An amazing hotel! The rest here exceeded all expectations. The terrace overlooking the pool is just perfect for morning coffee or evening dinner — a cozy atmosphere, stylish furniture and beautiful design.
The room's balcony is a special treat: It is quiet, secluded, and the panoramic view of the green area creates a feeling of complete relaxation. But the most important thing is the view of the mountains! It just takes your breath away. Snow—white peaks, blue sky and greenery below are a real paradise for nature lovers.
The hotel is clearly thought out to the smallest detail: everything is modern, clean and with excellent taste. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay in a beautiful place.

We were absolutely delighted! The location is just a dream: the sea is literally a 10—minute walk away, the beach is well maintained, with soft pebbles and incredibly clear water.
A special pleasure is the warm pool. You can relax at any time of the day, and it's especially pleasant to swim in the evening when the soft backlight turns on. The water is always at a comfortable temperature, and there is a neat relaxation area with sun loungers and greenery around.
The rooms are new and very cozy. The modern interior, comfortable beds, a good shower, snow-white linen, air conditioning and a balcony overlooking the sea — everything is thought out to the smallest detail.
The breakfasts were good — delicious, varied, with an emphasis on freshness and quality. There were fruits, hot dishes, pastries — everything you need to start the day with pleasure.
The staff is beyond praise: polite, friendly, always ready to help and suggest something interesting about the area.
If you are looking for a quiet, beautiful and comfortable place to stay in Abkhazia, this hotel is definitely worth choosing. We are already planning to come back here again!

We were delighted with our stay at this new hotel! Everything is thought out to the smallest detail: modern rooms with a cozy design, impeccable cleanliness and very comfortable beds. But the main advantage is, of course, the amazing pool! It is spacious, with clear water and comfortable deck chairs around. Great for both relaxing and refreshing swimming.

We stayed with our family in this beautiful hotel last week.☺️ The hotel is beautiful, new, the rooms are clean, it smells nice everywhere. I recommend everyone to go there! The hotel is next to the sea and close to the border, which is very convenient!! The staff is very polite, the food is quite tasty, the assortment is not bad! We would like to express our admiration for the new hotel. We toured Abkhazia inside and out, rested in different hotels of the country of the soul, but Villa Austria was very surprised. It's like taking a sip of something new. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail, the rooms, the kitchen, the pool, the territory give off some kind of novelty, tranquility, you feel very welcome and dear guest. It takes a few minutes to walk to the sea along a beautiful alley. Thank you so much for the hospitality, you guys have made a difference.

I was especially pleased with the pool: the water is clean, there are comfortable sun beds and umbrellas around, everything is thought out for comfort. After a hot day, that's it.
