In general, there are several owners in this complex: local Balinese companies and an entrepreneur from St. Petersburg named Stanislav, who lives there in one of the villas with his family. I had a chance to rent both there and there. So, let's start with the price, Stas has a month of rent of 2,400 green American marks, and this is only rental housing, no bills for light, water, change of bed linen and towels, gas, etc. none of this is included in the rent (about 4 million local rupees per month), at the exit you have a shabby villa, with mold in every corner, during the rainy season, just everything that was possible was leaking, the kitchen was constantly in puddles all over, the air conditioner was not working at check-in, the faucet in the kitchen was constantly turning on, the rooms stank, the bed linen was stained, towels were just long overdue to be thrown out, they were stained as if they the floors were always mopped. Everything in the kitchen is greasy and dirty, you need to buy and buy everything yourself. It's just that it's not clear where this friend is getting $2,400 for something that costs a maximum of $1,000 purely because of the location. Next: then we moved to a villa next to

Our unforgettable days in Bali. The villa is beautiful, the staff is responsive, any issues are resolved quickly. The cleaning is so-so, but as I understand it, this is the norm for Bali. It already depends on you whether you came to enjoy Bali or spoil the mood with trifles.

The villa is well suited for those who are looking for daytime privacy. During the day, you can swim in the pool and sunbathe. The neighbors are coming together in the evening. The coast is about 2.5 km away, in the afternoon it will be interesting to walk to the shore, but in the evening it is better to call a taxi, since the road to the villa is not illuminated.
There is everything for living. Dishes, drinking water, hair dryer, towels, dishes, appliances, air conditioning, Jacuzzi, music speaker
For cleanliness: do not leave food on the table, there are ants running around, but there is no escape from them. And a tip: throw garbage in the tank at the entrance to the house in the evening, as a local cat walks here at night in search of food. Upon arrival, everything was cleanly cleaned, the table was covered with appliances.
The manager is in touch and has his own person on the territory where the villa is located. If you run out of drinking water or something else, you can write to him and just five minutes and everything will be at the door, but only at the door) therefore, you will have to drag a 25 liter bottle to the cooler yourself.
There are no restaurants nearby, only by the shore. Therefore, use grabber delivery. It is better to tell the courier that you live at the dancing villa, since there are many villas nearby, and the territory is marked exactly like this on the map.
In our case, the neighbors through the wall were a family from Germany, so every morning you could wake up to splashing and screaming in the water. There were guys from Russia living in other villas, but they could only be heard in the evening. That's how lucky you are.
In general, everything is fine, but I would have known in advance that it is far from civilization, I would have rented a car to go somewhere during the day, because 1 day in silence and you are bored, you want to walk.
