The passport is really not always checked when receiving parcels and letters. It is sad. Who knows who would come to pick it up?

Hello. A complaint about a young person who works in window No. 1. She did not require a passport or any other document that confirms my identity, and gave me a registered letter on one notification that came to me by mail. The letter from Germany (important documents) was specially paid for in order to be delivered to a specific person! This is a sad negligence of the staff! Take action! Thank you.
