Very nice hotel, clean rooms, friendly staff. Good buffet-style breakfasts, there are plenty to choose from. Across the street there is a cool promenade with a pedestrian and bike path, it's cool to go out for a walk in the morning after breakfast. I was pleased that you can go to the pool once a day, which has a sauna, Jacuzzi and hammam.
Of the small (for me) disadvantages. I was really unlucky with the TV, I had to turn it off a couple of times to get the image back on. The remote control did not finish off the bed, I had to sit down and reach for the TV. A colleague in the next room has the same story with the remote control. In the pool, there are cells for clothes with a surprise, in front of me, several people asked for a password for them, and then they could not open with the same password, fortunately, you can ask employees to open it, they know some kind of magic combination.
Otherwise, everything is great, I really liked it there.
If you need to walk to the store, there is a Castle shopping center just 900 meters away, where you can buy everything you need.

I was in Minsk on a tour in June 2024. A wonderful hotel! It is located within walking distance from the Castle shopping center and a few stops from the city center. We had a lovely spacious room with high ceilings, a large bathroom. View from the window of the Independence Palace. The room is clean, towels were changed, there are no complaints. There is no delight about breakfast in the restaurant, but there are also complaints. There is a coffee machine. The hotel is located across the street from a large lake, there is a boat ride, a beach, well-groomed alleys and a promenade for walking. Or you can sit by the water before going to bed. You can spend 2 hours a day at the SPA. The name is loud, it is a swimming pool, 2 hot tubs under a glass roof and a sauna. But after a day of sightseeing, it's so nice to plunge into cool water, lie on a chaise longue under the setting sun. The hotel left the best impressions. I recommend.

We stayed at this hotel for the night, as part of a bus tour. The guest house is very modern and new. A wonderful hotel! We lived as a family with one child in Victoria SPA. The European level. The room is large. Clear. There is a refrigerator, kettle, dishes. They put bottles of water on every day. Bathrobe, slippers on request. Everything was brought quickly. The breakfast is standard. Everything is fresh. The food is very decent. Swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna without time limit (one pass per day) is free for residents of Victoria SPA. We will definitely stay here again! Thanks!

One of the huge disadvantages is the cleaning of the room!! They start to clean up at least something only after you hang up a sign asking them to clean the room!!! Once they came to the room, they didn't even clean the garbage, after the call the maid came and looked like that))) as if I owe her))) no apologies, just a dissatisfied look))) no surfaces are wiped, only the middle is wiped in the bathroom and that's it!! And in the evening, this restaurant is open only until 18:00, well, it's not serious. There are no automatic coolers with drinking water, but it should be. A small bottle of water is brought in once a day. It's about nothing at all. There is no curtain in the shower, while you wash, there is a swamp on the floor. You get out of the tub and soak it with a rag. This is already noticeably annoying. And all this for 100 bucks a day. They could have done better.
One pleasant little thing - on my birthday I was treated to a piece of cake (they brought it to the room). Therefore, I will put everything 4 out of 5.

The absence of a second bedside table near the bed. Bedside lampshades with signs of wear, curtains are dirty and with traces of hooks, there is no spoon for shoes, slippers in the room are the cheapest, there are no bathrobes (and slippers and bathrobes are only on request, well, here you generally have a separate bow).
Further, it's great that you also provide a visit to the Spa (in which the hammam did not work) but you do not have a customer service, you need to take towels from the room from the room, but what if you need a dry towel (in the room) after visiting the SPA?
And for all this "service", the hotel puts a price for a room of 7.5 thousand rubles in the off-season or 13.5 thousand (Russian rubles) in the season.
I travel a lot on business trips, including in other countries, and the price ceiling for such a service is 5 thousand.
On the plus side, the room is clean and the breakfast is quite tolerable.
I definitely will not stay at this hotel and certainly will not recommend it.

On the last day of our stay, in the morning someone threw up in the lobby of the first floor near the elevators. We went to breakfast, and after breakfast the hall was not cleaned. The staff is polite and always smiling, but as soon as you leave the reception desk, your question is forgotten. This hotel is not worth the $14,000 per room per night. The Sokos SPA Hotel in St. Petersburg for 10,000 rubles per night with excellent breakfasts with unlimited champagne and a magnificent SPA complex compared to Victoria is like Everest compared to a swamp hummock. We do not feel the desire to return to this hotel.

We checked into a suite, which can only be called a suite in fantasy.... the first thing that surprised the room was the lack of an elementary refrigerator. The TVs in the rooms are 15-20 years old, in the early 2000s they were trending. I found only one free outlet in the two-room suite. That's all... I haven't seen aluminum window frames for a long time. So that the muzzle is not sealed with duct tape. It's all in the suite. The repair has not been done for 15 years. There is not much light in the room. It's really half dark. The split system works by itself, it can only be turned off by completely turning off the light in the room. The room was paid for 4 nights -1880 bel.rub. (in Russian 56 t.r.). It's not worth the money from the word at all (((
I advise you to choose another hotel!!! And advice to the owners. MAKE REPAIRS AT THE HOTEL!!!

The maid is just terrible. We lived from 15.07-17.07.2024, there was a spider web on the window in the room, we asked the maid to clean, put water on and throw out the garbage, no one came to our requests, I came myself and asked in a normal calm voice. The maid's answer killed her - she is alone on the 4th floor and she has no time now. It's just a scam, a terrible attitude, such people should not work with people, I really hope that the maid will be fined.It's a very unpleasant feeling.

Неплохая гостиница времен 2000 годов. Выбрали среди мгогих в Минске для отпуска: рядом прекрасный парк, магазины и близко исторический центр города. На фото номер выглядит лучше, чем в реальности. Запах затхлости и сырого ковролина... Главный минус- сервис. Персонал не настроен решать вопросы оперативно, да и вообще решать)) нет холодильников. Вообще нет ни в каких номерах! Нам нужно было хранить лекарства, но админы не предложили никакой альтернативы. С маленькими детьми или с продуктами как быть? И это 4*) телевизоры старые, пульт тоже. Санузел хороший, но гигиенический набор явно курсирует из номера в номер.
Плюсы: достаточно разнообразный шведский стол и спать было тоже хорошо и удобно)

Прекрасный отель, отличное расположение напротив парка. Были вдвоём с МЧ около 5 дней. Брали обычный номер на двоих. Номер уютный, чистый, уборка и смена полотенец производилась ежедневно. Персонал очень доброжелательный. У нас завтраки были включены в стоимость обслуживания, они тоже были вполне неплохи. Даже приходя к 11 утра еще довольно много еды оставалось. Также, отель подарил день в аквазоне. Джакузи, бассейн и хамам отлично помогли расслабиться (жаль, только тапочек с собой у нас не было, но и босиком норм, хех). В общем, поездкой остались очень довольны, советуем всем знакомым и сами точно вернемся еще. Спасибо сотрудникам отеля за такие хорошие впечатления!
