We came to Abkhazia spontaneously! The choice fell on this wonderful Hotel!We didn't regret a minute!!! The staff is respectful! Irma, the head of the kitchen, is a super woman! Thank you so much to her!!!Guards-respect! Special thanks to them too! Unfortunately, we came here for 3 days and 2 nights... not enough...Oh, how little.
The rooms are equipped with towels, slippers, bathrobes, and a tooth.brushes and pastes, razors.machines and shaving gel,shower gel,liquid soap,disposable soap, air conditioner, refrigerator, TV, Wi-fi!
On site, heated swimming pool,beach- 1min walk.The sun beds are free!
Breakfast and dinner are included! And the food here is Sooooo delicious and in huge portions!
In the evening, you can go to a cafe on the shore, "Veranda"!! It's awesome there too!
We recommend it!!

Six of them went for 10 days: three friends with their daughters (9,10,16 years old). We rented the largest room - 120 m, that's something. The room is beautiful, clean, good new linen, has everything you need. One small minus, the mattress is too soft for me. The terrace is beyond praise, the furniture is comfortable, the view is magical. Breakfasts/dinners are without frills, but everything is delicious, homemade. Lunches were ordered according to the menu, you can take a complex one for 540 rubles. There are no prohibitions on taking out food, the children took breakfast to the room, had dinner several times on their terrace, and dinner was brought to us without any additional charges. There is a great Veranda restaurant a stone's throw away, in the evening it is better to book a table or you can order takeaway food (we ordered, paid by WhatsApp and told the time when we would pick it up). Pharmacy, market, shops are all nearby. The pool is clean, comfortable sun beds, umbrellas, there are no problems with places. The beach, as everywhere in Abkhazia, is rocky, there are canopies, sun loungers, a shower, the sea is clean, warm and almost immediately deep, literally five meters and there is no bottom.
Many thanks to the staff - Laura, Irma and everyone else for a wonderful stay. I definitely recommend visiting both Villa Victoria and Abkhazia in general.

We had a family vacation in September in a house by the sea.
5 stars just for the fact that Villa Victoria is an "oasis in the middle of the desert", if you find yourself there, you will understand what I'm talking about, especially going out in the evening to walk along the embankment and look at other hotels, the territory, the beach....
Well, now everything is in order, and yes, the price is still too high.
Territory: 5 out of 5.
Beach: 5 out of 5, but in the morning we had to carry the deck chairs to the beach ourselves.
Number: I will put 5 out of 5, but the condition of the plumbing was a little upset (the sink was leaking and the shower stall). And so the room is good, everything is there - a safe, a refrigerator, a kettle and tea accessories, an iron with ironing board, air conditioning, a fan, a TV, disposable slippers and bathrobes, beach towels, a good extra bed in the form of a sofa that unfolds and becomes larger than a double bed, toothbrushes, paste, shower gel, disposable shaving machine, towels... The balcony is just huge, two sofas and a table, there is lighting.
And separately about nutrition. Yes, you will not stay hungry, but still, for such a price, you would like a more varied diet.
For breakfast, porridge with milk (semolina, rice, hercules alternated), bread, butter, sausage cheese, honey; plus a boiled egg, either an omelet, or scrambled eggs with sausage, or cottage cheese with sour cream and raisins, once there were pancakes. A choice of tea or boiled coffee (one glass per person).
Breakfast starts at 09.00, I would like it earlier.
Someone wrote in the reviews that they had eaten bread for the year ahead, and I had sandwiches with butter and cheese (sausage).
For dinner, sliced vegetables or vegetables in the form of a salad with seasoned oil (cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers), once there was boiled beetroot and fresh cabbage salad; side dish buckwheat and pasta, once there was mashed potatoes; cutlets, meatballs, chicken, bell pepper, pilaf, bread and compote.
There were not enough pastries and fruits.
And you could think of drinks in the room, well, or at least tea bags, coffee.
About the pool. Once we came, and there was a photo shoot for schoolchildren (and we go barefoot, since we can't wear shoes, and the students were shod, they also put their feet in the pool), twice there was an on-site registration (wedding) and it was impossible to get into the pool, it was decorated with balloons. It was not very pleasant, as the sea was stormy, and it was impossible to swim with a small child. And when choosing a hotel, they were looking for a pool as a backup option, in case of waves, or if a child is afraid to swim in the sea.

A good hotel, we did not get here the first time, places are booked back in February-March for July. The rooms are clean, spacious and cozy. The staff is friendly, they have never heard a bad word. As a huge plus, it has its own beach, equipped with umbrellas and sun loungers, for free. There is a swimming pool, the area is clean and well maintained. There is a lot to tell good things about this villa, but it is not realistic to retell and convey the atmosphere in words! The villa differs from other hotels on the first line and beyond, it has a Mediterranean style and a picturesque area. Large cozy rooms, cleaning every day, large balconies and unusual views of the sea and mountains. The staff is very polite and helpful. The cuisine is homemade, you may not see variety and delights, but this does not affect your stay or mood in any way, it is the view from the room or territory that is invaluable. There are two cafes nearby with quite dimocratic prices and very tasty lunches and dinners. I really liked everything. Thank you very much to the hotel administration! The hotel is located on the shore, near a clean, equipped beach. The hotel offers free sun beds and an umbrella. There were very few people on the beach, although the area is not private. The only drawback is a lot of stray dogs, but they are everywhere in Abkhazia. There are pebbles on the beach. You can buy bathing slippers near the hotel.
There is also a swimming pool on site.
The rooms are clean, the furniture is not new, but without serious damage. But the bedding should be replaced. There are yellow spots on the pillows and blankets, the mattresses are barely alive. The rooms have bathrobes, slippers, everything for the shower, dishes, refrigerator.
WiFi is working fine on the ground floor, on the second floor, where our room was, it practically does not work.
The room cleaning was a little frustrating. The maids are not ready to wait even five minutes for you to get out of the shower. Once, after cleaning, they did not lock the door in the room, on the last day they decided not to clean at all.
There is often no one at the reception, and there is no indication where to look for them.
We liked the food. Delicious coffee, breakfast and dinner at home or in a very nice dining room. No frills, but quite tasty.
The only thing is that the menu order works according to strange rules. If you suddenly get hungry at lunch, of course you will be fed, but you will be lectured :)
There's not much to do in the city itself, but it's quiet and peaceful.

Every day there are two pieces of porridge, scrambled eggs, cheese and sausage. The bread is white. (I've had enough of it there for the rest of my life) It's not fresh every day. Maybe two or three days of freshness. No loaf, baguette, wheat bread. Only white. Lunch:soup in which vegetables are cut like piglets, in huge chunks and the second, such as buckwheat or pasta (the cheapest) and meat something, or fish (exclusively pollock)) . For dinner, there is always a side dish from yesterday's lunch😂 pasta can be certified so that you can nibble😁vegetables can give a chopped cucumber. We visited the hotel in August 2023. The duration of the stay is 5 nights. I am writing this review, first of all for those who are going to Abzasia for the first time. The hotel certainly stands out from other hotels in Gudauta, and even more so against the background of the general devastation around. It has its own style. The rooms are spacious. The furniture is not new, but not critical. The territory is well maintained. Greenery, lighting, benches, a swimming pool - everything is there and looks quite cute. At first glance, everything is great, BUT: there are sun loungers on the beach, but no mattresses; there is a smart TV, but the Internet "does not pull"; umbrellas around the pool are fixed with bricks; the terrible smell of sewage in the bathroom; the door to the balcony with a broken lock and damaged double-glazed windows; room cleaning is poor (from carpets lying in the in the room, hair rolled in tangles); tea, sugar, coffee are not provided; there is not even a cooler with water throughout the territory; sockets in the room are located chaotically and thoughtlessly. The price is 12,000 rubles/day. For 2 people. In my opinion, it's too much for such a service. But these disadvantages are easily eliminated, I took 1 point for the entire "set". I took off 2 more points for the declared "nutrition". Here is a complete failure! It's not tasty, it's not beautiful, and it's absurd: what a salad of fresh cabbage and pickles was worth!!!))). An eternally dissatisfied woman, tossing her "culinary masterpieces" in front of you from a plastic tray, can not be perceived otherwise as an elite show!))). I will not dwell on the menu in detail. Everything is described in previous reviews. Not far from 30 meters, there is a wonderful cafe. We ate there. There are shops within walking distance, water, drinks, tea are always available))). Separately, I would like to note the universal confidence in their own exclusivity and uniqueness. It is not necessary to make comments or express wishes. Would I go back to this hotel? Definitely not!

A very unusual hotel, but rather a villa: few rooms, all rooms are spacious and clean. Villa Victoria is like a trip to Grandma's village: a very intimate setting, no more than 30 people in the entire hotel. The territory is very well maintained, large, the children played and entertained themselves, but it was very cozy. The beach is 50 meters away and it is empty - there is no one there, it is a zone of silence and complete tranquility. Really, if you don't want crowds, then that's the perfect place. There is one big nuance that needs to be voiced right away: no buffet, the food is clearly only the one that is given for breakfast and dinner, I don't like it - it's not worth going. There is always porridge, sausage and cheese for breakfast, a side dish of mashed potatoes / pasta/rice and something meat/fish for dinner. There is no fruit at all! If there are certain hopes for a variety of dishes and a large volume, then this is not your hotel.

The villa does not justify the money spent. The room is good (you can't say anything). Breakfast and lunch ,,below the baseboard,,. The level of a cheap canteen. Edible, but when the room is from 10t.that kind of food is not acceptable. Dinner cutlet with mashed potatoes or 5 pieces of meat in sauce and buckwheat with cabbage salad and compote is nonsense. And there is no choice. If you don't want it, don't take it. I'm not talking about the attitude of the staff. It seems that we owe them all. They answer,, through their teeth,, and with hatred (except the administrator). You can't go into the pool, there are so many children and the most important thing is that most of the people by the pool are not from the hotel. Whoever wants to comes, takes sun beds and swims in the pool and on the beach. When asked why this is happening, the answer was that we cannot control because they can still visit from their hotel. But it is not known who these people are. It's good that the rooms are cleaned (every day, this is the only plus).

The hotel's beach is large, there are umbrellas and sun beds. For all the rest time, whenever you come to the beach, you can always find a place where you want. The hotel is conveniently located, next to the cafe Veranda, going a little further to the cafe Balcony and others. The market is a 10-minute walk away, there is nothing there, there are a lot of pharmacies- you can buy everything, they even sell blisters.
The hotel's food is monotonous and sometimes not tasty, breakfasts and dinners got boring quickly.

We had our first vacation in Abkhazia in the summer of 2021. This hotel was intermediate before settling into a large hotel, but it became one of the most pleasant memories of the holiday. The hotel is small, there are few vacationers, the territory is well maintained, the beach is nearby, the sea is clean. The beach is almost wild. There is a canopy, sun beds. The breakfasts are very simple, but nearby there is a cafe "Veranda" about which you can write a separate review: delicious food, live music... You can take a taxi to New Athos.

My husband and I have traveled to more than 30 countries, and there is something to compare it with! First of all, it is very clean everywhere:the territory is green, well-groomed, rooms are cleaned daily, very high quality, linen is changed every three days (linen is super white)! The food is homemade! : Breakfast and dinner! If there is not enough, you can order extra. Prices are cheaper than in nearby cafes! Wonderful staff! We stayed at the Villa Victoria Hotel from 04 to 15 June 2022, the impressions are mixed.The hotel is small but very cozy, although the canteen manager Irma (I repeat after Alexey - always with a dissatisfied face) spoils the whole picture of this wonderful hotel. The breakfasts are delicious: porridges alternated, semolina, rice, oatmeal and again in a circle, a piece of cheese and two pieces of delicious sausage are attached to the porridges (everything was cut in the evening and therefore in the morning everything was already dried up. Sometimes fried eggs were served, or just a boiled egg or a thin, thin omelet. Plus, honey is very tasty in a small bowl. coffee is very tasty only for adults, children aged 11 asked for coffee and Irma said that coffee is not allowed only for adults, tea or compote for children. compote diluted with water. For dinner, just buckwheat or just rice without meat (my husband got one piece of chicken meat, and I got one rice at all), once there was mashed potatoes with a cutlet. pasta with goulash is delicious. On Russia Day on June 12, the owner ordered each vacationer (so Irma said) to serve a glass of wine, they asked for another one, they were not given, although they got drunk and went home tipsy (sour wine bought at the local market) but thanks to the owner. The best hostess of the dining room is Jamila, she cleaned and swept the territory all the time. We didn't have lunch there anymore. We had lunch in the cafe "Balcony" very tasty and varied, in the cafe Veranda there is little choice and expensive, the room is "cleaned every day", towels and linen are changed every three days, but make up yourself. The balcony is not washed, the tables are not wiped. The bed, as promised on the website, is double, no, it's two beds pushed together. We tried to find out room No. 7. They said they had double beds only in the suites, shifted in all the others. You need to write on the site correctly so as not to mislead people. The bride and groom arrived and had to sleep in fact on different beds. The mattresses were old, I had to put another blanket on, my back hurt terribly after sleeping. The air conditioner is not working, they turned on a little work and the water ran out of it not into the street but right in the room without stopping (please fix it) The beach is pebbly nearby, sun beds, umbrellas, towels included. The cafe on the beach does not work, I had to go to the city to shop for water or ... It's too bad that there is no water in the room. Irma said drink from the tap, you can. Two cougars live next door to the hotel. Adam is a very attentive guy, he cleaned and brought deck chairs and uncovered umbrellas. we never met the administrator, since we arrived on Saturday and Adam settled us without registering (he said on Monday the administrator would come and register, but we lived like that) The territory is super beautiful, lots of greenery, the pool is warm, you can even swim in the evening, it is not forbidden. It was my first time in Abkhazia and I fell in love with Abkhazia. In general, the hotel is just wonderful, I will go again only to this hotel.

The Villa Victoria Hotel is small, but very cozy. The photos on the hotel's website fully correspond to reality. The beautiful pebble clean beach at the hotel is equipped with sun loungers and parasols. I was pleased with the friendly and helpful staff of the hotel, especially the good fairy Irma. It was also a pleasant surprise that the owner of the hotel, Gennady Viktorovich, is very attentive and caring towards the guests of the hotel. There is a clean, warm pool on site, and this is very important when the sea is cool and you are traveling with children. The cuisine is homemade, especially the deep-fried lamb, khachapuri, and the soups are amazing. The portions are quite large. The hotel is perfectly clean, the room was cleaned every day. We had our first room on the ground floor and the generous Irma ordered that our breakfasts, lunches and dinners be brought directly to the veranda. There is a small children's playground on the territory of the hotel, which is important for vacationers with children. The territory of the hotel is very well maintained, there are many flowers. Overall, the hotel is wonderful, we will definitely return next year. We used the transfer from the hotel, the driver Ahra is a cool guy, loves children, kind. Dear hotel staff, YOU are great!
