Sorry guys, but they need to improve the service and change the staff, especially admin Alua. She was rude and everything she said became obvious cheap PR without confirming the words.
Of the simple things, for that kind of money, water is sold separately in 250ml glass bottles, but people go to the Spa to recover, not to dehydrate((
Nothing personal to the owner, the infrastructure is excellent, everything is beautiful, only recommendations for improving the staff to meet the stated level.
