There is no cafe or restaurant on the territory of the hotel, in order to simply buy water, you need to go to the city (although there is a cafe on the beach in the photo, in fact it does not work). The room was cleaned every day. The territory is beautiful and well maintained. The pool is clean, it was stated that it is heated, but the water is very cold. Breakfasts and dinners are monotonous. In the morning, mostly porridge, a slice of cheese, 2 slices of sausage and pancakes. For dinner, the portions are small, those who like to eat this little, Irma (who serves in the dining room) is dissatisfied all the time. There is nowhere to go from the word at all in the city. There are no discos in the hotel, and they don't even turn on music during the day. Recreation for the elderly.

A great little hotel. Beautiful spacious rooms with a terrace and their own entrance. Pleasant well-groomed territory, polite and helpful staff, private beach, good food (breakfast and dinner). We had a vacation with children in August 2021, I really liked it.

It's a beautiful place. Not expensive, clean, comfortable. The sea is 1.5 steps away. The beach is clean, pebbles. There is no infrastructure around, but these are the consequences of the war with Georgia. It takes time and money. And people are very sincere. Nearby in Adler and Sochi, people are crowded, but it's quiet and cheap here.... Excursions were taken every other day. A day at the beach, a day of walking. We liked it.

Horror. The food is simple, primitive. The pool is nice and comfortable. The rooms are also comfortable. I advise you not to overpay for the sake of appearance. The beach is normal. It's not great because it's rarely cleaned. The staff is pleasant.

Compared to the major cities of Abkhazia, it is a truly quiet and pleasant place. There is no crowd that roams the streets day and night. The hotel is not bad, but the price is too high. Very often there is no light, but this is the trouble of the whole of Abkhazia. Cleaning is like every day, but it comes down to mopping the floors and cleaning up the garbage. Linen is changed every three days, although they promised every other day, five days before the end of the rest they stopped changing at all. The assortment in the dining room is the same with a cycle of three days. You won't stay hungry, but there are no delights either. For money, you can order from the menu - not much better, but very expensive and does not match the price. Khinkali, for example, costs 60 rubles a piece, and there is less meat in them than in dumplings. We ordered a cradle - two pieces in a serving, one was eaten - delicious, the second turned out to be hair!!!?? The waitress, or the main one in their dining room, is outright rude when trying to achieve something. Like - so what?!!! There are good cafes in the city itself, but far enough from the hotel.
There are large pebbles on the beach, it's really bad without special shoes. Fortunately, the slippers are sold at the local market. Sun beds are free of charge. They were infected with rotavirus twice during their vacation, but it's everywhere on the Black Sea.
In general, a quiet hotel with very unobtrusive service and poor food. Yes, there are a lot of Mosquitoes, have a fumigator with you. They don't give it at the hotel. Hi-fi works abominably.

A beautiful place, furnished with luxury. The water in the pools is not marine, well-groomed territory, minus one is not a well-groomed area near the sea, there is no attention to this area at all. There are sun beds, a canopy, but there is not enough of either.

Beautiful air, clean warm sea, great views.
Quiet, nice pebble beach. There is a steep descent to the beach, about 50 steps.
There is a swimming pool, chlorinated water, not heated. You will not be able to take a nap and relax in the pool area: there is a strong noise from the circulation equipment installed two meters from the pool.
Breakfast starts at 9:00. And so it is almost everywhere...
and here also with an hour limit.
The menu is canteen, Soviet times–no vegetables and fruits, breakfast and dinner options are not provided. The food is exclusively for fans of unhealthy, monotonous food in the worst traditions of Soviet catering.
Attention! Payment at the hotel, and many places, only in CASH.
This is important, but neither on the website nor in a conversation with the administrator when booking, they do not warn about this.
Yes, the service is still bad: it seems that the room is an apartment, and the floor in the room is swollen with waves; and the king size bed creaks; and there is an umbrella on the veranda of the room, but for some reason it is dangerously attached with bricks; and the room is 120 sq.m, and there is not a single outlet near the bed; and there seems to be an iron, but an antediluvian one, the ironing board is rusty, with a damaged wire; and there are two bathrooms in the room, and the sewer stinks; and security seems to be always in place, and you wait for the gate to open for 10 minutes; and breakfast is late for something, they eat dry in the rooms, and a simple microwave in the there is no public access.
Everyone here is friendly at first glance, but they are firm in exaggerating the quality of their services and the level.
Price and quality are not correlated.
There was no desire to return here next time.

We would like to sincerely thank the hotel manager Gennady Viktorovich for the impeccable organization of the team's work.
Starting from the reception desk, you immediately fall under the charm and professionalism of the administrator Laura and her assistant Said.
In the cozy cafe of the hotel, you will be warmly welcomed by caring Irma and you will be deliciously fed by Alice, Astanda and Kim. In addition to the set menu, which is included in the price, you can order any dishes of national cuisine. We really like the way trout and khachapur are cooked here.
The cleanliness and comfort in the room will be provided by the lovely and hardworking maids Anna and Shura.
The hotel has a freshwater swimming pool and an equipped beach: there are umbrellas, a shower, a path to the sea and comfortable sun beds. Their excellent condition is maintained by Hadamard.
Due attention is paid to ensuring the safety of vacationers. Thanks to Jamal, Hajarat and the other guards for our relaxing stay.
We wish the entire staff of the hotel to continue to maintain a high level of service for vacationers. We will definitely come back to you.
I would really like the hotel administration to think about an equipped descent to the sea. Large pebbles make it very difficult to enter and especially exit the sea.
