I was vacationing at Elena's villa. I liked everything very much. The room is clean, there is a kettle, a safe. The territory is beautiful, cozy, with pools. The hostess of the hotel, Elena, is responsive, friendly, cooks deliciously, and will advise you on all issues. The staff is friendly. The beach across the street is clean, there are no algae, as it happens on the ocean. A little further (10 minutes walk) there is a stunning lagoon, there are few people on the beach. There is a massage parlor nearby. A tuk-tuk driver lives next to the villa, who will take you to the city, club or shopping at any time. The people in Sri Lanka are very nice. Nice villa, main building with several rooms and two bungalows. We lived with the children in a bungalow, two rooms adjacent, quite comfortable. No frills (but this is the whole of Sri Lanka), but everything is clean and tidy. Cleaning once every three days. The room has a refrigerator and a TV, good Internet throughout. There's hot water in the shower. The room rate is about $50 with breakfast. The breakfasts are delicious, and you can also order lunch and dinner. Hostess Elena is always in touch, quickly solves all issues, upon arrival shows Hikkaduwa where to change money, where to eat. He also takes you on excursions, went on Safari and a walk around the lake, everything is individual.
The hotel itself is located on the outskirts of Hikkaduwa, it takes 15 minutes to get to the center by bus or tuk-tuk, it doesn't bother, it's even a separate type of entertainment (at a cost of a penny bus, a tuk-tuk is about 300-400rubles to anywhere in the city).
The beach deserves special attention! Wild, no one at all, wide coastline. A little to the side there is a reef and a paddling pool for children, and there is also a hotel with sun beds, where you can rent these sun beds for a small amount.

Very nice villa vacationed with my wife from 11/17/24 to 26.11.24 the room is very nice, everything is there for living (kettle, safe, air conditioning, ceiling fan, hair dryer) The owner of the villa, Elena, is very friendly and helpful and also cooks very tasty rice and seafood dishes. So I recommend this villa to everyone who is flying to rest for the first time in Sri (Hikkaduwa). 👍👍👍Thank you so much to Elena for everything 🌺🌺🌺

I went with my family to celebrate my mom's birthday. The location is great and the pool is wonderful. And, of course, I would like to mention Elena, who is as responsive as possible and will solve any questions - go on excursions, where to buy tea or jewelry, which restaurants are good. Sri Lanka itself is surprised by the diversity of fauna: There are turtles, elephants, peacocks, monitor lizards, monkeys... It's just amazing!

For the second time this year we had a rest at Elena's villa. It's a very nice and cozy place. The property is located 2.7 km from Hikkaduwa. There is a private beach across the street. But of course there are waves. It's great to sit on the shore and admire the almost empty and very beautiful beach. Many walked to the right along the shore. But we went swimming in Hikkaduwa. To the beach with coral reefs. We took a mask with us, dived and admired the diverse inhabitants of the ocean. The territory of the villa is completely fenced, there is a lot of beautiful greenery. There are 2 swimming pools. The only place where we actually swim in the pool. Because it's always clean and there aren't many people in the villa, most of the time you enjoy swimming with your company. There is a relaxation area with comfortable sofas and pleasant music. There is also a dining area nearby. Elena is an excellent cook. And the portions are very large. For those who worry about food and spicy dishes, the issue is resolved immediately. Elena's menu is not very large, but you can always discuss the dishes. It's a paradise for kids. Mashed potatoes, fried, cutlets, soups, pancakes. If you buy shrimp or fish at the market, Elena will cook your products very tasty for a small fee. The rooms have everything you need. The only thing is to take gels and shampoos with you. There's only soap in the bathroom. Both times we lived in a two-storey building on the second floor. In the morning, we enjoyed drinking coffee on the balcony, admiring the lush greenery and watching the chipmunks frolic in the trees. There is also a small pond with fish on the territory. Periodically, a monitor lizard goes for a walk around the territory. But he's very careful and doesn't approach anyone. Even this year, there was a small pond with fish that clean their feet). In general, the villa is fully suitable for those who love peace and comfort. Room cleaning once every 3 days. Towels are all there. A kettle, cups, and plates are also in the room.
Hikkaduwa can be easily reached either by a crazy bus of 60 rupees per person (20 rubles) or by a tuk tuk of 800-1000 rupees for three.

This is the case when the reality is higher than your expectations!
We arrived at night, arrived at Lena's early in the morning, although check-in was only at 14, we received the keys as soon as the room was cleaned, while we waited for a short time Lena brought tea and coffee, and offered to lie down to rest!
Lena's attitude towards her guests is a separate song, it will tell you everything, show you , and help . I left yesterday as if from a very close person.

The pool is always clean!
The ocean is close to the territory, the cleanest place!
It is very convenient to travel to neighboring cities, the bus stop is nearby, 10 minutes and you are in Hikaduwa, and there are 3 beaches for all tastes!
Turtle has gone very far , swimming next to big turtles , well , it 's colorful
Lena had breakfast, and lunch and dinner were on order, well, everything is sooooo delicious!
My husband and I had a birthday there, I had never seen anything like it, I was moved to tears.
You go out for breakfast , and everything is decorated with balloons , flowers and happy birthday songs! And then Lena brings out a cake with candles, and another gift! It's unforgettable!
We will definitely come to this wonderful place!
And the evenings at this hotel are also unforgettable. There are lights everywhere, sounds of nature and relaxing music.

Russian Russian is an excellent hostess, and my son also speaks Russian. If you did not take food immediately, you can order it on the spot. There is also a transfer to and from the city. A small oasis in the "desert". Very clean, nice. We rested body and soul. The bed is large, comfortable mattress, snow-white bed linen.the pressure in the soul is strong - it's a pleasure. It is possible to cook and order ready meals. 2 swimming pools.The ocean is across the street, the beach is wide but wild. There is a bus stop and a small shop nearby. We lived here for 10 days. The place is quiet, no unnecessary noise. The area is very well maintained and clean. The pools are clean. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The breakfasts are normal, but sometimes I would like local breakfasts, but they are always more of a European type.

We stayed at this hotel from May 25th to June 5th this year. A good place for people who like to leisurely spend their holidays, a detached bungalow for two rooms, really liked the bed, slept like dead every day of the whole holiday, the air conditioner coped 100 percent + a fan from the ceiling was done

The territory of the hotel is not large, but there is a decent swimming pool, we did swims every evening, after which a feeling of coolness as it heats up during the day, the ocean and an excellent coastline are 150 meters away, there are places for swimming despite the waves, You can use the kitchen in the hotel, as well as order sea products, etc. we rented a scooter at the hotel, and even more, the hostess Elena has been living there since 1996, so Villa 96 is a good place to recommend, but I wanted to come back here in January to see the ocean without waves and dive along the reef...

We had a rest in this beautiful place in April- May 2023. A very cozy, beautiful and peaceful place! The rooms have everything you need. The large pool was at our disposal around the clock. The ocean is across the street. The beach is deserted and amazingly beautiful! We have never regretted staying in this place! Very cozy, very friendly Russian hostess. It's not a problem to get to the city at all, but we liked the ocean more near Villa 96! I really want to come back!!!

An intimate, cozy hotel for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. We stayed at this hotel 3 times. There is a huge swimming pool on the territory, landscaping. Cleanliness! The rooms are equipped with everything you need. The hostess is a wonderful woman, she cooks very well! Chipmunks, turtles live on the territory, monitor lizards come in (it's safe)
