We lived in a 2-bed room on the 6th floor, in April 2023. There are no refrigerators in the rooms! Not in any room! They are stated in the description of the rooms. The administrators are not very friendly. They are always angry, as if they are in hard labor. On the first day, as soon as we arrived, I asked the administrators where I could go for a walk and where I could have a snack, the answer just killed me "Look on the Internet". For 4 days, we have not heard a word from them on our good morning or good evening. And many who lived during this period noticed this inhospitality on the part of the administrators. This is very unpleasant. The only one who smiled and greeted was the maid on the 6th floor.
For 4 days, we cleaned only 2 times, and then for the 2nd time we ourselves asked that we at least be vacuumed. Towels have not been changed once in 4 days of stay! Although we told the administrators about it.
The breakfasts are delicious, there is a fairly large selection for every taste. You will definitely not stay hungry. I was very pleased with the coffee from the coffee machine.
Everything would have been fine, but the receptionists and room cleaning really spoiled the opinion of the hotel.
I liked everything.
The breakfast buffet is delicious with local products.
Opposite is the presidential Palace.
Near the shopping center.

When booking a room at the hotel, we left a comment that we were going with friends who had already booked a family room, but we already had a single room, we were asked to change our rooms (single to double) in case of double rooms at the hotel. The administrator contacted us at WhatsApp, informed us that the room had been changed, but most importantly forgot to clarify that the room was provided at a NEARBY hotel. The essence of sharing accommodation with friends in the same hotel, I hope, does not need to be explained. Especially in a SPA hotel, when you want to come down from your room in light clothes, and not put on a bunch of everything so that you don't catch a cold after the SPA. The situation was smoothed out by the administrator, who offered to choose a gift hanging on the Christmas tree, and we pulled out a 20% discount on spa services (about this separately).
We were sent to a nearby hotel, and useful information had to be extracted from the girl at the reception. According to her, the entrance to the SPA is not limited in time for us, that is, we can, like the hotel we planned to check into, visit the SPA once during the day at any time. At the reception of the SPA itself, we were told that only in the morning. Well, OK. We went in the morning.
Breakfast. The variety of dishes is very meager and monotonous. On the last day, I no longer had the strength to look at the weathered glaze. Fried meat for breakfast is also ambiguous. None of the national dishes are presented.
Massage at the SPA. I forgot the card to pay for the massage. I asked if I could pay with a QR code or I could leave my phone while I ran to a nearby hotel and brought the card. The receptionist advised me to run for the card before I had time to undress. I replied that I couldn't and I was expected. The administrator's answer: so what? Okay, this is my problem and my oversight. But the outright indifference and unwillingness to help on the part of the staff is surprising. For some reason, the massage was done for less than 50 minutes (although it lasts 60 minutes in the price list). My reasonable question was answered that it was time to change clothes. Can I not pay for my personal time after the massage?
The staff at the hotel clarifies the relationship with the residents: they make remarks to subordinates, as if we, the guests, do not exist nearby. The service for the guest should be so inconspicuous that it should feel like everything is perfect on its own.
There was an old TV in the room, and there was no refrigerator. There is no tea/coffee set either. Two bottles of water a day. When requesting additional water, it is refused. The bathroom has everything you need, except for oral products (paste, brush). A good Soviet-style room.
This is the main thing that left not the best impressions about the hotel.
On the positive side: the SPA area is good, if you walk at 7 a.m., then there are very few people, and you can enjoy your vacation.

We rested at the hotel with dogs from 02.09.2022 to 04.09.2022 in the apartments. The elevator will gently take you to the 4th floor. The floor in the rooms is carpeted, the bathrooms and the kitchen area are tiled. High-quality room cleaning. SMEG household appliances, finishing materials of the room are in good condition. The air conditioner maintains a temperature of 24 degrees. The furnishing of the rooms is in abundance. A complete set of accessories and tableware for table setting. A sufficient amount of hygiene products. A full two sets of towels and bathrobes, if necessary, will be completed upon request.
Please note that there is no washing machine in the apartment, there is no Jacuzzi declared on the websites of agencies. There is a huge bathtub and shower with hydro massage (working) and steam (not working). Water supply with good pressure regularly, good temperature control. If you are traveling for more than 3 days, it is advisable to bring a set of dishes for cooking, because it is not provided in these apartments (. You should not count on a restaurant in the hotel, because custom-made events are often held, while it is closed to receive hotel guests(. It was not possible to evaluate the kitchen((. I was very pleased with the possibility of accommodation with dogs (of any size and quantity, a fee of 50 bus per day is charged for each dog).

For me, the main thing was the location - opposite Victory Park. It's just wonderful! You can go out for a walk in the morning, stay in silence, get some fresh air.
Regarding the room: I was satisfied with everything. The room is clean, small (single - I was alone), but quite comfortable. The plumbing is in order, the bed is comfortable. I've been getting a great night's sleep all day. The cleaning is normal. The only thing surprised me: there is a tea/coffee set, but no cups and spoons. I brewed tea in a glass, I don't add sugar. But suddenly someone with sugar - there is nothing to stir.
I haven't been to the SPA, I can't rate it, according to the reviews of other guests, they recommend it.
I can't evaluate the food either - I didn't use it.
A good hotel, we often stay when we are on a business trip. The only drawback is that the room entrance keys are constantly jammed, outdated locks and keys are demagnetized all the time . The breakfasts are very , very modest .

The breakfasts are good. I liked the restaurant. I was surprised that only after the weekend there was a serving on the tables with knives, forks, linen napkins. But this is not critical.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights for the February holidays. In general, it's not bad, BUT for the price of 740 bel, RUB (almost 20 thousand rubles), bathrobes and slippers should be asked, cotton pads are not included (as well as a dental kit), there is no refrigerator in the room, although there is a place for it (we needed to store medicine), they offered a refrigerator at the reception, each If you don't run around. When I chose a hotel, I didn't even think that there might not be a refrigerator, because even in cheap hotels there is one.
They gave us certificates to visit the SPA at a nearby hotel, but we did not go.
A small blanket with a double bed, I had to get the second one out of the closet (they had already put on a duvet cover in the morning when cleaning).
The heated towel rail almost does not work in the bathroom (at maximum setting), respectively, it was cold all the time. Towels are 3 per person.
Breakfast is fine: porridge, scrambled eggs, broth, pancakes with cherries, pancakes with ham, various sausages, coffee, tea, water (to taste, as from the tap in the room), glazed cheeses.
We won't stop here anymore, the price is very high
During a week-long tour of Belarus, we stayed here for a couple of nights. In principle, everything is fine for its stars. Stylish and cozy room. The park is opposite. Quietly. Breakfast with a sufficient selection of dishes. The only disappointment was the lack of slippers and a kettle in the room.
The Victoria chain, 5 hotels, three of which are on the ave. Winners. The location is convenient, the service and the atmosphere are "Soviet + Renovated") everyone will find something to be happy about!! Victoria 1 has a Casino, and Victoria 2 has a Spa nearby. Nearby there is a shopping center, tennis courts, Victory Park. I know that they were allowed to go to Victoria 2 with animals. And also, in the Victoria business center (next to Victoria 1, the most delicious and most correct Napoleon!!!! (Cake) I recommend it, it has been tested more than once!)

The service is terrible. On January 1, in the morning, the cleaner is making noise on the floor, rattling bottles and knocking on everyone's door without stopping and asking about cleaning. January 1st! People go to bed only in the morning, and she doesn't give them a proper rest. We definitely won't be coming back here, and we don't advise anyone. And the TV works intermittently.
The rooms are like in "new" Soviet hotels, the service is at the level of a conversation with a plumber on the intercom, only the food made me put 3 stars.
