It seems to be a historical place, but 2 people per 1000 know about it..It is not marked in any way! No signs, even if they put up a stand, or something! A big omission of the city and those responsible for the preservation of historical sites.

The architectural history of Minsk. Once there was a small distillation plant that purified alcohol for the treasury. Now these are the buildings of an Experimental Electrical Repair Plant. And there was a Yeast distillery of E. I. Lyubansky not far away. It began operating in 1903. Since 1908, it has been leased from A. I. Fundiler and A. I. Irger. The new entrepreneurs installed a steam engine with a capacity of 15 horsepower. In 1913, 40 workers worked, and 60 thousand rubles worth of products were produced. Due to the collapse of the monopolistic yeast association on the eve of the First World War and increased competition, weaker enterprises were closed. Among them was the plant of E. I. Lyubansky.

It's a very interesting place. In Soviet times, there was a pilot plant.I don't know what's experimental there, but the whole area was climbing there for lead plates from the battery.More than once, the guards and dogs chased us there. Then, not far away, in a vacant lot, they smelted bales for playing for coins. Then the plates were thrown over the fence to the river and the children took them there, the fence passed right along the Svisloch, later a road appeared along the shore. Then in the 90s there were offices and warehouses, there was Autotrading on the top floor, it was necessary to go up a very steep staircase, B and B started from there. Now some of the buildings have been demolished, the building has been repainted, a couple of companies there, a car service. The building was originally made of beautiful red brick, an architectural monument, similar buildings in Loshitsa remained, the mill was made of the same nearby, it was demolished.Polevaya Street was paved with paving stones, it was beautiful there.
