Traveling through the Balkans by car, we booked a deluxe room at this hotel, and traveled hundreds of kilometers for this. When I was considering accommodation options, I liked the room with a piano, I like to play music. As a result, after receiving confirmation of the reservation and overcoming a considerable distance, we receive a message from the owner of villa Alexander that the room is occupied, since he extended the reservation and cannot accommodate us. I consider this unacceptable frivolity towards potential customers, the owner should have noted the information about the occupancy of the room in advance.
Perhaps the piano was upset…
I give the lowest rating to the service, they didn't even apologize. We were forced to get distracted and spend time looking for other accommodation options.
There was a negative aftertaste.
It's great, we lived here. It's just a pity there is no kitchen in the room, and the decor is masculine. The place is great, the house is old, the spirit of antiques is everywhere. And around the Office! I want to come back again!
