It all started with the fact that I brought my pet for, as I was told, a routine tooth brushing. During the “operation” he had three teeth removed, including the eye. No one contacted me, consulted me, called me back and informed me that such an operation would be carried out, and, of course, did not ask for my consent. I was not given time to think - the decision was made by the doctors without my participation. As a result, my chinchilla's eye started to fall out. After a week and a half of suffering-mine and the animal's- he finally had an operation to remove his eye. Many medications were prescribed. Unfortunately, my pet, apparently, could not withstand such a load on the body and died. It became a huge grief for me, words cannot express the state I am in due to the fact that my beloved baby died such a painful death due to the fault of these so-called unfortunate doctors. In addition, I would like to note the following: communication with the clinic is abominably organized. This applies to administrators, the doctor himself, and some interns, and it is generally unclear who hired them. Administrators are constantly unaware of anything, they have to constantly remind themselves about themselves in Viber. The doctor communicates with you from a position of “claim”, as if you owe something. The inspection, which takes only 10 minutes, is estimated at 550 hryvnias. Interns, or whoever they are, who communicate with you through a doctor, are children who can't remember anything. They bring prescriptions from the doctor, read them from a sheet, and cannot answer any questions that require clarification. There is complete chaos in this clinic, and no one is interested in saving your pet. I strongly recommend that you do not contact this clinic with your pets. I understand that my angry review will not bring my baby back, but I hope that it will save others from a similar tragedy.
