Left dissatisfied when it was time to check out as we were charged breakfast each day and were not told at check I'm about this and didn't eat breakfast. Also not told about the cost of canoe when hiring. These things should be told to guests when checking in. Have had better customer service at other hotels. The staff need to be told to advise guests on these matters.

Our favorite family vacation spot. Than it is better than others in my opinion. The location is in a beautiful pine forest, there are many walking routes. Comfortable accommodation in the rooms. It's fashionable with a dog. This is exactly the balance when you can retire to nature and at the same time have a great evening in the pub. The sauna on the Beri river is beyond praise! There are entertainment options: bike and boat rentals, various master classes for milking children and a children's room. You definitely won't be bored here. The food is very tasty. Mushroom picking in autumn! The only drawback, but this is more to the management, there are no mats at the entrance to the room or pallets for shoes, a lot of sand is worn into the room ((. A wonderful place to relax: everything is organized at a very high level. There is enough entertainment: bicycles, trails, a sauna (even free on the shore - I steamed into the river!), jazz evenings at the pub on weekends. They brew their own beer. Everything is very expensive! But it's fun))) I do not recommend a standard room: This is not a standard, it is an economy. Very small: there is no closet, refrigerator, air conditioner. When it's hot outside, the room is atas! I thought I was going to sail away: and there was no way to ventilate the room. But the overall impression of the hotel is just so pleasant: the taste of good coffee with the aroma of a pine forest) forest therapy, by the way, works!
