- The transfer from Sheremetyevo 18.12.24 was supposed to pick us up at 01.00 according to the schedule. First, the dispatcher notified Viber about the flight delay until 01.30. After waiting at the exit and not waiting for the transfer, they had to call the dispatcher themselves. To which we received a reply that the time had changed to 02.15. At the same time, no one informed us about the postponement!!! The drivers also did not give explanations.
As a result, an extra 2 hours waiting for the transfer.
- Drivers talk disrespectfully, they express all instructions in an ultimatum form. Although all the passengers were extremely polite. I would like to remind you that they work with people who are tired of many hours of flights.
- The interior of the bus has obviously not been cleaned for a long time. As a result, there were traces of dirt and dust on the jackets.
- When asked to get off in Minsk early (following the bus route), the drivers in a haughty form said that we were not a minibus and people would be dropped off only at the station. Although there were 4 stops on demand in Zhodino and Borisov.
- The bags from the luggage compartment were wet, as if they were standing in a puddle. We asked about the reason, and the answer was "Something leaked", although there were only things in the bag. And at home they saw that only the bag was wet.
- The stated charges for mobile devices did not work either on our or on the adjacent rows of seats.
We very rarely leave reviews, but this time we have to do it in order to warn travelers about the complete disrespect for the client of the employees of the Virage-M company.

We were supposed to arrive at Vnukovo at 01:30, and the transfer was promised at 02:00. Our flight was delayed for an hour. It would seem not so much. We informed the dispatcher about this. To which we received a rather succinct answer: "The next transfer is at 8 a.m." (that is, we had to wait 5 hours at the airport). They wanted to refuse the company's services, to which they received an answer: "unfortunately, we make a refund in case of failure at least a day in advance" (the punctuation of the dispatcher is preserved).
One question is not clear. I have paid for your service, I am not a Wang, so that I know in a day if the flight will be delayed. So why can't I either opt out of your "service" or get what I paid for?
After the question about the refund, the operator's polite communication with us ended.
We stayed at the airport for 5 hours. On the floor.
Virage M didn't care about the comfort of its customers. Of course, it is better to keep you at the airport for a long time without minimal amenities than their drivers will sit for an hour in an upholstered chair in the air-conditioned cabin of the bus.
Well, anyway, we waited for 8 a.m., went out on the platform to wait for the bus. If initially the operators politely provided all the information, such as the brand of the bus and the number, color, time and place of departure and arrival.
Then, after talking about the refund, they sent us a dry message: "Departure at 8 a.m., the bus number is so-and-so." That's all.
At 8 a.m., tired and already quite dissatisfied, our bus was waiting on the platform. At exactly 8 a.m., a message came that the bus was delayed for 20 minutes. After 25 minutes, they wrote that the bus was coming in. After another 15 minutes, a shuttle service arrived. As it turned out later, the reason for the delay was waiting for other customers at previous airports. (I wonder how to get on the list of lucky people who will be waited for?)
Since our airport was the last one, there were practically no places left for us. The luggage was somehow crammed in. We ourselves rode in the four-seater at the very end of the cabin. (There were four of us: two people in the body, and two of medium build).
The feeling of "chicken on a perch" did not leave us all the way. I think it is not necessary to describe the condition in which we arrived in Minsk.
Summing up all the above, decide for yourself whether to contact this company, and we concluded for ourselves that it is better by train than on such an attraction of unprecedented stupidity

All the people gathered on time, even went a little earlier. Before the return transfer, the dispatchers contacted us in advance. We have warned that there may be a flight delay. They were always in touch, they called and answered our questions themselves. We rode back in a half-empty bus, where we slept comfortably after a long journey. Drivers made sanitary stops every 2-3 hours. We were satisfied and grateful that we met halfway with the return transfer.

The covers on the suitcases after being transported in the rear suspended trunk, whole before this trip, were torn in a couple of places right up to the holes, although this was their fourth trip ... the UTTER HORROR!!! Thank God, the return transfer was more or less normal.

According to the contract, Virage-m can transfer time unilaterally and no one will return the money to you. If it were possible to set 0, this would be the most adequate assessment of our trip by transfer from Moscow airport. Ignoring requests to stop. An insane time delay (instead of 14 hours, we drove 18). The company simply saves on the comfort of people and shoves them from different airports into one bus, despite the fact that it takes other people an extra 3-4 hours on the bus without stops. It's not worth your money at all, spoil your arrival from vacation and the whole mood. Think a hundred times whether it's worth it.

We drove to Sheremetyevo for a very long time (13 hours), stopped literally every two hours at all gas stations. The road back was easier and faster (probably because we returned at night). There is no Wi-Fi, there is nowhere to recharge the phone (only the driver), pillows and blankets are not even in question (we recently rode on another company's tranfer and all this happened). I do not recommend this company to anyone (there is always a risk that you will have to return yourself, because due to the postponement of the flight, they will not wait and they do not guarantee seats for another time. If possible, it is better to contact another company or ask the tour operator which transfer they cooperate with.
You pay money for two sides at once, after which you become absolutely useless for this organization. There are no complaints about the drivers. The requirements for the organization are huge. On the way back, the plane's flight was delayed, which was warned five (!) hours in advance. As a result, we waited 10 hours at the airport after missing several transfer flights and, as in previous comments, we should have been grateful to the organization for picking us up after all. I repeat, by this time the payment for this service has already been made. P.S., be sure to inform us if the flight is delayed, and, do not worry, you will definitely be picked up without problems, it sounds more like a mockery.
Terrible service. They write to you, the car will be at 15-00, the car number is the color. And 5 minutes before departure, sorry. The car will be an hour and a half later. Flight delays...and strangely, these are buses that run according to the schedule....And further connections are flying by. I highly do not recommend this company.
