I bought a rocking chair in this organization. The chair is comfortable and beautiful. The service leaves much to be desired. When buying, I recommend carefully checking the color stated on the website with the one that is being delivered. When trying to solve the misunderstanding with the color, the manager also accused me of seeing incorrectly. There are no questions about the quality of the product, but the quality of service and complaints are four.
I ordered a chest of drawers, agreed on a delivery date, and three weeks later, the date was shifted to a later date. As a result, a month later it turns out that it is not available. A month of waiting to hear "out of stock". Disgusting staff work.
Everything is fine, I found a sports playground in the showroom, the children are happy, a very pleasant consultant helped with the selection and design. We delivered the goods without problems and at a convenient time for me, everything is neat and without unnecessary hassle.
we chose the Swedish wall, there were a lot of options, contacted the manager and chose the Roman complex. I can definitely recommend it for children, my son really liked it!
