We visited this place on the advice of friends. The food is very tasty, salads, snacks and hot dishes were just a combination. Separately, respect to the hookah man, a very good guy, does his job at the highest level. The atmosphere was very beautiful and pleasant. But the service leaves much to be desired. We hardly saw the waiter, we had to constantly call him. We waited for drinks for 30 minutes. After that, no one brought us drinks until I went to the bar myself. They asked us to turn off the air conditioner that was above us, because the guys were hot, but the waiter of the three requests never heard us. Bottom line, we liked everything except the service. I don't know why they took 20% of the service fee when it just wasn't there. This is taking into account the fact that there were practically no people. As a sign of apology, we were given a one-time discount card, but it is unlikely that we will need it, since if we visit this place again, it will only be because of the delicious food.

Yesterday we were with the children to celebrate my wife's birthday. We ordered food, but I found a very long hair, called the waiter and handed it over, he said it was from the cleaner and you know what? none of the staff came up to me to apologize and offer me a substitute. It's okay, when I booked a place, I repeated three times so that they would come up to us with cakes, as they do in normal establishments, BUT ena is also a zero reaction. The bill came out 476,000 soums, when I gave 500,000, the waiter brazenly looks at and says goodbye... I didn't meet such arrogance anywhere, I honestly wasn't going to leave a tip after that, since my appetite was already spoiled.
In general, the place is super, the interior is simple and wonderful, BUT the staff and service still require a lot of work. I don't recommend this place to anyone else.
