Best burgers in Almaty for good price

We visited this institution on the holiday of March 8, went at random, did not book. We were lucky, there was a place. The hall was large and crowded. The interior is simple, no frills, but clean and tidy. The order was accepted, I especially like it when they bring dishes to everyone at once. This immediately shows the level and culture of the institution. The portions are good, the beer is delicious- cold, perfect for steak. The children took burgers, ate everything without a trace. The cutlet is juicy and powerful. I had a chicken steak, and my husband had a New York steak. The meat is delicious, there is a pleasant smokiness from the grill. Thank you for the excellent service, delicious meat and good mood. We will definitely come back

I don't understand the laudatory reviews. We came with friends, the floor was sticky, and then the waiter came up, it seems he was already so tired that he answered "fuck off." I ordered a strawberry cocktail, salad, garlics. The salad left much to be desired. They just poured out all the sauce so that they could "for sure", a milkshake with terrible whipped cream, which seems to have been stale for years, the garlics were overcooked as much as possible, I wonder "how can you spoil the garlics in general"?
Next, we ordered an aperol, one name, diluted it as much as possible, as well as apple juice. When it was brought in a decanter, at first I thought it was muddy water. To any question whether this or that is on the menu, the waiter replied, "this is not our format of the institution." For a moment, my first question was whether there are cheese sticks. Their restaurant format is "steak house", since when are cheese sticks not a "format"? It was uncomfortably cool in the hall. Will I come back here and recommend it? Definitely NOT!
