The only disadvantage is the location, but I don't see any point in shooting stars for it, since initially you can view all the information on the Internet. Unfortunately, we did not do this, but our tour operator assured us that the metro is within walking distance 😃 there is a shuttle service to all important malls and to Marina beach. BUT it is not very convenient that the bus takes you back only at 7 pm. You can take a taxi for adequate money.
They only took breakfast. They're just gorgeous. A huge selection for every taste. Almost daily and in abundance lightly salted salmon, cheeses with mold in the assortment, etc. The staff does not speak Russian, but is so responsive that they do everything for a comfortable stay.
I sincerely do not understand grades 1-3 ⭐️
People probably expect golden toilets for this price, then you have one road to Atlantis.
P.S. There is a shopping center with cafes and a supermarket within walking distance. The prices are sooo even acceptable.
I can't imagine how you can write a positive review on this, if I may say "hotel"? I don't know where people who are happy with this place of residence live, in garbage dumps or in favellas, or what? It's not 5 stars!!!! Objectively: either strong 3 or bad 4. Now in order: the hotel looks good externally, the lobby is also decent, but that's it. Words cannot convey what is happening in the rooms. The dirt is perennial. They don't clean at all. At first they gave us a room on the 4th floor, it was disgusting even to take up the phone there, I attach a photo. The dust is as thick as a finger, the carpet is dirty and stained. There were no bathrobes in the room, they asked the cleaner to bring them, so he brought used ones from the next room, not weak, right? Dirt is everywhere! I have been traveling to Dubai for a long time, visited different hotels, and I understand that our idea of cleanliness is different. but!!!! Bring used bathrobes, I've never seen this in Dubai. They asked to move to another room, they moved it, a little cleaner. but!!! They don't take it away from the word at all. They left half a roll of toilet paper, so I had to go to the store to buy it. They don't change the bed! They don't put tea in, they have to bring it from breakfast. Two people live in the room, and they put one washcloth and a comb in the room. In general, the savings are total. The robes are torn and they are not changed. They change towels, put on water and make an old bed, and that's it. Now it's a story: 1. The rooms are very dark, the windows are tinted. The lighting is weak, so that you understand, you can't see the numbers on the safe, you have to shine a flashlight on your phone.
2. We have a double room with separate beds, so the beds are so narrow (1 m wide) that a normal man or woman in the body will not fit on it. Arms and legs are hanging down))).
The pool is cold and dark, there is no sun at all.
3. The impression of the staff is twofold: there are friendly people, for example, Sahiba, thank you very much! But, there are also boors. They asked at the reception where the breakfasts were, the girl looked at the phone without looking up, muttered something without raising her head. At the entrance to the hotel, five people stand and communicate with each other, neither the door is opened, nor the luggage is taken away. The staff also speaks specific English (Indians), they do not understand us and we do not understand them. For example, at breakfast, the cook did not understand the word potato.)))
4. There is a shuttle to the beach, but on the graph near the reception the return time is 16:00, and the driver says that at 15:00. You know when he's going back. Also, the shuttle stops not where all the individual buses are in a special parking lot near the beach, but in a rather strange place, 800 meters still to go to the beach, and you need to know how. I took everyone to the beach once, because I know Dubai Marina well, but tourists said that they couldn't find the beach from this parking lot, and that's understandable.
5. There are shuttles to shopping malls, but the time is very inconvenient and the return takes a long time.
6. The breakfasts are not bad, thanks to the cook. But, not for 5 stars, of course.
7. The hotel is far from everything, keep this in mind.
And, of course, a lot of Chinese. I have nothing against them, I love China myself, but when there are so many of them, and the hotel security does not comment on them, then there have already been incidents with tourists.
In general, let me summarize: this hotel is not suitable for tourists, nor for families with children. For one or two nights, if you are not demanding, then you can try. For recreation, this hotel is completely excluded. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! IT'S NOT 5 STARS!
