The rooms are dirty. Never vacuumed. There's dirt on the balcony. I wash the floor myself. Nearby Madison has an unbearable sewer stink. They water her lawns. The sea stinks periodically when the current brings sewage from the Radison. Almost all the slides in the water park were dismantled. Totally disappointed.
We've been there a few times before. In general, the hotel, apart from room cleaning, is good. The breakfast is great, lunch and dinner too.
A huge lobby, casinos and boutiques right in the lobby. We still wear the clothes we bought there-the quality is unreal. There is a street with shops selling local fine wine, black pepper, cocoa and many more interesting things. There are about 10 restaurants with cuisine from all over the world.
There is a good water park and a huge amusement park.
I recommend the hotel as a whole. It is better not to swim in the pool, so as not to catch Coxsackie.

We had a great rest at the Vinoasis Hotel, wonderful rooms and delicious breakfasts, the whole family is delighted. We thank all the hotel staff, and especially the nice guy Loi, speaks Russian, helped us in everything)))☺️☺️☺️👍

The hotel is good, the view of the sea and the city is also beautiful.
But the staff is a quiet horror. No knowledge of the language, no interest in solving issues.
