A calm, quiet place. A modern hotel by the sea. Comfortable rooms. All photos correspond to reality. The cafe is super! Very tasty and beautiful serving. There is a children's menu, my daughters always found something to eat. The cook guy is just great! Alina is a smart girl! A great team. The hosts, administrators, and staff are all friendly. We arrived much earlier than the scheduled time. We were kindly welcomed, went to meet them, settled earlier. Thank you all for the welcome and for the rest! Definitely, I recommend the Seaside Villa!

We had a rest in Abkhazia from September 22 to 29. We ate at the Villa Primorskoe cafe. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety of dishes on the menu, cleanliness, and decoration. Everything is very tasty, chef Alexey is just a magician. And what a serving, each dish is a masterpiece. Expensive restaurants are just relaxing. Everything is prepared and decorated with such love and professionalism that I want to come back again and again. And how delicious everything is.....I would like to say a special thank you to the excellent waiter, charming, charming, knowledgeable Alina. This person does not just accept an order, but always asks about the mood, tells you about the dishes. It would not be so cozy and comfortable without Alina. The entire staff of the cafe is very friendly and friendly. We advise everyone to visit this wonderful place, you will not regret it.

Excellent hotel by the sea, panoramic Windows, good sound insulation, rooms are new and clean, comfortable bed, air conditioning, kettle, tea, sugar, glasses, glasses, mugs, refrigerator, slippers, bathrobes, toothbrushes, sewing kit, gel, shampoo. Daily cleaning, change of towels and bed linen every 3 days. There is a cafe on site, everything is very tasty, prices are the same as everywhere else. The staff is very polite and pleasant. Beautiful territory, the beach is almost empty, free sun beds. Own parking. There are practically no shops within walking distance (there are on the road on the way to the hotel), there is a cafe near the beach Mmm, it did not impress us, the cafe at the hotel is much better. It takes 7-10 minutes by car to New Athos.
Wi-Fi is great, it catches even on the beach.
If you want a quiet and relaxing holiday, you are welcome here. I recommend the hotel.
