A very beautiful and pleasant villa with a beautiful garden full of small animals, birds and parrots. Clean and cozy rooms with air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a small refrigerator. A shuttle service is provided. But the main advantage is the owners. They are very friendly, helpful and pleasant guys. They helped us a lot, gave us a lot of useful tips and provided high-level service. Do you need the contacts of a great driver to explore the island? They will share the contact with you. Do you need a late dinner? No problem. Do you need to get up early in the morning to go on tour? They are already waiting with sandwiches for you. Indeed, this is the best place to relax, you will never regret it. And you will not find such friendly and hospitable service in any star hotel.
P.S. Here you can even buy souvenirs at a lower price than in the city ☺️

Awesome place! Wild parrots eat in the morning right next to the door from the feeder. The nest with the chicks is hanging right there, there are only three rooms, the breakfasts are incomparable, lunch is prepared quickly.

Great villa! Very clean, the bathroom is ideal for Asia, freshly renovated, no insects, friendly staff, delicious breakfasts, beautiful green area - the perfect combination of price and quality. The villa is located away from the tourist noise, which is an indispensable plus - if you need to get to any nearby beach, a tuk-tuk will take you 5 minutes and reasonable money. But it's so comfortable to rest, no noise will disturb your sleep. We are happy, and if we go to Unawatuna again, it will be only here, without any doubt.

The hotel is a 10-minute tuk-tuk ride away. (the cost is about 300 rupees = 100 rubles.
This hotel is known by 1 taxi driver out of 10. If you show it on a map, they won't find it anyway.
The guest house is very nice, there are only 3 rooms, the territory is full of wildlife. There are 3 feeders hanging on the tree. In the morning and afternoon, green parrots, small birds (similar to amadine) arrive, palm squirrels come running (at first we thought they were chipmunks). Monitor lizards walk around the territory. And in the evening, bright fireflies fly. 💡😍
The breakfasts at the hotel are wonderful.
Scrambled eggs of different types. Toast with jam, fruit or fruit smoothie to choose from, Ceylon tea with milk, pancakes or curd (thick yogurt) with honey for dessert (similar to palm syrup.
It was my husband's birthday. We had dinner here. We ordered seafood kebabs (oily fish, shrimp, squid), fried shrimp. Everything is brought with a side dish (boiled potatoes, rice or fries) + vegetables (beans, carrots).
Everything is very fresh and delicious.
The prices are excellent. Dinner cost us an average of 1,000 rubles (3,000 rupees). The guys at the hotel baked us a shocking heart-shaped cake with a candle. Happy birthday Andrey was written on the plate with cream)
They are very attentive and customer-oriented.
They showed us a shortcut to the beach and to the main road. At our request, they gave us another set of sheets, as it was cool at night.
Room cleaning every day.
The only disadvantage is the location! But I would still love to come back here again! 🌸
