This is our first visit to Cuba. We chose one of the most budget hotels. We didn't lose money with this hotel. We got a room with an ocean view, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and hot water in the room. In general, everything was fine with us. There were wonderful performances and shows every evening! There is a snack bar on site around the clock (you can get a sandwich or French fries), and the main bar also offers drinks at night. We had scrambled eggs in the dining room in the morning, and different types of meat, liver, and fish for lunch and dinner. Of course, a queue forms here, but you don't have to stand, but choose something else from the menu on the tables. We tried everything, I can safely say that we have never been hungry and we all had enough. There is a shortage of plates, but they are washed and taken out very quickly. I would also like to mention that there is a very tasty cheese! The territory of the hotel is large, there is billiards, there is a gym. The beach is clean, there are a lot of free sun loungers! In the evening, after the performance, the disco begins in a separate place, a little away from the hotel. The hotel staff greeted us and conducted us in a very colorful way, with drinks and music! The most important thing for traveling to this country is only your positive attitude!!! There is no need to compare it with Turkey or Egypt. Of course, there were vacationers who were constantly unhappy with everything, but personally we had a 100% rest and are going to return to this hotel.

Great hotel, had 12 days. Beautiful ocean, delicious food and pastries, well-groomed territory. The beach is cleaned of algae every day. Entertainment programs in the evening. There were minor problems with the room (weak water pressure and the key card was buggy), but all this completely blocked the sun, the ocean, nature and a great mood.

A great hotel, everything is great, we rested for 16 days and didn't even notice how they flew by, the animation is very good, afternoon and evening, the food is also good, the beach and pools are landscaped, in general I liked everything.

We stayed at the hotel for 11 days in November 2024. There are both pros and cons. The main advantages are a large beautiful green area, friendly staff and a good beach (compared to neighboring hotels, our beach is definitely better). The ocean is incomparable, but it has nothing to do with the hotel). Of the minuses, everything is very modest about food, the hot water was turned off a couple of times for a short time, and so on in small things. The impression of the hotel is rather positive. The price corresponds to the quality.

We had a vacation in February 2024 and March 2025. We returned because 2024 was the best vacation ever. The best coast on the whole island has remained the same, but the service in 2025, unfortunately, has changed so much that we will not go to Cuba in the near future (((

It was in early September, 2 weeks.. It's not the first time I've been to Cuba, so I generally understood where I was going and what I wanted.. I didn't want much - a good and clean ocean, a beach and a fun vacation.. In general, this is what I got at this hotel. We walked along all the beaches of the hotels - this is the best beach at the hotel on this island. There is one significant disadvantage for me- shallow, at low tide you have to go far enough to swim at depth. There are almost no animals, there is nothing to see) the water is almost always the purest, kayaking can see the bottom of 4-5 meters.. the beach was almost always empty, which is very good for relaxing).
There were about 20 compatriots in the race, a friendly and cheerful company was organized, which made the news of the holiday fun with and not forgotten) thank you to all of them🤣
Accommodation: the rooms are certainly so-so, quite shabby, but not small. animals run (cockroaches, lizards) mosquitoes fly). Our VILLA was one-story, with a leaky roof) a decent puddle formed during the rain. But one of the advantages is the normal water pressure.. my friends on the 2nd floor had almost no cold water) washing with hot water in the heat is so much fun.. electronic locks worked poorly for everyone- they reprogrammed the cards, changed them- nothing helps (in short, torment.. We were given 1.5 liters of water per room, we wrote a note to the cleaner and she left us 2 bottles each.. It was enough.
Food is a separate song.. what is small and not diverse is normal for Cuba.. but there were days when there were no eggs..and the habit of eating them has not gone anywhere).. but you definitely won't starve to death). Flies.. There's just a swarm of flies in the dining room that are crawling all over.. when patience ran out, they began to go out to eat, otherwise it was disgusting to eat after the flies and constantly brush them off.. A restaurant And for maps it's just the same dining room, don't expect anything interesting.. those who are used to eating often can take French fries and sandwiches at the bar almost around the clock.
One of the undoubted advantages is the rum 7 on the lobby bar.. we drank it all, we didn't have time to deliver it.. In the evenings, sometimes the dark rum ran out everywhere!! And I had to switch to either beer or light rum (
In the store at the hotel, 1 liter of Rum 7 cost $ 28. The prices in the Boutique for Cayo Coco were the same..
The entertainment is standard, once there was a foam party on the beach.. all animation in and around the pool..
In general, if you don't bother, then for the cost at which we flew it was worth it🤣

The four-star hotel is actually 2 stars. On the third day of rest, the food in the restaurant began to disappear. There are still cabbage in different versions)
On day 7, the milk disappeared)
There has always been alcohol, but it is dangerous on an empty stomach)
There is a beautiful ocean nearby, but this is not the merit of the hotel! I recommend Cuba, I don't recommend the hotel!)

The ocean is beautiful, next to the houses.
But in 8 days we have never had our bed linen and towels changed.
The request to replace it was ignored.
By food - 3.5.
The locals come for the weekend, everything is swept away in the canteen.
It's quiet and satisfying on weekdays :)

Nice hotel. There are a lot of flies and Mosquitoes , take Taiga spray . There are a lot of Alenka and medicines for them and all sorts of nylon tights and stationery accessories
