The location of the mini-hotel is excellent. There are many cafes of different price categories around. And the hotel staff are nice and friendly. But... our sink was clogged and the water was leaving very badly, but they took us for fools and advised us to raise the pimpochka (and we apparently do not know this, we flew from a remote village to Spain :-)). The shower side was very low, water was poured on the floor. The door is walking and if the neighbors have opened their own, your door is playing (but this is easily solved, a napkin is in the door and everything is fine). On the ground floor there is a small veranda, several tables. Every evening we took food to the cafe and sat on the veranda in peace and quiet. So in general, considering that you only spend the night in a room in Barcelona, it is quite suitable.
