On a beautiful Saturday evening, we decided to have a meal with a girl at this institution.
We found a table, asked for the menu on the counter, and immediately asked to wait until the menu was available. We sat down at a table, waiting. After 15-20 minutes, the menu was still not brought. When I get to the counter, I see three free menus. I'll take one. We chose potted pancakes and salad with the girl.
To make an order, I had to go to the counter. I ordered and paid for it. I asked how long to wait for the order, they replied they would bring it quickly.
After 5 minutes, the appliances, juice and glasses were brought to us. After 35 minutes, they bring us a salad, and then because my girlfriend went to deal with them, it turns out they just forgot about us!!! After another 20 minutes, they brought us pancakes, which is why we came to this institution.
I drew conclusions right away, this institution has completely slipped! There is absolutely no service at all. If you come together, a huge bolt gets hammered on you!!!
By the way, the pancakes are not as tasty as before ((( They are not worth an hour and a half of waiting at all.

Today we decided to meet with our friends at this institution in the evening, chat, drink tea / eat. As a result, it was impossible to be there, the music was SCREAMING at the whole place. I don't know when the format changed there, before there was always music playing in the background, now it's like karaoke, people are singing / dancing in the aisles. It seems like the format in the institution is different - to come to eat, chat, but now it is impossible to do this because of the loud music. Plus, it's not very comfortable when you're sitting at a table, and you have people dancing in front of the table.
We turned to the staff to make it quieter, made it a little quieter for one track, then turned the volume back on very loudly. Awful. Not to sit and talk.

We have been to the Viking cafe every year since we came to Zhlobin, starting in 2015. Everything was always on top!!!
But this time on 10.06 and 11.06 we went to have lunch, unfortunately there was no "wow". The dishes are not as tasty as they used to be. Everywhere there is solid mayonnaise, the usual pancakes with sour cream were removed from the menu.... There is no WiFi...... In general, we were disappointed (((.

I've slipped in terms of service too! We ordered Hawaiian pizza, did not pay attention to the fact that this pizza is with corn, with ordinary canned corn!!!!! I'm shocked!!!! The tables are constantly dirty, the waiters' faces are sour, I'm generally silent about the girls at the bar, it feels like we didn't come to a cafe, but to a Soviet deli!!! They didn't even serve knives and forks with the pizza! The coffee is terrible by the way! And another BONUS: you go to the bar yourself for the menu (which has seen the sights)) and then you also go back to the same place to place an order, i.e. the waiter does not accept your order personally!!!))) What is this all about,??)))) And I'm generally surprised how you can write positive reviews about this institution?!)

During a business trip to Zhlobin, we visited all the cafes. And we realized that the Viking cafe has the most tasteless cuisine! Just disgusting burnt pancakes, all the dishes are covered with mayonnaise, as if there are no other sauces! The pizza is dry, the paparazzi salad is tasteless, the sausage slicing is transparent! It's dark in the hall, you're sitting like in a basement! It's cold! There is no service, the order is at the bar, like in a diner. Compared to other cafes, although Viking cannot be called a cafe, the price tag is too high, the price-quality does not match!
We do not recommend this institution!
