I live in the city of Rostov-on-Don. I need to make changes to the birth certificate..
I won three Russian trials. This organization in the DPR refuses to comply with the decisions of the Russian court. Referring to the "transition period" to Russian legislation.
It is very difficult to get through to a work phone. There's always a disgruntled girl on the line. We are now writing a statement to the prosecutor's office and the office of the Commissioner for Human Rights.
This attitude crosses all acceptable boundaries, unwillingness to work and failure to fulfill official duties.
Because of the "rush" with DNR passports and Russian ones, the queue needs to be occupied at 4 a.m. The people who came at 8 were already in their forties and, after sitting all day, did not wait for their turn. Of course, the registry office employees are not to blame for this, they themselves are hostages of the situation. I arrived before lunch, I couldn't even get into the waiting room to get at least some kind of consultation. In 2.5 weeks, the DPR passport will already be invalid (I am 45 years old), it is unlikely to be possible to get through with new introductions and all birth certificates and surname changes in Russian!!!!
JUST A NIGHTMARE!!!!
Horror. The queue is endless. To get to the registry office, you need to take a queue from 5 a.m. and it's not a fact that you will have time to pass. After all, no one has canceled "their own" yet. There is not enough order.
