From +: location (close to everything, but it's Termini station, dirty), clean bedding, no insects, well-functioning plumbing., green flowery courtyard with tables, you can have breakfast, drink wine in the evening)) The rest are cons)) Old, not very cozy, old wallpaper on the walls, dusty dirty air conditioning grilles, very cramped shower cabin. There is no shelf for shampoos at all, the shampoo soap in the stall had to be put on the floor, and it is very difficult to bend over it, because it is cramped. There are no ironing facilities even on request and for money. There is no laundry either. The breakfasts are meager.
The biggest plus of this hotel is that it is in the center of Rome, right next to the train station! The old rooms, we were especially lucky - they were being renovated both to our right and to our left! The open doors and windows to the corridor from the renovated rooms did not add warmth to our room. And during the day, the heating was simply turned off, and sometimes it was simply not turned on, it was frankly cold! They always cleaned cleanly, towels were often changed. A modest breakfast for 10 euros per person, my daughter and I had enough. An economy class hotel, no complaints.
An unforgettable vacation in Rome at the end of November. A wonderful hotel, a magnificent old mansion. Great location. Do not take a taxi from the airport. The hotel is 5 minutes from the train station. It has its own small cozy territory, surrounded by a garden and complete silence. The staff is very polite, and the coffee during breakfast is beyond praise. Moreover, breakfasts are held in a room with ancient frescoes and you get wonderful taste and visual sensations). I highly recommend this hotel, if I return to Rome, then only to this hotel
