On 17.12.22 we were in a cafe on the territory of the villa. The territory of the complex itself is very beautiful with magnificent views, everything is antique, atmospheric. The food is delicious, but the appetite was pretty spoiled before eating. The entrance to the cafe is on a hill, a cat came to the porch, which an employee of the cafe Anna kicked off with her foot, kicking several times until the cat fell from a height, hitting the wall, pebbles fell out of the wall. Anna's comment, you would know what she (the cat) is doing here and nothing terrible happened at all, her colleague said that Anna can do whatever she wants with animals ... that's the position of the staff of this institution.It's a pity that such a beautiful place is being ruined by such angry people. Very atmospheric place, beautiful view and design. It is clear that a lot of effort and finances were invested in the place , but the STAFF spoils the whole impression . Disgusting service , disrespect for guests , indifference . The waitress was sitting at the bar while I tried to find her to order from the menu. In the end, I had to carry the tea and dessert to my table MYSELF. It's a shame.
