A good hotel, really 4-star level. Decent breakfasts, courteous staff. I didn't like the SPA. There are a lot of people on the street, and no one controls the number of visitors, so it's very crowded. Visitors jump into the pool, some upside down, some with something else. No one is watching the campers, and there are a lot of children there. Water has accumulated on the sides, no one cleans it. Women and girls swim without caps with long loose hair. Complete unsanitary conditions.

The place is very decent. The rooms were modern and had everything you needed. Breakfast is very varied, ranging from omelets, pancakes, to cereals and cakes (eclairs and potatoes)... The spa area is a great place to relax, the hammam is cool, but overall it didn't spoil the impression.

We stayed at the Victoria&SPA Hotel during the January holidays of 2025. Using the spa area was included in the room rate as a very pleasant bonus. The SPA area is very nice, a large swimming pool, two Finnish baths and a hammam, two Jacuzzis, sun beds. Massage treatments (master Natalia) and spa treatments are available separately, very cool!

We often visit this spa complex. The affordable price attracts you. There is a swimming pool in which you can swim comfortably. There are also 2 Jacuzzis where you can soak up the bubbles. There are two saunas, you can warm up. You can also drink tea at the counter. Decent for the price.

Positive: beautiful lobby, clean and comfortable room, cleaning every day, bottled water is updated every day, delicious breakfast.
Cons: the quality of cleaning varies, apparently depending on the maid. It's very noisy from the restaurants, and the music hits my ears until one o'clock in the morning and keeps me awake. The reception refused to solve this problem.

I visited the pool while relaxing at the hotel on May 1st. The pool told me that I needed to take a towel from the room, I didn't like it, so why would I use a damp towel to dry myself in the room?the pool is clean, there are a lot of boxes for visitors. However, there were a lot of visitors, most of them women with young children, that day, as I understood, they were all from the city, locals.one child was just screaming his head off because the soap got into him somewhere. I couldn't even go into the sauna, all the seats were occupied, I sat in the hammam several times. All the jacuzzis were occupied by couples. That's why I didn't even go in there. the water seemed cool in the pool, then it got used to it. I spent a maximum of 30 minutes here, I didn't want to stay any longer. I went to the drawer, but it wouldn't open. I was beginning to wonder if the box was even mine. I asked one dressed girl to call the staff. I stood there for 5 minutes, but no one came up. then one girl said that it didn't always open for her either. I tried a few more times, and after repeated attempts, the door opened, and when I got out of the pool, I didn't see anyone coming toward me from the staff. that's the impression of the pool.

But there are good pictures and showers. The hammam finally began to steam up well, there used to be quite a problem. I use dry less often. There is an ice generator, Gyromassagers- fire, take the meat from the bone))
We rarely sit in Jacuzzis, but they are clean.
The pool is small, but on a weekday morning the occupancy is small, comfortable.

A lovely spacious hotel. There are 4 elevators, they come often. It's nice that there are soft paths on the floors that dampen the noise in the corridors well. . The rooms are clean and spacious and well cleaned. Sound insulation is good (experience of living up to the 10th floor). However, there are no coolers on the floors. It is a pity that bottled water and shower accessories are not updated (the staff said that they are supplied only on the day of arrival). Comfortable very wide beds. A bathrobe and slippers can be brought on request. There is a hair dryer, a small electric kettle, cups, glasses. Wonderful SPA. We lived in October, so we did not use air conditioning.

I visited the spa area, but my impressions were unpleasant. The receptionist at the reception didn't look at me once during the whole conversation, she was rude and snapped at me. She said there were a lot of people in the pool, although in fact, when I went into the pool itself, there were 3 people in it. The lockers in the locker rooms are terrible. When I left the pool, I couldn't open it, even though I was entering the correct code into the correct mailbox. I had to ask other spa visitors to call the staff, because there was no way to go out into the hallway in the form I was in after the pool. The spa employee came to help me only after the request of two girls and 20 minutes of my waiting. I won't come back

A good hotel, comfortable rooms, excellent toilets and plumbing, a good location - everything is nearby. Breakfast for 4, I would like more vegetables and cereals. The pool and spa are excellent. However, our lock was discharged and we waited for the only specialist for 2 hours, and it happened at 22:00. However, cakes were brought to us as an apology)) which didn't really smooth things over. This is something the hotel should work on, because it is unpleasant to be tired at night waiting for a single specialist with whom you can get into the room. And another of the disadvantages - there was a very soft mattress on the bed - my husband and I were falling through). In general, I recommend the hotel to visit.

I like it here, there is a hammam, sauna, Jacuzzi, hydroponics. Everything is quite fresh and clean. The disadvantages are only in small things: electronic locks in locker rooms, which are constantly buggy and, the strangest thing is the lack of "handles" near the hydraulic guns, they are very powerful here, they fold back from the sides, but there is nothing to grab onto. But these are small things (I hope they will be corrected) that are not worth underestimating, so 5 stars.

Nice hotel. The rooms are spacious. There is everything you need. A bathrobe and slippers are available on request.
The breakfasts are quite varied. Scrambled eggs and scrambled eggs with additives are being prepared, but you will have to stand in line. There are also queues for coffee machines.
The location is not the most convenient - it is better to go to the center by bus or on foot for 30-40 minutes. But on the other hand, Victory Park and the Palace of Independence are opposite . The stop is Komsomolskoye Lake.
The only complaints are about the possibility of visiting the spa. There were time limits.

There weren't many people in the pool at 17:00, one and the other were empty in the Jacuzzi. While I was sitting in the Jacuzzi, there were more people. To go to the sauna or hammam, you need to stand or sit in line. There are few swimmers in the pool. Forsmajor, the guests from the hotel are wearing the same slippers as me. Someone put on shoes. The complex itself is a class in the morning on weekends or in the evening on weekdays on Friday and Sunday there are many hotel guests, I do not recommend it. At about 18, they started changing the water in the Jacuzzi, asked everyone to come out. As a result, there is a queue in the baths, a Jacuzzi and water. Service towels, slippers are convenient.

The hotel is good, I especially liked the spa area. There is a large swimming pool, a hammam and a sauna. During the week it is very free and comfortable, on weekends you can't sit in the saunas in comfort, they are not designed for a large number of people.
I liked the restaurant. Breakfast was included in the payment, and we had lunch there periodically on the menu. It was delicious, quite varied, the price tag is average.

I liked the room - comfortable, clean, quiet. The bath is extremely comfortable - I have not seen this in hotels. Breakfast for 4 people is the same and the choice is average. The staff did well - everything was solved instantly. The spa has a normal-sized pool for such a hotel, and the steam room, hammam and Jacuzzi are very small. On Saturday and Sunday I came, I was cold - I couldn't squeeze in to warm up, I went to the room.

One small minus is the noisy ventilation system in the room, which did not turn off.

A good pool, a place in the Jacuzzi sometimes you need to wait (I have not seen the recommended maximum of 8 people at the same time, in my opinion it is more comfortable when no more than 4 people at the same time). There are few sun beds, but enough. You can order food or drinks from the hotel restaurant, there are a couple of tables where you can eat what you ordered. Of the cons: often jamming combination locks on lockers, the water in the shower goes badly - when several booths are washed at once, there is a flood.

The spa is very mediocre -
don't get fooled...
Among the advantages are good new rooms (which are suites), but the view from the suite window can be like this (attached a photo with a view from a 2-room suite).
The location is opposite the park - there is a place to walk, run in the morning.
But it's a long way to the center.
