We lived in a hotel and used a cafe in October 2024. There are no complaints about the kitchen (dishes), cleanliness and comfort of the place. But there is a disadvantage in the service. Often there are no clean dishes in order to simply put food on the breakfast buffet. Sometimes there are no cups for porridge, then plates, then cups for coffee and tea. When contacting the staff, you get a dry answer: "Wait, they will be here soon" and ... it soon turns into 10 minutes or more! And they bring only a few pieces (8-10) and the dishes immediately run out and you have to wait again for at least an amount of time.

The hotel is great. We were passing through Belarus. The Twin room is great.
The breakfast is very good and delicious and varied. But!
Such a big hotel and only two coffee machines. Huge queues. And what surprised me the most was that there weren't enough cups for the guests and they brought cardboard cups!!!!.

The Platinum restaurant, which is located at the Victoria SPA Hotel, celebrated the sister's wedding. The restaurant was pleased with really high-quality cuisine, high level of service and excellent location. The wedding was celebrated in the summer, opposite the park, everything is very convenient, a photo shoot was held in the park, and the guests were accommodated at the hotel. I recommend the restaurant hall for any festive event, be it an anniversary, a wedding or a corporate party. The hall is spacious, beautiful, I recommend it.

Nice hotel, excellent location, large rooms (we had a 2-bed on the 11th floor..It's a true view of the courtyard, but we weren't sitting by the window). The breakfasts are normal, the spa is very small. The staff is friendly and tries to solve all problems. The overall impression is very positive!!! I recommend

We celebrated the New Year 2025 with my wife at the Victoria Platinum restaurant. My impressions are the most positive. The program is excellent, the food is delicious, the staff is courteous. Thanks to the administrator Inna! We stayed until the very end, time flew by unnoticed.

Super restaurant, definitely platinum! The family said that they had never eaten such pumpkin soup anywhere, but believe me, they ate a lot of places. The cuisine is top notch! This also applies to breakfast during the stay. Well, if you come for lunch or dinner, then get ready to be pleasantly surprised! Everything we've tried is beyond praise, very tasty! We recently visited the Victoria Platinum restaurant with our family and were very satisfied. The interior of the restaurant is decorated in warm colors, creating a cozy atmosphere. The restaurant's menu offers a wide selection of European dishes, as well as a variety of desserts.
The waiters are polite and attentive, take orders quickly and keep the tables clean. I would especially like to note the quality of the dishes - everything was cooked perfectly!

The breakfasts are hearty and delicious, the SPA area is excellent, a small pool, a hammam and a sauna (I did not want to leave the hammam, such dense steam is what you need for relaxation and relaxation). I rarely write bad reviews, it's probably the second or third time in my life. I travel a lot.
It was stopped from January 1 to January 3, 2025.
While waiting for a gorgeous buffet, as shown in the pictures and videos on the hotel's website, unfortunately I was so disappointed that I didn't even want to touch the food.
In my opinion, it was all stewed in sunflower oil or heated in it.
The products are old. The butter just dripped off the pancakes with cottage cheese. It's horrible.
The video shows everything.
When I asked why everything was covered in fat, they explained it to an amateur.
I don't recommend it.

We held a corporate party in a restaurant. The service has an unpleasant aftertaste. They tried to take the salad plates right with the food. And many of them. The reason is that they wanted to go home earlier. After 22, there was not a single waiter in the 120-seat room!!!! If you didn't want to work late, why did you agree to hold a corporate party? An unpleasant aftertaste. The price level does not match the quality of the food.In general, I definitely do not recommend it for corporate events.

I really liked the hotel, large spacious rooms, medium sound insulation. Big advantages: clean rooms, equipped with everything necessary, cosmetic and hygienic supplies in the bathroom, the bed is ideal in softness and size. Upon arrival, you will be presented with a certificate for one visit to the Spa center, with all services! The staff is friendly, I definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here next time. Cons - there are no slippers in the room, they are given out at the reception on request.

Considering that the hotel is 4 stars, not 5-everything is very good. We have already stayed there several times, tried other hotels, but we are still coming back here. We are pleased with the spacious rooms and comfortable beds, good sound insulation. But there was no refrigerator in the room, there were no disposable slippers. A refrigerator was brought at the request, but somehow it's not very pleasant to ask for what should already be there. The breakfasts are good. The SPA area is great. We had lunch at the hotel restaurant, the prices, as in the whole city, are not higher. The food is normal, but without any special frills.I liked the pumpkin soup, its special design, but the hot dish is completely ordinary, without any zest, although it tastes good. There were no people in the hall except us. The waiter was a very nice girl, polite and attentive. Overall, everything was fine.

We stayed at the Victoria Spa hotel. We had breakfast in the restaurant and were very disappointed. All the second courses were served cold (pasta, pancakes, sausages...) the bread is always stale, the assortment of " cuts " is meager for a restaurant of this level.

Not a bad hotel, a good location opposite the park, and the city center is not far away. The rooms are spacious, although it was cool in the room, despite the fact that it was warm outside. In my opinion, breakfasts are too expensive at 26 rubles per person, we did not take them. There is a parking lot at the entrance, we were there for three days and there were no problems finding a parking place. The price per room is higher than the average in the city, a bonus in the room price includes a trip to the spa at the hotel.

The service is disgusting, they lied upon check-in (about 8.30 pm), which gives us the last room of the selected category - a room on the 2nd floor overlooking the courtyard! After our long explanations that we have been coming from St. Petersburg for 4 years in a row on May 9 not for the sake of a view of the courtyard - we were given a room on another floor, overlooking the park (from here you can always see the fireworks). Question: why lie about the last one? We explained that we had booked in advance, 2.5 months in advance. The refrigerator in the last room does NOT work, i.e. it is heated, so I had to ask for ice to cool a bottle of sparkling wine. They brought it for two days, and on the third day they said that this was not provided in a 4-star hotel, only when buying alcohol at the bar. For me, this became a strange statement, because if there is ice and it is brought in a 3-star hotel. Unpleasant impressions, we will no longer stay at this hotel, it gets worse from year to year.
