Not a bad hotel. but. Very good audibility, i.e. you will wake up in the suite from the fact that the neighbor is talking on the phone in the next room. On personnel: this is a separate topic. The girl you're talking to is fine, but if a young man answered the phone, you can put it down right away. Not adequate from the word at all. After talking to him, it seems that he is renting a SUITE from you, and not you from him! This is not the way to treat regular "customers" of your services!!!!

Clean, the staff is friendly, the service is good. The only thing is that the walls in the rooms are very thin and if you are not lucky with the neighbors you will have to listen to their conversations until the morning. The staff should have been warned about such moments.

The hotel is renovated yes! But very thin doors, everything that happens behind them can be heard! It was not possible to sleep, some big family came by, which was rushing around the floors at 23:15 and constantly calling for some Vasya! The pillows were uncomfortable, if the water flowed through the pipes, they also woke up, because it felt like it was flowing on you. The TV was showing a couple of channels, otherwise clean, neat, average in price.For Belarus, however, the prices are not comparable with the quality! The price is high - the quality of the service is not very good. As a result, everyone did not get enough sleep, did not rest!

I travel a lot, including in our beloved country. This is the first time I've given a negative review. It was the first time I encountered rudeness. When booking, it was agreed with the administrator that two families with small children and two small dogs should check into 4 rooms. The agreement is that we will reimburse any damage caused by them. The next day, the owner conducted the check-in at the hotel. Who, having seen two families with children in the literal sense of mats, not being shy of children, said that he did not care what was agreed with the administrator and he would not settle anyone, because he did not need "shabby " rooms. Tip: Baranovichi is a wonderful city that does not lack excellent hotels and good service. Avoid this hotel.

The disadvantage was that it was cold in the room, but the battery was turned off, although it was cold outside, it was possible to turn it on in advance, and in the bathroom it was very cold, as if ventilation from the street was working there, it was not possible to go there. The description says that the room has a hair dryer and all personal hygiene products, there was no hair dryer, there was only soap and that's it. Audibility yes, the neighbors are very audible. I didn't like the fact that I wanted to extend the room until the evening, but I have to pay the full cost of the room-it's somehow not right.

You can't call it a hotel, you have to call IT AT HOME, because you feel at home in the room, everything is clean, the beds are so soft that you don't want to wake up, the rooms are quiet and peaceful. Good day to everyone. It's not often that you find a place where you can comfortably work and relax. This is not the first time we have stayed at Villa Sarra. Everything is homey and at the same time, so comfortable. You can sit in the kitchen, work on your laptop and have a cup of coffee. The place is quiet and peaceful, there are no problems with parking. Friendly and helpful hosts, ready to answer any questions.

Good clean rooms, private Parking, you can write a lot of good things, but all this is completely negated by just terrible sound insulation. Ie, there is no sound insulation at all! You can hear breathing in the next room, as if behind a curtain. Conversations, whispers, toilet and everything else as if you were a participant in the action. A paradise for voyeurs.

We stayed at the hotel at the end of July 2020. On the way to the sanatorium. Very nice and clean hotel. The room is great, everything is there. Open, kind staff, always ready to help. The dining room is like a super bar, I don't want to eat and everything is included!!! Coffee, tea, cookies, nuts are all at your service. Parking in the yard. The horse is under guard. Thanks a lot to everyone. We will be passing through again, we will definitely come !!!

Boorish communication at the reception. There is no Internet!!!! The cost was at the level of the famous global chain of hotels in a resort near Moscow. And there is not even a refrigerator in the room. There is also a location in a place where there is nothing nearby. I didn't like it at all.... Two stars for the fact that at least the room was clean.

I really liked the hotel. The rooms are clean and cozy. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, TV, hairdryer.
Friendly staff. I liked that there is a cooler with drinking water on each floor.
Of the cons: noise insulation, but tolerable. With the windows open, the noise of cars. It's not scary either.
We are very satisfied. The price for this hotel is excellent. I advise everyone. If I stay in Baranovichi, then only in this hotel.
