Place 60 (I may be mistaken, a place with shoes on the corner at the entrance): just terrible staff, they treat customers like "you", turn to personalities, offer help in choosing - they are not eager (there is another place on the floor where boorish staff works). Mostly mom's fashionistas go there, where the staff pays attention only to them. They manage to chat, make jokes, and there are 0 reactions to other customers.
