Big greetings to all
We come to Uralsk for the second time and stay at the Victoria Hotel.
To say good or excellent is to say nothing! The staff is very polite and welcoming. The rooms are clean, the bed linen is fresh. A small note about the towels, they are clean, but the smell is not very present. But this little thing can be forgiven by visiting the cafe at the hotel! Yes, breakfast is included in the room rate, and what a breakfast!!! For every taste and whim, the portions are very large , the pastries are awesome , cappuccino coffee -I haven't had such a delicious drink in a long time! Tom Yam soup is indistinguishable from Thai soup (I was there on New Year's Eve)

Great hotel. Cozy rooms. Very tasty breakfasts, and very large ones - you can safely skip lunch) We stopped by at night both times - no problems, opened the parking lot, quickly settled in. I thank the hotel team for their responsiveness.

A nice small hotel, conveniently located for car travelers. Clean, friendly, customer-oriented staff, excellent cafe at the hotel, abundant breakfast, private Parking.
Among the disadvantages, they offer a double room with two separate beds, but on the spot it turns out that the windows overlook the restaurant hall after reconstruction:(

A cozy and relatively inexpensive hotel in a quiet neighborhood of Uralsk. The room has good-quality furniture, TV, refrigerator, air conditioning. The pleasant staff responds to all requests. A good hotel, polite staff, the girls at the reception were guided on all issues. Since we arrived without local money, we agreed on a lunch with a "deferred" payment, for which we are very grateful to the staff. Paid after the money was exchanged.
A separate plus is breakfast, they are varied, large, very tasty and delivered to the room)
Of the minuses:
- in fact, there is no window, it is there, but it opens onto the veranda of the cafe and is tinted. You need to warn about such things in advance before settling in.
- the hood works only during the day, it is turned on separately because it makes a lot of noise. Without a hood, the room on the ground floor is stuffy, not to mention the toilet room, especially after a shower.

This is a great hotel! I've been to different places. Basically, we rest in 5* and 4* of good quality and rating for a long time. We only had to spend the night here, because we had to move on in the morning. We arrived late at night at 1 o'clock. They waited for us. In addition to the receptionist, the doorman met us at the reception desk! This is the first hotel where I met the doorman. He opened the doors for us, opened the gate for my husband to enter the yard, smiled and was friendly (like everyone there).
We went into the room - new renovation, furniture, everything is there, everything is clean and ready to receive guests.
In the morning, a ready breakfast was waiting for us by the appointed time (and even a little earlier). This is not a buffet, but the hotel has made sure that the breakfast menu is varied, fresh and hearty. I don't think I ate half of it - I was full, I couldn't breathe😅
The entire hotel staff is very friendly, which is always nice, of course! The whole hotel and the territory are clean, cleaned, it is clear that they are being looked after and monitored.
In general, you will be in Uralsk - I recommend it from the bottom of my heart! I didn't expect much from the hotel, and I didn't expect anything at all (we drove 1400 km that day, we just had to take a shower and sleep), but I was heartily pleased with such service in this small hotel!

We lived in a room with 2 beds, the mattresses are normal, excellent bed linen and pillows. The only thing I wanted was a slightly wider bed. A normal location, delicious breakfasts, tea, coffee, water in the room.
The staff is very polite.
There are 2 small shops in the courtyard.

We were passing through Uralsk, having no preferences, we chose this hotel according to its territorial location. Check-in was late, everything was perfect, the security launched our car into a fenced, separate parking lot right in front of the entrance, under the cameras, the reception is at the highest level!
Breakfast dishes are pre-ordered, to choose from, served in the room at the appointed time, dishes are also taken away, by agreement. As a result, the accommodation was extended for a second night.
All the shifts at the reception are just wonderful and kind beauties! Special thanks to them! Quiet, cozy, clean. There are snacks at the entrance around the clock.

Hello. I was in Victoria for 2 days. The team is responsive. The food for breakfast is delicious. The renovation has a pleasant atmosphere too. There was a problem with the sink, the water started flowing at the bottom, after turning on the water. This is probably the only negative. We lived in Victoria for the May holidays with a family of 4 people in a super suite.
Absolutely customer-oriented staff, everyone who changed during these 4 days, just did well. About the room: room No. 1, on the 1st floor. The perfect bed and towels. The bathroom is immaculate. In principle, a comfortable and comfortable room. Everything you need to eat. Not all channels showed perfectly, but the staff came and debugged the signal themselves. No one had any problems with Wi-Fi, everything is fine.
Breakfast: the day before, you choose from the menu and the time, you come - everything is ready. The restaurant is on the 1st floor. There is always an empty table. Clean, neat. Since there are four of us, we tried almost everything. There are no comments, everything is delicious, hot, fresh.
We were worried about the proximity of the road, but it doesn't bother us. Compared to Moscow, it is very quiet) In general, we have something to compare with, we have been to hotels of different levels in many cities and countries, and the Victoria Hotel in Uralsk pleased us and gave us a calm and comfortable stay!
