Spacious, comfortable and cozy rooms with high ceilings, plenty of various furniture and panoramic windows on the entire wall. Blackout curtains. Comfortable beds with snow-white linens. Bathrobes, slippers (it may be worth reminding the reception, but they gave us right away). We haven't been to breakfast. There was always a parking place for our car. A 5-minute drive by car to the shopping center there is a wonderful network cafe Cornflowers, we had breakfast there. By the way, there are also many interesting things for children and shops for adults.. Another shopping center is a 10-minute walk away - there is a food court, an ATM, a cinema and a grocery supermarket. The location of the hotel is excellent - 10-15 minutes by car to the very center. Yandex.Taxi works, but it is better to pay in cash.
We were here for the New Year holidays. After complaining about the noise from the corporate party the previous evening (12/29), the girls at the reception apologized for the inconvenience, and after returning from the tour to the room, we found a huge plate of fruit. Nice to meet you!
Another important point is that we had a difficult history due to the lack of rooms with 2 beds for teenage children for the entire period of stay at the time of booking. We consciously went for it, because we wanted to go to this hotel, but in fact we would have to transport the children from room to room 4 times in 5 nights. The administration was able to arrange everything so that we all had just one move from a family room to two standard rooms with one and two beds. A HUGE human thank you to all the employees involved in this story!!! We appreciated the Belarusian hospitality!🙏🏻
The only objective disadvantage of the hotel is that the new standard rooms (we had the 5th floor) for some reason do not have mini-fridges. Everything else is fine!
Minsk is a clean and beautiful city! Mirsky, Nesvizh Castle and Sula Ethnic Park were also very much liked! We will be glad to visit Belarus again, but in the summer.

Great hotel! Clean, cozy, comfortable. The staff is 5 points out of 5. The maids are delicate, modest, super clean. The room has a full set: a comfortable bathrobe, slippers, several towels, a hotel care set in the bathroom, tea, coffee, a bottle of water (new every day), air conditioning.
The restaurant is well fed, the dishes are delicious from natural Belarusian products. There is also a SPA on the ground floor.
MIR cards are accepted for payment. You can withdraw Belarusian rubles in cash at an ATM at a good exchange rate. There is a shopping center with a grocery store nearby. The hotel has a business center, and there is a cafe where you can also have a delicious meal, inexpensive. For example, a 3-course lunch costs 10-12 rubles.
Transport accessibility is good. It is easy to get to the center of Minsk and other necessary places in the hospitable capital.
In general, this hotel has captured my heart. I recommend.

A wonderful hotel in an excellent location (although the whole of Belarus can be called a great location). Excellent service. Friendly staff. But there are nuances. There is a refrigerator in the room, but it does not work (although the girls at the reception will easily put what you bring them into the refrigerator compartment). But if you want cold champagne, then oh... there is a kettle in the room but there are no spoons to stir the sugar. There is also damage to the carpet and bathroom furniture. But guys...... the hospitality of Belarusians wherever you are is unprecedented. There is no such thing anywhere. Incredible people. Minsk is not only a hero city. This is a city-worker, a city-order, a city-mood, a garden city. And those nuances that you meet at the hotel do not affect anything. Neither the mood nor the comfort. Minsk has 100 stars!!!!! Cleaning in the spa area suffers a little, there is an obvious smell of fungus in the Turkish steam room, sediment in the pool, and food from the restaurant, especially the serving, when served in the room - the spoon was put directly on a table that was not clean without a napkin, there was no salt, the soup was fresh, clearly diluted with water, generally not at all tasty.
In general, the hotel is not very bad, but the services are a little pumped up, if they do not matter to you, you should choose it!

I just returned from Minsk, where I spent 4 wonderful days. The hotel is wonderful!the breakfasts are great, everything you need to eat, even watermelon and melon. The staff quickly fixed the malfunctions in the room, friendly and professional. I really liked the spa, I went every morning. Super massage therapists and cosmetologists Tatiana and Elena!!of course I will come back again. The center is 20 minutes away by electric bus. Nearby there is a huge Park of Drozdy and a bike path for everyone who wants a fast ride on 2 wheels. A shopping complex and a magnificent parish of the Holy Virgin with a swimming pool.They accept Mir cards and Yandex taxi and Uber work. WiFi is excellent.

But, the service 🤦🏻♀️ This is, of course, a tin. The restaurant administrator needs to either go to study, or just change his profession. Customer orientation is zero or even a minus. The restyk itself works until 22 hours (from 21:40 they do not accept orders, because "we have a banquet"). In Moscow, of course, they would have slapped their hands for such an approach to guests.
Carts are not left for food, so if you manage to wait for delivery (breakfast is delivered in the morning for more than an hour), the room will be littered with dishes - no one will think of taking it back. We were there for two days, there was no cleaning.
There is a menu in the room, but it does not say where to call for coffee and food on the inside. We call the reception with a request to switch - the dictation of the restaurant staff's cell numbers begins (kamon, gaiz, well, what a collective farm, make a common telephony!). We call there - the administrator tells us the number of the internal dialer, where "the waiter will take your order."
That is, with customer service, with all the advantages in the form of rooms and a fairly good spa - a complete, total collapse.
The bartender leaves for a "technical break", a phlegmatic lady at the reception with an expression of "you weren't standing here" reluctantly, after the third request, calls him to find out how long his break there will last.
This is not related to the guests. This position is completely different and, of course, it spoils the whole impression.
Although, to make elementary comfortable conditions for guests and teach the staff to be hospitable, or at least smile, and not bark into the phone, is the basis of the hotel business.
Service!!!
I am pleased with a good banquet hall, a conference room and ... a view from the window, so far that's all.

A hotel for the fussy!
1. Rooms - we lived in a studio room - a nice comfortable room, normal design, furniture without flaws, there were two toilets.
2. Location - 10-15 minutes by taxi to the center, the metro is far away. The bus and trolleybus stop to the center is a 5-minute walk away. Next to the Arena City shopping center, there is a large GREEN supermarket.
3. Meals - we went to breakfast, it costs 40 bel rubles (1200 rubles). Rub) per person. The usual buffet with a standard set - there were no national dishes.
4. Cleaning the room - everything was not very good with this - everything was done at a minimum - only foot towels were changed, the sink and toilet were wiped, probably a little vacuumed. Glasses and glasses were not washed at all, dust was not wiped from the surfaces, and there was a lot of dust - cleaning upset.
The hotel saves light — in the elevator lobby and in the corridor, the light was turned on by movement and late, so it was often dark, as if the floor was not serviced at all.

A great hotel for its 4 stars. We took a family room (in fact, it's two twin rooms with a common door). We rested here for 5 days. The room is very large, cozy, the beds are comfortable, the Windows open for ventilation ... every day we replenished the supply of water and tea / coffee. Excellent dietary breakfasts, there are not many people in the hotel, good sound insulation. I liked the location of the hotel: it is close to the Mkad and to the center. There is a very beautiful Victory Park nearby. Well, the price/quality ratio meets expectations.

The location is convenient, the nearest shopping center is a 5-minute walk away. It takes half an hour to get to the center by bus. Nearby there is an exchange office, a mac and small shops. The price tags are comparable to the Russian Federation.
But there is also an unpleasant moment - just a COSMIC price tag!!! As of November 2024 - 7000₽/day.

Very spacious rooms, a huge window, we got a room with a stunning view of the park. A big bed! And a great mattress. A large bathtub, you can take it together. A big plus is that breakfast can be ordered in the room if you do not have time or are too lazy to go down to the restaurant, everything is delicious and beautifully decorated. In addition to the restaurant, there is a cafeteria-type cafe, the prices are affordable, and the food is delicious, the staff are friendly. We liked the location of the hotel, there are two large parks nearby, the Victory Museum is very close, a must-visit! The center is not far away, the bus stop is nearby, if by taxi, 10 minutes. The Main Minsk bike path (27 km) passes right by the hotel, crossing Minsk, for those who like bicycles, I also recommend it! There are also rental shops nearby. In general, before booking, I read negative reviews, I was afraid and was very pleasantly surprised by the result, if we return to Minsk, we will definitely settle here again.

I really liked the hotel! We stayed for 1 night in a double superior room on the 10th floor. The room is spacious and well equipped! A comfortable mattress and pillows, there are all hygiene products, bathrobes, comfortable slippers. Very clean, the maid is friendly, helped to quickly resolve any issues. I liked dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. Everything is very tasty and satisfying. Not a very convenient faucet in the sink. From it, water trickles in a thin stream onto the opposite wall of the sink and splashes violently. It may need to be cleaned. Also, the disadvantages are weak noise insulation at the windows. Despite the low traffic intensity on the road, the noise from passing cars is quite audible. And there are still few parking spaces. It took a while to park in the courtyard of the hotel. I want to share my pleasant impressions of staying at the Victoria Olympus Hotel, we lived with our family, we got a cozy room with a good view from the window and an interesting design, everything we needed was in the room. From 7 to 11 we went down for breakfast, the breakfasts were varied and delicious. Also, a pleasant bonus for us was the opportunity to visit the Finnish sauna from 8 to 11 in the morning without additional payment. The location of the hotel is quite good, near the embankment, you can walk if you wish, opposite a large shopping center, where there are many different shops and catering outlets. We had a great time, I recommend the hotel for accommodation!

In the evening, the hotel is dim, although the lobby is beautiful))) But almost all the lights in the corridor are off and so are the elevators. There are a lot of guests, why such super savings?! I requested a bathrobe and slippers immediately upon check-in - they were brought just as I got up, promptly. The only drawback in my opinion is the "tired" bathroom, the renovation there well does not correspond to the entire hotel and rooms. But everything works, cleanly, well. Location - near a great park, 10 minutes walk to the Arena City shopping center, and, most importantly, to the Minsk Arena, which was the purpose of the visit to the city.

Considering the level of the hotel, I would like to receive the appropriate service in the restaurant. The table was beautifully set, but some of the dishes were not fresh.... Leftovers from the previous corporate party, it seems.If it weren't for the cheerful colleagues, then the service and the music would be so-so. The waiters are not selected according to what criteria. Go to the Seventh Heaven restaurant and learn from the staff how to serve. I'm not giving an example of more reputable establishments. We had a great rest! The hotel has a great location, on the most beautiful Pobediteley Avenue. We were on May holidays, free, calm, no fuss. Our room was a double room with a large bed, cozy, the designers worked hard, a huge window with a large view, a snow-white bed, towels. Parking at the hotel, there was always a place. Next to the shopping center, with a cool GREEN supermarket. I want to come back! I recommend it to everyone!

We were on New Year's holidays in 2025. The room is generally not bad, the only disadvantage is the lack of a refrigerator, which is present in all the photos of the rooms. They asked a question and said that for two years now there have been no refrigerators in all rooms, they are purchasing. I don't understand why there are no refrigerators in a 4-star hotel when they are shown in the photo.
There's a woodlouse in the bathroom, and the socks of the previous tenants turned out to be under the bed - it becomes clear that it's easier for the staff to do their job than to do it.
We paid for a buffet breakfast once, and arrived first at 7 a.m. (before the tour!). Breakfast for two cost 90 rubles (more expensive than dinner in a restaurant), but there was nothing to eat right in the morning - everything was treasured, plastic eggs, and tasteless.
I do not recommend the hotel, the cost is high, the price does not match the quality.

The first impression is a chic hotel, the scale and architecture are really impressive. A huge room, with comfortable wide beds, airy, warm blankets in which you sleep like a baby after excursions.
Everything spoils the second impression. As they say, they meet according to their clothes, but they see them off according to their mind. Everything is strange with the mind here. Our plane arrived ahead of check-in time, we were offered to wait in the lobby, but it should be noted that it is -1 outside, and it is hellish cold in the lobby, the administrator is sitting wrapped in a plaid. We are sitting, we understand that it is already unbearable, I go to a restaurant and ask for a GLASS of BOILING WATER, I do not ask to go in to eat, or warm up, or tea, or money.. a glass of water to keep warm and not get sick. So the receptionist said no, wait until the lobby bar opens and buy there. This is the attitude towards guests, this is customer orientation. 15,000 Russian rubles a day and they won't even give you a glass of water. We travel a lot, and this is the first time we have encountered such an attitude.
Then regularly one bottle of water in the room instead of two, cleaning, that is, no, when they flew away they bought Belarusian goods, worried about luggage-whether there was a preponderance, went to the reception to ask about the scales-there are no scales, strangely, went to the fitness room, of course there are scales.. but there are no batteries in them. Are you kidding?
Of the obvious advantages, chic breakfasts, in a beautiful restaurant. Chicken, sausages, casseroles, omelette, pancakes, fritters, eggs, meat, cheese, lots of vegetables, fruits (pears, apples, oranges, grapefruit, kiwi, banana), two types of porridge, a couple of broths, a large table with unrealistically delicious milk-sour cream, cream, cottage cheese, cheeses of different varieties, including mozzarella, a good tea table with desserts. On the first day, all the food came without signs, it was inconvenient, everyone was climbing, opening the lids, looking at what was where.. at the exit, they asked to identify the dishes, and the next day everything was signed.
The pool was not used, there was no time. But he is there, I saw the kids walking.
Never into it again.

It's a very strange place where no work schedule matches reality. It says in the issue "gym from 7 a.m." - do not believe it, it will open at 8 o'clock sharp. It is written on the restaurant "7-24" - it will close at 22 o'clock. Minus a late dinner, everything is for your health.
The electrics in the room are arranged in a strange way - the lamps at the entrance are extinguished only by a bedside toggle switch, the light at the door automatically turns on when going to the toilet at night... The first night I managed to sleep for only three hours. Everything is against health.
But a good hammam and Jacuzzi, where you can climb one and a half meters up, hitting the suspended ceiling with your head, and the font is cold. But there is an additional fee for massage oil in the spa complex. And the massage itself is good, the pros do it.

We stayed at Victoria Olympus as a family, took 2 rooms, two nights on October 10-12, 2024. The hotel, of course, does not pull at 4*, there are pros and cons.
Pros (rather, what corresponds to the norm): decent towels, their change according to the standard rule every day (what hangs - do not change, what is on the floor - change); free bottled water at 0.5 per person; good mattresses and pillows, beds do not creak, of normal quality; on demand (for a fee) they put a bed for a teenager, the quality is normal.
Cons: cleanliness of the room - for 4* there are outright joints (I saw someone else's hair in the bathroom, the plumbing does not shine, I washed the mirrors, cups and saucers, there were crumbs / plaque); in one room there was no refrigerator at all, in the second one there was, but it did not work (the purchased products were placed in the refrigerator at the reception which is not convenient at all); the restaurant has a tasteless interior (with artificial flowers and synthetic tablecloths); unfriendly staff; there is a normal amount of food on the buffet, but we did not like the assortment and taste (fried pollock, cutlets, potatoes)), although there were fried eggs, sliced sausage cheeses, a toaster with bread, in general, the breakfasts are tolerable, we did not stay hungry, but we did not enjoy it.
I think the price of the hotel is strong.overestimated,. His level does not pull at 8000+ per room in any way! Especially for Belarus.

I really, really hope that someone from the hotel management will read my review. Just the bottom, although I stopped earlier and everything was fine. It started with the fact that in the evening you just couldn't get through to the reception, I called three times, I went down to the bottom myself, and there the sweet lady giggled with someone at the bar, already minus the ball for service, then the shower - first of all, the crooked door (quibble, but still for such a price you want all the good things), secondly, the watering can from the shower - it does not work at all normally, everything flows in all directions somehow. The refrigerator doesn't work, but, okay, it's not listed on the website, although I would really like to have it in the room. But the lack of coolers with drinking water is too much. Personally, I don't have enough small bottle of water. It's a shame that there aren't even slippers in the room. In general, I am very disappointed in the choice of this hotel. I forgot to add that the rooms have tea, coffee, sugar, a kettle and cups, but no teaspoons: it is unclear how to stir sugar and coffee.

I really liked the hotel! Friendly staff. The standard room is huge with high ceilings and large windows. The restaurant had a large selection of food for breakfast and everything was delicious. In the spa center, I used the gym, solarium, hammam with pool and massage. Everything was at the highest level. Masseuse Veronica does a great massage. The hotel is located opposite the park and the temple, within walking distance of two large shopping malls. I would love to stay at this hotel again!

While they were being processed, the place was vacated, hooray! But, the second surprise, it's paid! But there were no options, we paid! We settled in quickly and ahead of time, and that's the end of the benefits! There was very little light in the room, as in a cave, a couple of bulbs did not turn on at all, and there was no point in charging the phone at night, because if the light was off, then the sockets did not work, it was a nightmare! There is no refrigerator in the room, although there is a place for a refrigerator, but it was just taken out! The room has a double bed, the batteries are not regulated, there is a heater, but it is turned off for the winter! We got sick while we were at the hotel! I don't like cleaning rooms, so I can't leave any comments here! But the room was given a bottle of water per guest, and when I went to get water, they refused everywhere, because it turns out that water will be given only after 14 hours. Breakfast is generally normal, the same thing every day, nothing was added, but only reduced. We wanted to go in for lunch once, we went in, at that moment only 2 tables were occupied, we were escorted out of the door, they said that there would be a sooo long wait in the kitchen, even without knowing what we wanted to order. And that's all the fun for 80 thousand in 5 days! There has never been a worse hotel in my life! And the pathos!
