, and dirt by the beds.
The hotel is far from interesting historical places. Taxi ~200TL to almost any place in the center of Istanbul.
Breakfast is very weak. There is no banal oatmeal porridge. 7 days on a liquid hamlet or overcooked eggs is too much, so we ate in the city. Three types of salted olives in the morning did not cause appetite. But there's a lot of bread rolls, a lot of bad sausage, and a lot of cheese. Coffee is not coffee, but a drink like coffee. The waiters are slow. The tables are dirty and the dishes are in debt.
When booking through booking, we took advantage of the free airport transfer offer. In fact, the situation was played out through WhatsApp, that we indicated the wrong arrival time and were given a ride. They extorted an additional € 60 for the transfer at the airport. And what to do, we have two children, tired of the flight, we had to go. The Turks cheated on 60€. Next, a similar situation occurred early in the morning, it was necessary to leave at 7 a.m., they also charged for additional transfer costs to the airport for 85 €. I had no desire, energy, or time to argue.
We didn't go to the spa.
The reception and the breakfast restaurant hardly understand English.

A wonderful hotel both in terms of location and comfort. The staff is very helpful. Excellent breakfasts-delicious, always fresh pastries. The overall atmosphere is pleasant. The standard rooms are small, but everything is thought out and convenient. Modern new plumbing. Powerful air conditioner. I definitely recommend it.

Nice hotel in a nice area of Istanbul.
The staff is polite and always ready to help .
The girls speak Russian at the reception.
The rooms are clean, cleaning every day.
