The location is good, in the city center opposite the Lotus. The rooms are nice and clean. Our room was on the 2nd floor, the windows facing the restaurant. The entrance group was being repaired and for the inconvenience, the administration offered us a strip of linen for free. The noise did not bother us, it was quiet in the room. We had a combo tour and we stayed at this hotel for 4 days. During these days, we did not get tired of eating at the restaurant for breakfast, in principle, the hot dishes were varied. We were very pleased with the pancakes, because we were with the children, which they mostly ate for breakfast).

The location is very convenient, the rooms are old but clean, the plumbing is new, it works well, teapot cups, tea, coffee, 2 bottles of water of 300 ml are given every day, they clean the average, the bed will be changed if you put a special piece of paper on the bed, otherwise they will just make it. The breakfasts are normal, but they could be better. There are no coolers and besides 300 ml there is nowhere else to take, I had to buy 5 liters each. Overall, the impression is good

We had a rest from November 11 to November 19, 2019. We moved from a beautiful hotel to Mui Ne late at night. The acquaintance with the hotel began with breakfast, which disappointed: mainly Asian cuisine, and tea is solid chlorine, it is simply impossible to drink. The coffee is not delicious, so we decided to drink watermelon juice, but it turned out to be chemical. The rest of the days were better. I liked chops, pancakes with jam, fruit - pitahaya, sweet pineapples, watermelons, bananas, rambutan, guava. The scrambled eggs with vegetables are wonderful, there were potatoes several times. The rooms are nice, clean, the bed and towels are snow-white. There is a hairdryer, slippers, a kettle with instant coffee and green tea (not bitter). Free safe, free laundry (for the duration of the renovation), a rope on the balcony, so beloved by Russians, air conditioning on the balcony, which perfectly dried the laundry. But the air conditioner in the room rattled and creaked very much, although it coped with its purpose. Wi-fi worked tolerably well, although it was difficult to talk on Viber or WhatsApp. There is a 24-hour construction site in front of the windows facing the courtyard. Overall impression: it is good for an overnight stay, and you can spend time walking around the city. I am sure that everything will be fine after the repair is completed and we will come back here more than once!

The pool is open until 18.00. Inconvenient. The children wanted to swim. At the time of the stay, repairs were underway, which was a little annoying. The staff (with the exception of a few young people) didn't even smile. We were in Mui ne before, so there is something to compare it with. There is a problem with cleanliness on site. For example, in the smoking area, ashtrays are constantly full, garbage, bottles are not cleaned during the day. These are small things, of course, but they are very noticeable. The air conditioning in the room was barely working. There are no smoking rooms in the hotel. Well, in general, the hotel is only for overnight stays.
