We stay at this hotel for the third time, the food has only gotten better from year to year, a wide variety, once we even got to spaghetti with oysters with wine sauce. Breakfast, lunch , lunch , cookies and ice cream time . This time we took the standard room, it is located in the next building across the street. One of the advantages is silence. But it's better to take a suite. You will not regret it, there is a view of the city, the mountains and almost the whole of Alanya. (But the minus is that the main body is there and it can be a little noisy) There were also shower accessories. In the standard, you need to have everything of your own. But the room is newly renovated, the room itself is large. They clean up often and also gave two more blankets at the request (just like a blanket, it's already cool at night in October). And plus a kettle in the room with cups. For pensioners, this is generally a super hotel, since every day there were dances in our building, a master class was held on different types of dance, as well as someone knitting, someone drawing, everyone sat and got acquainted, it was very nice. We recommend the hotel.

Great hotel.It is located in the center of Alanya.There are many shops within walking distance.The food at the hotel is varied.Fish, meat and all sorts of goodies are always available.The rooms are two-room, clean.The rooms are cleaned every day.The hotel staff is friendly.The only disadvantage is that it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the beach. Although it is even useful to walk after a delicious meal.I definitely recommend this hotel for a vacation. I will definitely come back again.

I was here for a week on the 20th of September 2024.
The hotel is nice, quite fresh, located in the central part of the city.
Cleopatra Beach is a 15-20 minute walk away.
The hotel consists of several buildings: the main one and an additional block across the street. We took the superior room (it was in the additional block).
The room is clean, the bathroom with toilet is small but neat, there was a small balcony (not a view).
The room had a TV, a safe (for an additional fee - 1€ per day), a mini fridge, a hairdryer in the toilet. Upon check-in at the reception, they asked if WI-FI was needed in the room - we refused, but there was WI-FI in the room anyway (there is free only in the lobby where the reception itself is located).
We were all inclusive, there was a lot of food, it was varied and delicious. The bar with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks is open from 8 to 23.
Cocktails are made for free, but only if the bartender himself interferes with them. If you want a certain cocktail, you have to pay 12€.

They don't speak Russian well at the reception, but an interpreter will help you and in any case they will find answers to your question.
Check-in was at 2 p.m., it was paid for a standard room, but we were settled in a suite.
Everything in the room is perfect and clean. There is shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and soap. By the way, slippers were not given out , this is for information , which hotels do not have …
The linen is clean. There is no iron, they iron for a fee.
The food is very great, I gained 2 kg in 6 days🙈
What they say is that it's 15-20 minutes to the sea, it's not true 5-7 minutes…
They give you a towel , the sun beds are really occupied , but you can find free ones…
What they write about the fact that they have big stones in the sea and you need to be careful, so the hotel is not responsible for this. There is a bar near the beach, you can take drinks and fruits…
As for alcoholic beverages, there are free cocktails, you can find out all this at the bar…
The animation is interesting , we did not participate, but we passed by…
Every evening there is always a children's and adult program, very interesting. It was very rarely that the evening program was missed. Separately, I advise you to visit the club that is located next to the hotel. The guests of the San Flowers hotel have free admission, they really liked it very cool.
There were a lot of people in August, which says a lot about the quality of the hotel.
If I bother to visit Konakli, I will choose this hotel.

We rested from 09/10/2024 to 09/17/2024. The first thing we were shown after arriving at the hotel was our room. The first impression of the vacation was ruined. The building in which our room was located was across the street from the main one, two single beds in the room, a view from the window of the neighboring buildings, a paid safe, Wi-Fi 3GB a day for free, the staff speaks Russian from the strength of hello and bye, BUT!!! After a day of rest and visiting the restaurant, bar, swimming pools and various places of this hotel, everything that was before was gone. The beds were moved into one, the safe for 6 nights costs 6 bucks. Translated into our 550 rubles (which is not very expensive). 3 GB of Internet turned out to be a lot, even for two. The room has a great balcony where you can dry your clothes and relax. Wi-Fi is free in the main building, as well as in the dining room and in the area of this building. I would like to note the friendly staff separately, although they do not speak boom boom in Russian. The restaurant here is very good. Of the minuses, there seems to be nothing to eat for breakfast, although there is a lot of choice. The bar treats you to the most delicious Efes beer and various drinks of its own production for free. The hotel is mainly used by old Europeans, 10-15% of young people are there. The rooms are cleaned every day. Cats and cats roam everywhere. If you are flying from Anex Tour, then keep in mind that individual guides will cash in on you as soon as they can. Our guide's name was Ekaterina, a pleasant girl who speaks 3 languages and can put noodles on your ears in such a way that you won't understand it right away. She gave us a jeep and yacht tour. To be honest, we really liked it and the tour guide was very cool. The tour was new, during the whole vacation we did not see such a thing being sold anywhere. But the transfer service to the shops of leather, fur, various clothes, food and gifts, it's a complete *** lovo. You will be taken from the hotel for free to "secret" places where prices are 100% higher than in regular shops and markets. In general, I advise you to look closely only at excursions and then if you see that the price and quality correspond. In other cases, refuse, there are various sites and applications where you can buy excursions at normal prices (for example, a smartphone app and sputnik website).
Every day we went to different beaches, Cleopatra and the neighboring beach on the other side of the mountain (municipal) with free sun beds and umbrellas. I give 5 to this hotel for sheltering us and making our stay brilliant!

Excellent hotel, the food was very tasty. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the beach. The animation is not bad, but for an amateur. I advise you to go to the hotel with at least a minimum knowledge of Russian. Because the staff practically does not understand Russian. There are practically zero Russian guests. We contacted online support, they said they would consider the offer within 3 days, it has been 17 days since no one responds

The hotel is compact and European-oriented.I didn't meet any Russian speakers there and the staff doesn't speak Russian.But it doesn't matter to me. So I recommend it for those who are not used to seal holidays.

We had a rest with my husband from 04.05-13.05.24.When we arrived, we were met by the administrator AYLIN, wonderful, friendly,immediately settled in,went to eat,the food was delicious and varied, up to 5 minutes to the sea, a bar on the beach,fed for slaughter.Regarding alcohol, there is even champagne, room cleaning every day, towels are given to the beach every day.There is animation.Everything was great!!!

A great hotel for a family holiday, polite staff, when you lie on a sunbed by the pool - you forget about everything. Special thanks to the chef and his assistants!!! The food is delicious, for any choice, from morning to evening. A nice selection of cocktails, Efes beer, cake and ice cream!
The hotel is in the city center, you can walk to the sea or on foot or by separate transport. We went on September 23, I want to thank everyone again for the rest!

The main disadvantages: we had a tired room (the sofa was not clear, it constantly moved out as soon as you sat down; we asked for one bed, they folded two for us and the light was constantly turned on at night because there was a switch right at the head; the bathroom was tired; there were swollen slopes everywhere)

The sea is 1.2 km from the hotel and buses ran only in the morning from 9-10 am,
We'll be back at 15:00. I had to walk a lot.
And of course there are paid umbrellas and sun beds on the beach.
Advantages: the center of Alanya is within walking distance. There are places to go and things to see.
The food is basically 3.5.
There are pleasant staff at the reception.

- the menu is very diverse, especially sweets, not 5 stars, of course, but fish, meat, side dish, vegetables, fruits, everything was in decent shape and in large quantities every day
- it's 15 minutes to the beach, but walking around the city when you're constantly eating is not very problematic

We had a rest in the middle of June. I liked the hotel.
The food is varied.
For breakfast: porridge, cereals, boiled eggs, omelets, pancakes, vegetables, fruits.
For lunch: Chicken, turkey in large quantities, fish, beef a little less, lamb was given during the holiday. Various side dishes: rice, chickpeas, bulgur, potatoes, pasta, vegetables (grilled, stewed, fresh). Olives, pickled peppers and vegetables. Fresh salads.
For dinners: similar to lunch, but different. Each time there was a separate stand with the "dish of the evening" (shawarma, sushi, lamb, spaghetti..)
Fruits: bananas, apples, pears, oranges, melons, watermelons, peaches, nectarines, plums. There were also delicious strawberries and sometimes cherries.
Desserts are sponge cakes, a little jelly and baklava of various kinds.
The bar was open from 8 to 23. Various cocktails were in the way.
The room was cleaned every day. Clean bed linen. The plumbing is in good shape, there was no unpleasant feeling in the bathroom.
The room consisted of 2 rooms - a bedroom and a "living room" with a TV, refrigerator and wardrobe.
There were several Russian channels on TV.
In the evenings there were performances: a cover singer, Mexican dances, etc.
There is a shuttle service to the beach.
The hotel has three swimming pools. One for toddlers, one for children, one for adults (in depth).
The staff is friendly, thank them for their work!
Convenient location, 5-7 min to Ataturk Boulevard.
I recommend this hotel!

In general, for the first 2 days I had a condition - "or maybe go home and sleep normally." In hotels, you try to enjoy feather beds and snow-white pastels... but not in it. And, also, the mattress pad does not fit the size of the mattress at all. Well, it's a shame
The reception has the appearance of a beach hotel. Chandeliers from the 20th century, there are no hangers on them. Not all the lights are on. Well, in general, aesthetics are zero for the money you pay. The view from one is beautiful. He probably also saved the vacation.
Whoever wants to go, turn a blind eye to it. Buy yourself a pillow. And take a duvet cover with you for comfort

The shuttle goes several times to the sea in the morning, and back only once at 15:00. The contingent is mostly elderly Germans who drink like horses and make noise. The location is in the very center - all the sights are very close, within walking distance. The room stock is a bit outdated, but everything is pretty decent and clean. The food is decent.
10-15 min walk to the sea. There's a shuttle running, but we didn't use it.

The view from the balcony is gorgeous in the main building there was a 7th floor.It's a bit far from the beach, but there is a transfer service. It was not difficult to remember the way back, so we walked. And so the city center is all nearby. They simply feed ice cream and hamburgers and potatoes for slaughter, in addition to breakfast, lunch and dinner, drinks are very tasty, the bartenders are super mololets. The children stayed very long ago. Cats are a delight. There were performances by invited artists that were interesting and varied our evenings. Everything is washed and cleaned every day and the rooms and the territory itself and that's it. The rest was great and the time flew by quickly, it's a pity. We recommend it.

We were at the hotel in September 2021, according to the voucher, the room was standard in a separate building, for an additional fee of $ 5 per day we lived in the main building in an improved apartment. The rooms are excellent, cleaning every day, the staff is friendly and nimble, guests of different nationalities, many children. We lived on the 5th floor, wi-fi was weak and only on the balcony, in the lobby and by the pool, but not always nimble. Meals - breakfast is very poor, lunch and dinner are decent. The animation is decent - musicians, dancers, acrobats, fire shows.

The hotel is urban - you have to walk to the beach (they say 15 minutes, but there are many streets and the heat with the child will be longer, there is a transfer in the morning there, in the evening back), but shops and other places are within walking distance. Hello, we have been vacationing in this beautiful, most cozy and friendly hotel for 3 years in a row. The location of the hotel is very good, despite the fact that you can walk to the beach, but there is also a transfer, it does not bother, since you go and admire the city. The hotel has a wonderful and varied food, lots of fruits, and desserts are just wonderful. The rooms are bright, large, have a good view from the balcony, and in the evening, when the illumination turns on, the view is simply mesmerizing. We had a great pleasure to be at this hotel and if everything goes well, then next year only to our villa. Many thanks to all the staff at this hotel for our wonderful stay. We are currently resting at the hotel, we checked into the hotel on 10/21/20, the hotel is cozy, the rooms are good, the staff is friendly. At first, the food was enough, although quite modest, unlike other places where we rested, I think this is due to the end of the season and Covid 19.But since yesterday, or rather from 27.10, it has become completely unclear with the food ... because the hotel has less than 30 people, the buffet has been removed, a lot of things have gone for breakfast, they bring a lettuce leaf on a plate, 2 cucumbers, quarters of a tomato, sausage that is impossible to eat, eggs to choose from, no cereal, muesli disappeared...the cheese that I liked is gone, fruits for yogurt are also not given.The poor waiters do not understand half of what is asked of them, they have not been to lunch yet, the dinner was also modest. We paid for the buffet, and it is served at the discretion of the hotel, we chose specially all inclusive....The problems of the hotel should not affect the rest and nutrition of the tourist. We ask the administration to take this into account!
We hope that the Crown will end and everything will get better here.
About the beach: the beach is good, but far away, in season, until you get from the beach to the hotel, you will probably die from the heat....the bus runs back at a very inconvenient time, we could pick people up for lunch, and not at 16.30...I do not recommend it with small children.

A good hotel for your money. We had a rest in early August 2021. A ticket for 8 nights for two people cost 62 thousand. The hotel justifies its money 100%. Cleaning, restocking-great. The food, again, is excellent for your money. You can find fault, but on the whole it's good. The only nuance arose when checking in, they settled in the third building, which is inferior to the first two in terms of rooms and views from the balcony, and in general it is cut off from the hotel. They said all the rooms in the 1,2 building are occupied. I had to solve the issue on the spot) oh yes. The sea is a 20-minute walk away. It was fun for us to walk, that's what we were going for. Who needs the first line, the hotel is not for you. In general, the rest was excellent.
