A very beautiful place! The view of the embankment, the city is simply amazing! We were both in the afternoon and in the evening - it's gorgeous at any time of the day!

There is a very beautiful view of Baku, the funicular goes every 15 minutes approximately, there is a lunch break. I recommend everyone to visit there. It is especially beautiful in the evening
