The only target building in the city of Gomel. Excellent gyms, ventilation, air conditioners, mirrors, various fitness equipment and sports accessories, a variety of workouts. Excellent coaches, any age and training are suitable for classes here. I especially love Lena. I've been training with her for many years. She has several complexes per month: back-arms-abs, stretching, cycling, strength, steps, circular. These complexes are changed monthly. Each exercise is performed according to a stopwatch, in a certain sequence, all muscle groups are worked out.

Great fitness center! Well equipped, shower, underfloor heating, air conditioning. The coaches are real professionals in their field! Polite, attentive administrators. In general, I'm happy, what more can I want from a fitness club?))

It's a great place. Polite administrators. They shine with a smile as soon as you enter the door))) Large halls. The fitness and yoga halls have a lot of various equipment for classes. I was pleasantly surprised when I found out the special policy of Fitness VIP: classes are held even with one visitor! Lockers, shower, toilet. Everything is clean and beautiful. I am very pleased with this fitness center.
