Comfort + Warm in winter, cool in summer, very nice brick house.the thickness of the walls is from 60 -70 cm approximately. The interior rooms are all completely made of brick. The sound insulation is one of the best in the city in my opinion. The parking lot is large. The yard is closed for children very well
