Lovely hotel, great location opposite the park. We were alone with the MC for about 5 days. We took a regular room for two. The room is cozy, clean, cleaning and changing of towels were carried out daily. The staff is very friendly. Our breakfasts were included in the cost of service, they were also quite good. Even arriving at 11 a.m., there was still quite a lot of food left. Also, the hotel gave a day in the aqua zone. The Jacuzzi, pool and hammam helped us relax perfectly (it's a pity we didn't have slippers with us, but barefoot is normal, heh). In general, we were very satisfied with the trip, we advise all our friends and we will definitely return again. Thanks to the hotel staff for such a good experience!

On the one hand, spacious clean rooms, timely replacement of towels and bed linen, quite a varied and high-quality breakfast buffet. On the other hand, 4 stars are frankly given out for the presence of a spa center. In a 4-star hotel room, I think there should be at least a minibar, or even a full-size refrigerator. In general, there are nuances. As it is, everything is fine. The historical center of Minsk is 3-4 stops away by public transport.

it seems that the hotel is declared as 4*, but the service does not pull. I was surprised that there was no first-aid kit at the reception when I cut my finger and needed a patch. I was also outraged by the repair work on Sunday morning, the hotel room belongs to residential premises, and by law it is prohibited to carry out repairs on weekends, but I give more to the service at the reception, because they did not even apologize for it. A simple human excuse would be enough.
there was debris in the shower faucet in the room itself.
the rooms are clean, the breakfast is passable, special thanks to the staff who does the cleaning, everything was great there.

The room was practically not cleaned, only water was put on and garbage was taken away. Towels were not even changed from the floor. I had to go to the reception to get my slippers. There is an unpleasant smell in the corridors. The elevator was scratched by vandals. Breakfast is normal, you can choose what to eat, sausages, pancakes, pancakes, cottage cheese, porridge, but desserts are inedible. Store-bought marshmallows, cookies... Eclairs with sour cream filling. The staff is sluggish, uninitiative.

In general, everything is fine.I realized this when I visited Luches in Vitebsk.Victoria is a super modern room.Even the non-switchable faucet on the shower did not prevent you from taking a bath.The toilet seat cover fell off, but these are small things.Because taking care of the guests is tea, coffee,sugar,kettle,cream,bath accessories, a bunch of towels and WORKING wifi.This is a SPA, even if it is one sauna, the pool is small, but we were still satisfied.The buffet is varied.The reception is friendly

The biggest and main advantage of this hotel is that they are allowed there with normal-sized dogs. The location is good - not in the center, but it's not far to the center. The room is large, spacious, has everything you need (kettle, small refrigerator). The bed is comfortable, pillows too. The bathroom is also spacious, although the shower is not very comfortable (water gets on the floor, since the protective glass is quite small), but the pressure is good. The room is quiet, the sound insulation is good (well, or we didn't have neighbors). There is central air conditioning.
It was a little confusing that they found out about the refrigerator in advance, and we were told that it was not there, although in fact it was in the room. There is a lot of parking space, it seems like you can park your car in a multi-level parking lot that is nearby, but we arrived late at night and at the reception we could not properly explain how to get into it, and the next day we did not begin to understand.

In fact, the hotel is 2.5-3 stars. Everything is very old, Soviet. The breakfast was a buffet, but the choice was very small, the food ran out very quickly and you had to wait until new portions were brought. The rooms are very dark and poorly cleaned. They only took out the trash, toilet paper was not even changed, it was brought on request. We had a refrigerator, but friends didn't have it in an identical room on the same floor. The air conditioner worked well - it warmed up in winter. The water pressure is strong, but it was necessary to wait a couple of minutes for the hot water to run. There were no slippers and a shoe spoon in the room, as well as bathrobes. The audibility is very poor, you can hear everything the neighbors are talking about, especially during the New Year holidays when everyone is celebrating.

The hotel staff is not as friendly as possible, they communicate biased, although the Belarusians themselves are on the street, they are very nice and nice people! What kind of staff do you have, who are they?? There is no refrigerator in the room, slippers and dental supplies must be requested. The rooms are dirty, white bugs crawl in the carpets. Cleaning is also not any, the glasses were not washed, the table was not wiped. There is a kettle in the room, but there are no tea glasses and tea or coffee itself. TV with phone dimensions. The rooms are small.
Everything would have been much nicer if the staff had been like Belarusian citizens - then I would not have paid attention to this terrible service.

Nice hotel! Everything is clean, the staff is kind and helpful. Breakfast is a buffet. Quite a large selection of dishes for every taste. There is a moment with the pool - it is registered in the hotel as a service, but the physical one is located in the neighboring Victoria spa hotel. We still have to get to the basik. But the pool itself and other services - Jacuzzi, hammam, etc. - above all praise!

Cons - the pool stated at the time of booking did not work. There is nowhere to drink coffee in the morning, because the lobby bar is from 11, there is not even a coffee machine. We had to beg for an additional set of blankets, because we received no night maid by the end of the second day.

The room is shabby with a design from the noughties and not at all the fashionable modern options that you are shown in the photo. Slippers and what extras to ask for in the room, the shampoo is terrible🙄
I liked the breakfast, very tasty products, delicious coffee. The girls at the reception are pleasant upon check-in, which cannot be said about the young otter in the building where the spa is (just an overflowing pool). They made a simple request to give us slippers like in the room so that we could go to the pool (we did not take them with us on the trip), at first she gave them away with displeasure, and then with screams! Attention! she tore them out of my hands - such people are generally contraindicated to work in the service.
After a rest in June, I can say about the rating "wind up, but plausible"

A terrible hotel with disgusting service. The feeling that they are surviving and trying to save on everything, even the lights on the floors are not turned on in the evening.
I took a suite - the curtains are torn, the plumbing is dirty, the room smells of tobacco.
I am generally silent about breakfast, there is nothing to eat, considering that breakfast for the 1st person costs about 60 br.

The room is not cleaned, there is dust, cobwebs and spiders everywhere. They cleaned the room when they were informed about it. Shower accessories were brought only for two people. I didn't like it very much. It doesn't pull 4 stars.

It was wonderful! We were on the May holidays. Victory Park is opposite. Be sure to go for a walk. A huge fountain and a great museum! The deluxe room is two-room with two bathrooms. Spacious, has everything you need. There is a lot of space, but the light is mostly local, someone may not have enough. There were disadvantages - there was no balcony and it smelled of cigarettes. In the casino building next door. For those interested.) We took advantage of the free service - the pool, swam well, also in the next building, walked across the street in bathrobes, it was good that it was warm)))The restaurant is large, the breakfast is excellent, I recommend local milk and sausage in any form - take it, do not be afraid, it is very tasty. The bus stop is nearby, as well as supermarkets. Taxis are cheap. There will be an opportunity- I repeat!)

We specially chose an air-conditioned room, before checking in, we clarified whether the air conditioning was working there, they said at the reception that everything was working and gave us the keys to room 220. But, Voila, when we came to the room we found that, as it is written in the reviews, the air conditioner does not work. For a minute-a suite! Then the master was called, he rescheduled the meeting for the next day, then they offered to move to another room, but this was a day after check-in. I have only one question, why check in right away if you know for sure that the air conditioner is not working.
The maid is just terrible. We lived from 15.07-17.07.2024, there was a spider web on the window in the room, we asked the maid to clean, put water on and throw out the garbage, no one came to our requests, I came myself and asked in a normal calm voice. The maid's answer killed her - she is alone on the 4th floor and she has no time now. It's just a scam, a terrible attitude, such people should not work with people, I really hope that the maid will be fined.It's a very unpleasant feeling.

We recommended this hotel, unfortunately it did not live up to expectations. On the plus side: good WiFi, the room is clean enough, towels are changed daily.
Of the cons: the room is very dark, the outlets work intermittently, there is no refrigerator, there was no water or tea at the entrance, they asked for water, brought a small bottle of 0.5 per person, there are no shops nearby, I had to take a taxi to the supermarket to buy water in large bottles and bring them to the room, such an attitude for the first time I felt for the guests, it was very unpleasant.

good location, opposite the big Victory Park, near the WWII museum, close to the center, 4-5 rubles by taxi to Nemiga, not far from the shopping center castle (they appreciated the self-service restaurant there, it's called a shrimp like, the two of them have a delicious meal of 20-25 rubles, these are soups, salads, hot.)
the room was deluxe, clean, there is soap shampoo and so on. there is a kettle, but there is no tea or mugs😅 the mattress is comfortable, the pillows are not very good😬 iron and ironing board on the floor.
among the wishes: put mugs and put a couple of tea and coffee bags, and disposable slippers.

We lived in two with my husband - one key for two (the second is not allowed), slippers, bathrobes and even a toothbrush need to be begged at the reception, a shoe spoon was questioned only on the third day of stay, the minibar was empty, nothing was washed in the room - towels were changed at our request, and shower gel and shampoo if If you don't ask, they don't give you, but they don't see that the bottles are empty. The SPA in the evening resembles a barrel of herring. In addition, her husband's bathing trunks were stolen in the locker room. Breakfasts are a separate topic: one of the three coffee machines hardly works, which is why a nervous queue is forming. On the last day of our stay, in the morning someone threw up in the lobby of the first floor near the elevators. We went to breakfast, and after breakfast the hall was not cleaned. The staff is polite and always smiling, but as soon as you leave the reception desk, your question is forgotten. This hotel is not worth the $14,000 per room per night. The Sokos SPA Hotel in St. Petersburg for 10,000 rubles per night with excellent breakfasts with unlimited champagne and a magnificent SPA complex compared to Victoria is like Everest compared to a swamp hummock. We do not feel the desire to return to this hotel.

The hotel is outdated: the design is 20 years old, the technical equipment of the rooms is weak (there are no USB sockets in the sockets, some sockets do not work, an old TV with a small diagonal, there is no refrigerator - only a mini-bar for cooling drinks), the room is very dark, the water in the bathroom does not drain well. There is a persistent smell of old dusty carpet on the floor and in the room. The breakfasts are meager and monotonous. The spa services were not used. Among the advantages: the room and bathroom are spacious, high ceilings, the room is clean (except for the smell of dusty carpet), there is a set of tea and coffee, bottled water daily, air conditioning, a set of cosmetics in the bathroom. 430 Belarusian rubles per day is very expensive for such quality.
