A good hotel by Turkish standards! The first line, you can swim in the sea on a cool evening and get to your room in a couple of minutes! The kitchen is great!!! Chef Hassan and grilled chef Tayfour are cool and responsive professionals! They are friendly, they cook very tasty! The waiters are great guys too! Don't skimp on the simple words "thank you", they really work with the soul!
A huge request to vacationers who are going to the hotel - do not pour into the trash at the free bar, know the measure! It does not look very nice, and the result of such drinking is well known to everyone, and it should not be surprising that the attitude towards such people from the waiters and the administration is not the warmest (this is understandable). In general, almost all issues are being resolved. Respect others and you will be respected too ;)

We had a great hotel and a spacious room. Cleaning is carried out daily, towels are changed. There are no special frills in the food, but no one will stay hungry. There is always a choice of fresh vegetable cuts. The hotel is located on the first coastline, a 3-minute walk to the sea. There is enough space on the beach. We had a vacation in early May and there weren't many guests and queues at the restaurant. The staff is friendly. There is no animation.

We had a rest in the period from May 29 to June 8, 2024, together with our spouse. The hotel is located on the 1st line, the beach is pebbly, the stones are large, it is better to take aquasocks. Towels, sun beds are provided, there is a canopy and umbrellas, places are occupied in the morning. The water is the purest! The hotel itself is not new, tired renovation, old noisy condo, but the room is neat enough, good plumbing and our room had a bathroom and not a cubicle, which is rare. Cleaning and change of towels daily. The food is good, but the breakfasts are meager and the same, from hot for lunch / udine there are always 2 types of meat, fish (for 10 days there was tuna, chum salmon, mackerel and herring). The fruits were apples, bananas, then peaches were added. Musical evenings with live music were held twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays after dinner. Wi-fi is paid, there is free in the lobby, but it is very slow. The location is excellent - near the center of Kemer and all the necessary infrastructure. From conversations with the guests, we realized that many people return here year after year.

The hotel is great!! We were with our family in August 2023, with 2 children!! The staff is friendly, Natalia at the reception is polite and friendly, thank you for the gorgeous 2-room room with mountain views!! The food is super!! Everything is delicious. I can safely call this hotel a Family hotel, very warm attitude!! I highly recommend the photographer who is located near the restaurant, unfortunately, I forgot the name, but he is very friendly and a real professional in his field, the pictures turned out great!! I recommend it!! Of the cons, there was no children's animation, but the children found something to entertain themselves with!!)) Definitely, I recommend it!!

You can start with the fact that the service is suffering, and it starts with the reception, there is a blonde working who can afford to boldly answer that they don't know anything. The rooms leave much to be desired, the sheets are stained yellow, and hygiene products are not provided there. Beach towels are paid, Wi-Fi is also by the way!! There is no place for smoking on the beach, someone smokes right in front of your nose. And there 's only one guide there , a cocky boor .

We were at this hotel from 9.05-18.05. 2024. I really liked it, the staff is polite, the rooms are cozy. Great hotel! Old, but clean! We had room 309, small, but in my opinion it was the best, the shower worked, the hair dryer too, and the balcony overlooked the view of palm trees and in a quiet place! The hotel is right in the very center of Kemer, it is very convenient to walk in the evening, everything is nearby. The girl Natalia at the reception is very friendly and will always help with everything! Good staff all! They clean everything up very quickly, when people eat, the guys try. There are 2 steps to the sea, I went out and here it is! The beach is pebbly, the water is clean! The beach is not big, but there is enough space for everyone! The sunbeds are being watched, they are being washed! The food is fine! You won't stay hungry! In general, I will come there again!

Natalia is a very pleasant receptionist at the reception. Polite, tactful, which can't be said about the other girls who work for the dump. I arrived at the hotel a little earlier than check-in, Natalia helped with the placement of things and then checked into a room with a view of the sea and mountains an hour earlier. The rooms themselves are of course old. The room did not have a shower, but a bathtub. And by the way, the hotel management would do well to place personal hygiene products in the rooms, except for soap there is nothing there. The food is delicious and varied. For a snack on the street, a very nice woman makes delicious tortillas. The sea is a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. I give Natalia and the chefs 5 stars.

The hotel is not higher than 3 stars. But from me personally, a deuce! We have a generator running periodically under the window of room 301, we can't even sleep in earplugs! At 2 a.m., we woke up to a wild roar and were scared, we thought the hotel was taking off into space. Residents from several rooms after a sleepless night together went to complain to the reception, to which they were gently sent by both the managers and the Pegasus guide. They say there is no light in Kemer, so the generator went off. Your problems, not ours. And there are no available rooms on the other side of the hotel type. Room cards are constantly demagnetized - for the first time we faced such a problem in this hotel. The main contingent is elderly people. Perhaps they are satisfied with everything, which is why they have such a high rating. The air conditioner is also very noisy: it cracks in the room itself, unfortunately, it buzzes terribly outside. But not as scary as this generator.
But the chef at the hotel is very good, thanks to him.

We had a rest from August 21 to 27, 2024.
Upon check-in, there were questions with the cot, the one that was provided to us turned out to be in terrible condition. Thank you very much to the hotel manager, Mehmed, who solved the issue with the crib and many other issues, this is a rare case when the manager does his job, namely solves any questions of the guests. I also liked the woman at the reception, Natalia, a very pleasant and kind woman. The hotel does not reach 4*, but the location of the hotel, which is a 2-minute walk to the sea, compensates. The hotel is small, the food is like everywhere, no frills, but its freshness pleases, including with a 2-year-old child, we were able to feed her for breakfast, lunch and dinner. One of the significant disadvantages is the lack of animation and a small pool, there is no children's pool at all. Have a good rest!

The rooms are terrible. Natalia is standing at the reception. She's from Ukraine. He has a very negative attitude towards Russians . The hotel is half empty , but most of the people are staying in bad rooms . They don 't move into good rooms even for an extra charge . I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if someone is flying on vouchers from a travel agency.

The hotel is not big, in the center of Kemer, there are many places where you can go and walk (botanical garden, ethnic park, restaurants, clubs, many tour agencies). On Tuesday, Turkish evening and on Friday, singers perform songs at the hotel. The rooms are different, there are spacious, there are scanty, cleaning every day. Wi-Fi at the reception, but up to our room (102)The signal was coming .I liked the food, but there were no cereals and baklava. Apples and oranges are made from fruits . Meat and fish are present . A large selection of cheeses .
The beach is nearby , clean , there were enough sunbeds for everyone . There is a shower, toilet, locker room on the beach. Beach towels are provided at the reception. The weather was wonderful, the water in the sea was warm . I liked the rest!

The beach, like everywhere else in Kemer, is gorgeous, clean, transparent and warm water. A big plus is the Ginza Travel travel agency opposite the hotel, which offers excellent excursions at an affordable price. We went to the town of Kesh and visited the gorgeous Kaputage beach. Thanks a lot to Roman for a wonderful and unforgettable time on the tour, which also included a yacht trip, where they were treated to champagne and fruit at sunset. Disgusting drinking water!!! Brewed tea is NOT tea. The kitchen staff throws large round bags with incomprehensible contents into teapots, but it does not look like tea.

Food and water were poisoned in this hotel!!!
Unsanitary conditions in the ala restaurant of the hotel, cats walk right there, tables and appliances are not processed.

We rested from 14.10.22 . Convenient location of the hotel : close to the center and the first line to the sea. Cleanliness in rooms and public areas. Friendly staff from the hotel manager to the maid. I would especially like to mention the reception service and waiters in the restaurant.
Tatiana, the administrator, solves all problems and questions. There is order and there is always a place on the beach. Rushtu is the true master here, there are no strangers and no animals. The food for 4* is not bad: mutton, veal, fish, turkey, tongue. The choice of fruits is not bad: plums, grapes, pears, tangerines. Cheeses and olives were served for breakfast. Clean dishes, tablecloths. There are no queues. Animation 2 times a week - live music. The hotel has a very pleasant and friendly atmosphere. Less than 50% of Russian speakers, the main age of vacationers is 50+ The only thing that spoils the impression is a quest with rooms. There is no option to choose a room category when booking. There are a dozen rooms that are uncomfortable to stay in: the noise of the restaurant hood, low ceiling and a small window overlooking an abandoned hotel or a passing street. Mehmet, the chef's booking manager, solves this problem by moving the guests to the view rooms, but you have to wait 2-3 nights. And every day we watched dissatisfied guests at the reception and we ourselves lived for two nights in a room where we could not open the window at night from the noise of the restaurant hood.It's great if you arrived for 14 days...And if it's for 5-7 nights? The hotel should make room gradation during sales, as most rooms have a side sea view.

Very nice hotel, we have been since 30.06.2023. It takes a minute to walk to the sea, the sea is clean but the bottom is rocky, go over the bridge and preferably in aqua sneakers (if your feet are very sensitive). There are many sun loungers on the beach.The hotel itself and the rooms are clean, the staff is very friendly. There is not much variety in the food, but everything is very tasty . Twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays, Turkish night, singers and a dancer are invited, entertainment for three plus. There is no entertainment for children.
If I go to Kemer again, I will consider this hotel.

The hotel does not pull for 4 people. The rooms are tired and small. We had a room on the second floor, overlooking the neighboring building. Cleaning was done every day. Towels were changed. The food is modest, but delicious. Grill in the evenings. Alcoholic beverages, bottled red and white wine (dry), Vodka, Beer. The hotel is located on the waterfront, 30 meters from the beach. The approach is steep, cobblestones, corals are needed. Beach towels are provided. There were enough sun beds. Live music twice a week, no more animation. The sanatorium is terrible.The rooms are killed, they do not clean, linen is changed every 6 days, towels are not given for water treatments.Honey.the base is old, the elevator broke down every other day, the price absolutely does not correspond to the quality of treatment. We got here in June with a decrease in stars, and we got Wi-Fi for it.
The first impression was negative, the room is small, the windows overlook the auxiliary street. But then everything was fine, it was quiet and there was no sun, there weren't many people. The food and service were fine. Clean and cozy. There is a swimming pool, but we didn't swim there. The first line is the sea of 50 meters, its own beach with sun beds. A towel is given out.
If you have no complaints, then it is a good place for a family vacation.
