A comfortable, friendly and modern mini-hotel. Renovated in 2023. New high-quality renovation, elegant plumbing, comfortable beds. Excellent location, easy walking distance to the beach and the historic center of Side. But the main thing is the friendly hosts and the homely atmosphere!

A cozy, quiet hotel, with delicious breakfasts, a clean pool, a good bar. The hosts will help with the transfer and just advice. The rooms have new air conditioning, plumbing and fast Wi-Fi. Thanks for a great vacation.

The hotel was renovated last year. New renovation, all new furniture, we were pleasantly surprised that the photos did not match reality. The hotel has new owners, a good bar, new air conditioners and flat-screen TVs in all rooms, clean, delicious breakfasts. And, one of the main advantages is a good and free Internet connection. The prices at the hotel bar are lower than in the old town. You can order a transfer to the airport, car rental, tours, yacht, food from the restaurant from the guys at the reception. We rented a yacht for a group of friends, met the sunset)) Shops are nearby. In general, the change of ownership has benefited this place. It is strange that Yandex has not updated the information. Omission)) We definitely recommend it. If we're still in Side, we'll stop here.

We spent our vacation there last summer. The price performance of an excellent hotel is quite good in its concept, but it is very good, and the concerned owners make them privileged by the tranquility of the hotel's surroundings. We didn't use the pool, but their breakfast was very nice. I would definitely recommend

The apart-hotel is small, but clean, cozy, modern, close to the old town of Side, with very friendly staff. A clean pool where you can swim and refresh yourself if you wish. The room has everything, refrigerator, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, hair dryer.
