We were delighted with the hotel!
Excellent service, attentive (but delicate) staff, all staff were always friendly and ready to help, very friendly to children.
Beautiful hotel building, stylish lobby, well-groomed territory. The beach and the sea are in one step.
A comfortable room, there is everything you need (from slippers and bathrobes to a hair dryer and iron), cleaning and changing of towels and bed linen took place every day (!) without requests and reminders.
Delicious and varied food, a large selection of dishes (both classic and original), everything is fresh and juicy. Vegetables, meat, seafood, fruits, sweets - for every taste. We liked salads, main dishes, passion fruit and pineapple. As an alternative to lunch in a restaurant for full-board guests, there are lunch boxes with fast food (burgers, sandwiches, pizza, etc.; a fruit plate is a delight!), which can be ordered at the pool bar (there or on the beach).
Cool animation (yoga, aquazumba, water polo), a children's room, we got to Halloween - great!
We recommend choosing full-board tours, as the prices on the menu (by Russian standards) are high. Only alcoholic beverages are not included in the full board.
Of the disadvantages (they were insignificant for us): the hotel is not located on the sea, but on the gulf (Persian Gulf); there are many crows on the territory of the hotel, which hunt for leftovers on street tables.
Impressions of the hotel and rest for 5+, we will boldly recommend to friends and are ready to come again.

A magnificent hotel. A place for a relaxing holiday. Without animation and loud music.
We had a vacation with a child for 5 years. This place is ideal for families with children. Everything is nearby: beach, swimming pool, playground and kids club. Everything is in 2 steps. Exceptionally good service. All the staff are smiling and hospitable.
Of the cons: the hotel's surroundings. There is nothing within walking distance. Huge vacant lots, a few ugly shops, poor houses. But, it seems, the emirate is being built up. It may get better in the coming years.
The prices in the hotel restaurant are exorbitant. At the same time, there is nowhere else to eat nearby. 500-1000 meters away, you can only find fast food eateries.
Despite the high prices, the restaurant's choice of dishes and the taste of the dishes are not so pleasing.
Examples of prices: 30 dirhams for chicken soup, 100-130 dirhams for a hot dish with meat, 50-70 dirhams for a salad.
To sum up: a chic hotel, excellent service, but excessively high prices and mediocre dishes in the restaurant.
PS I forgot to clarify that we took a BB ticket (breakfast only). And my conclusions about the dishes when ordering from the menu.
As for the breakfasts, they are very varied and delicious.

We had a rest from 08/28 to 4.09 And it was unforgettable, calm and peaceful!!!🧘🏻♀️ That's because:
1.The service of Prof.Level up! The reception will always help / prompt, immediately resolve any issue.
2. The kitchen is amazing! There's something new for every dinner. Seafood, fish, cheeses. There are sauces that lack flavor. We had a breakfast and dinner buffet.
3. The waiters are very friendly and smiling. It is clear that they love their work. On Saturday, the locals also rested, so there was a slight hitch. But no one expected a free table or their drink for hours.
4. Room cleaning is daily. There you will find everything: a hair dryer, a prof.cosmetics, a cap, threads, a hair band, a nail file, etc.😳The bed linen is so clean and airy that it creaks in your hands, so they refused to change the linen daily, leaving a yellow mark on the bed. She's standing on the bedside table) Of the cleaning staff, we really liked Him and Gill. The guys are very well-mannered and competent in their business. They will only take tips if they are lying on the bed. By the way, the sockets are universal (everything worked for a smartphone and iPhone).
5. The sea is calm. One day it was windy, so you could find beautiful shells on the shore. We were lucky enough to see small and one bigger fish, crabs, platypus. The igloo fish/sargan was also seen. They are small-not dangerous! I swam with glasses, it seems they were more afraid of me, and not the other way around😆
6.The beach is clean, where some construction debris was seen there is absolutely not clear. Order is monitored on the beach, violators are notified with a whistle. You can take cold water in unlimited quantities, spread natural fruit ice😜There is a cream and face spray on the towel rack. The sun beds are very comfortable and clean, they were washed during our rest period, and the covers were changed.
7. The pool is refreshing. The optimal depth level. I am a swimmer and I was able to calmly satisfy my need!!! They conduct water aerobics, water football and a competition on the sand. It was very cool! After reading a review that someone has acne, I honestly laughed, because the pool is treated with bleach. Which is a huge plus against infection! The main thing is to observe hygiene BEFORE and AFTER the pool. There is a shower and gel for this😏
8. We went to Dubai on Tuesday. You need to book a place on the bus in advance. The round trip took 1.5-2 hours, taking into account traffic jams. But it was worth it! They connected to the Internet in the Mall (only registration is needed, without an SMS code)👍🏻
We are 100% satisfied with the rest! We didn't see the disadvantages, in fact, we weren't looking for them! We wish you the same on vacation!

Personal hygiene products, including a nail file. Not only shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body milk 👌
Delicious breakfasts. Lunch and dinner menus. There are a lot of fruits, yoghurts, cheeses for breakfast, in pm with different molds. There are always a lot of free places on the beach. Everything is clean and well maintained. On the beach, unlimited replacement of towels, chilled water, sun protection and after-sun protection.

It is better to choose rooms with a balcony, because swimsuits in the bathroom do not dry, it is too humid, there is no heated towel rail

I really liked the hotel. The service is good. The staff is friendly. The condition of the rooms is excellent. It is clean, there is a lot of high-quality food, delicious cooking, a buffet system. The beach is in good condition, the sea is warm, the pool is cool. You can take a towel and water right on the beach. Ice cream made from orange, watermelon, melon, pineapple and mango juice is distributed. There is a shuttle service to Dubai. 10 minutes by taxi to the big hyper - Lulu.

We are vacationing here from October 12 to 24, 2024. The vacation is calm, the sea is also calm, and the staff is very friendly and smiling.

The territory of the hotel is very small - literally a car entrance area (a fountain and a little greenery around), Parking for cars (a lot of locals come by for the weekend). On the other hand, there is an immediate exit to the beach (200 meters long). The beach is sandy with interspersed shells (you can do without coral slippers). There are enough sun beds with mattresses (they will always find a free one). Beach guys are given towels and cold bottled water without any cards. The beach opens at 7, closes at sunset (approximately at 18). The entrance is pleasant-you can comfortably splash at a shallow depth, but also close to the "depth". There is a swimming pool (it has Jacuzzi areas). At 11 o'clock, aqua aerobics is held by a representative of Jamaica (music thunders only at this time). There is a bar next to the pool-open during the day. There is a children's pool under a rack canopy with flowers-showers in it). Shower by the pool and for feet on the beach, there are no changing rooms. The hotel is located in a bay, but the water is not stagnant. There was often a lake surface, but the tides are also felt. A couple of moments were very strong. At first it seemed that the buoys were very close, but once in such a current, I realized that it was just right (I had to hold on to the buoy rope for 25 minutes-wait so as not to be carried away). Buoys and ropes are covered with corals, sponges, ophiures. They are inhabited by many small crabs , which come to catch small sandpipers and !!! crows (in this hotel for the first time I felt that the most seabird is a crow. They live in large numbers on palm trees - they begin to practice singing from sunrise to sunset, they do not stop. And by lunch, the croaking turns into a kind of quacking). The left half of the beach rests on a breakwater made of stones. There you can swim with a mask -red snapper up to 50cm, silver swallow fish, a large flock of moharr, Arabian scolops, black-striped sea crucian up to 40cm, Arabian angel small, mullets, crabs different (blue large), you can see hedgehogs: diadem and scaler. Right along the entire shore at the edge floats a three-striped elephant in small flocks, tilozura. The barracuda was coming. Along the entire beach, companion bulls with nutcracker crayfish live in burrows. On the right there is a playground with natural green grass. In the morning, udots "grazed" there. The hotel itself is new (or after a very fresh hi-tech renovation). The lobby is beautiful, lots of seats with chairs and tables, a bar with sweets. The exit towards the bay is a bar area: "restaurant" tables (you can eat outside), zones of small tables with sofas, armchairs, pillows. There are tubs of live olives around - it's beautiful (there are tubs of inanimate olives in the lobby, but at first glance you can't tell them from the living ones)! The staff brings mobile air conditioners to the vacationers (so that it is pleasant to sit). Russian Russian-speaking guys at the reception are friendly (no one speaks Russian at the hotel and there are no instructions in Russian). You can get to YOUR floor by elevator using a room key card (without confirmation by the card, the elevator will not be lucky). The rooms are small but cozy, many without balconies (things in the bathroom practically do not dry). Everything is new-there is nothing chipped, scratched. One sink with a large countertop, a shelf at the bottom (LED strip under it), a full-length mirror above the sink, a magnifying mirror with backlight, there is a hygienic shower next to the toilet. The shower is separated by a sliding glass wall. High-tech plumbing, everything works clearly. The hair dryer is powerful. On the countertop-liquid soap and lotion, shower cap, ear sticks, 2 glasses. In the shower: shampoo, conditioner, body gel. Everything is always filled. In the shower, there is a d/drying string hidden in the wall. 2 bath towels, 2 d/ person, 2 medium. At the entrance, a small closet with transparent doors, when opened, the backlight turns on: there is a ironing board with a good iron, waffle bathrobes, disposable slippers, 4 hangers. Separately, a couple of open and a couple of closed shelves, a safe (free). The room has a large double bed, a mattress of medium softness. The bed linen is white with ribbed trim, very pleasant. Everything is new, without stains and bad smell (by the way, everywhere (hall, corridors) smells of Arabic incense, in places very intrusive). Bedside tables on each side. Telephone. Bedside lighting is individual. The general lighting is not very bright, a floor lamp. The table is large: a mirror, a teapot, 2 glasses, teaspoons, tea bags-black, green, instant coffee, sugar, 4 small bottles of water (always refilled without problems). A small refrigerator (freezes perfectly!).The curtains are rubberized. Armchair. There is a small clamshell d / suitcase-but somehow there is no place where to put this clamshell (suitcases in the room are superfluous!😂). A huge TV above the table (opposite the bed), but, in my opinion, there are no Russian channels (we did not turn it on). Internet is available anywhere in the hotel (and on the beach). It's not possible to talk on Whatsapp, and photos and written messages are no problem. There is no resort fee and no deposits. The restaurant is lovely. Also in the style of high-tech and loft. The food is great. And vegetables (except tomatoes-they are slightly oak): cucumbers, carrots, green salad of 2-3 types, oriental spreads of chickpeas, cheeses, cheeses, sausages (no pork), fruits-watermelons, melons of two types, passion fruit, pitahaya, apples, peaches or grapes-in sufficient quantities. Mixed salads are peculiar, many with an admixture of cereals, but no one has ever been poisoned! There is a lot of meat (especially wonderful lamb lula). The fish is white without bones, clean fillet-it has always been. Mixed seafood (shrimp, squid, shells every other day) is delicious. Squid were also in rings (they did not always succeed). Meat with sauces. All sorts of vegan dishes like okra. Be sure to have rice -amazing, you can eat without anything! (with the increase in the number of guests of Hindu-Pakistanis, it became with specific additives with a bitter base). There are many varieties of bread. Sweet pastries are sagging, by 3 plus (but there is no temptation!😃), there is no oriental baking. Buffet. Drinks must be ordered from the waiter. All without problems, and with alcohol (not bad red wine). They make cocktails. There are carbonated drinks in cans (joy to children!). There are high chairs for children. There are no paper napkins (if you sooooo ask, then the waiter will bring individually). There was always oatmeal porridge in the morning. You can take out food, but somehow no one suffered from it. You can order food in the room (for a fee). You can order food in the restaurant (then you don't use the buffet)-it's free (the kitchen is in plain sight and you can see how the chef is trying hard and chasing subordinates). Not long to wait. I really liked salmon, lamb on a bone. Young people order pizzas, big mags, French fries. The dishes are all clean, there are no chipped positions. There are Indian dishes - but this is not our topic (spicy rice with spices and fried egg on top). The only Russian-speaking waitress, Natasha, works in the restaurant. Polite, explains everything. In the evening, sometimes there is a queue at the restaurant, you have to wait for free tables (not for long). If you don't want to wait, you can sit outside. On one side of the hotel is some kind of municipal building, on the other hand - it is empty on land, and there is a pier in the sea, and opposite the building is unfinished - it seems like a marina is being built. There is no active construction (maybe it is for now, but it was quiet and decent with us). There is practically nowhere to go out - there is a vacant lot in front of the hotel, then there is a new small high-rise building, there are poor supermarkets within walking distance (all to the right). In 2 blocks (if it's not hot, then you can walk in the evening) there is a Lu-Lu hypermarket (like our Intersection, and things on top). By taxi -20 dirhams (you need to negotiate when boarding, when disembarking-prices from the ceiling are cosmic!) . The guide is disgusting (Mustafa). Doesn't explain anything. Stupidly collects money for an excursion (even talks badly about excursions). And he's gone! On Tuesdays there is a free shuttle service to the Dubai Mall (you only need to make an appointment at the reception in advance). Drive an hour and a half. The hotel has its own transfer to the airport (does not stop anywhere). The clothes are loose : both shorts and short T-shirts-all without problems. They even let me into the restaurant in wet clothes (which I didn't like). In general, the hotel is excellent (perhaps we will repeat the arrival). We were from 15.09.23 to 1.10.23. The room has a USB socket-port at each bed (and in the lobby everywhere).

Hello! We stayed at this hotel from 08/05/24 To 08/17/24. To be honest, I did not like it! The food is the same lunch, Dinner. Breakfast buffet. The menu is for lunch and dinner. If we take the soup and the second, the salad is not allowed!!! It's just nonsense! We had everything included! It was taken with the condition that there would be a buffet! We asked for a buffet, they told us that it was not the season! With grief in half, the dinner was still made a buffet! There is no animation, there are no bicycles.It was stated that this would all happen. So there was nothing! The hotel is clean, cleaning is done, the staff is good! The chefs are great! It's certainly not their fault that there was no buffet! This is important on vacation! The hotel does not pull for 5*! The sea is dirty, dead fish swims, the mud is green. If you say take it away, they will take it away, you won't say they won't clean it up! In general, the Service is not intrusive ...Of course, the rest is ruined! There are no Russian-speaking staff.The menu through the translator is very inconvenient. They asked to print it in Russian and did not do it. If you want to relax in a 5* all inclusive, then it's not in this hotel! Think before you go!!!

The sea is clear. I didn't see any torn sun beds. The pool is one and the depth is up to 1.2 meters. The range of food is not large, but everything is fresh, you will not stay hungry. There is no entertainment program. The hotel has a bad location, there is nowhere to go, excursions were bought from sputnik8, at the hotel and from the tour operator it is more expensive. It was not possible to book a bus for Tuesday, because already on Saturday there were no seats for Tuesday of the following week (a taxi to Dubai in one direction from 5000 rubles. You can warm up, we were satisfied with the rest, but we will not return to this hotel anymore.

The rooms are bigger than we thought, they are very spacious. Soap, brushes, discs, sticks, etc. all give. The room is cleaned every day and the bed is changed every day (if you do not need to change, there is a card on the bedside table. You put it on the bed and they'll just make it up for you). A good hotel for a relaxing holiday by the sea.
Location. The hotel is located in not the most popular emirate - you need to understand this. From here, except with an excursion or in a rented car, you can't go anywhere. Taxis that operate in Dubai (yandex, Karim) they don't work here. He drives his own taxi around the city (we went to kite beach for 10-20 dirhams, depending on how you agree). Taxis stop just on the street or you can order a respeshn. There is a shuttle service on Tuesdays to Dubai Mall from 9 to 9. You can use it to visit Dubai.
Sea. The hotel itself does not have an open sea, it is a bay. There are no waves, the water is clear, there are different fish, crayfish. Sometimes there are prickly shells in the sand. On the sea we went to kite beach a couple of times, it takes 10 minutes by taxi. There is already a real sea there, but there are problems with showers and toilets. The toilet worked for 1 day, then they came, it was closed. There are showers and tulayets on a paid piece (entrance is 50 dirhams). On weekdays in November, there were no people at all on the free beach, we were practically alone.
Numbers. Nice, quiet enough, unless the room faces the road. Everything is still new, there are bathrobes, slippers, good cosmetics, good pillows and mattresses. The beds are large. Different illumination. The only thing on the 4th floor in the room was a very noisy ventilation in the room, which does not turn off in any way. We were moved to the 3rd floor, it was better there, but still the hum is sometimes heard.
Activity. Aqua Jim takes place in the pool, you can rent bicycles, there is a fitness room. There is a tennis court with 1 hour of play for free. There are water skis and a wake board. A cool embankment with a treadmill, exercise equipment, and a skate park has been built next to the hotel, but it is not open yet. They said it would open in December.
Meal. I would say peculiar, but you can always find something to eat. For breakfast, vegetables, fruits (melon, pineapple, papaya, watermelon, passion fruit, dragon fruit, plum, peaches), different pastries, all sorts of egg dishes are prepared by the cook, there has always been oatmeal. The waiters bring coffee by order, very convenient. For dinner there was always fish, different meat often spicy with different spices, there were tomato and tom yam soups, as well as vegetables, fruits, desserts. Once there was a barbecue on the street and a station with pasta with stuffing to choose from.
Service. Very attentive service staff. When you arrive, your luggage is taken to your room. Cleaning every day, everything is always clean, sometimes even your clothes are folded)) for breakfast and dinner, everyone is also always attentive, drinks are brought to the table, everything is quickly cleaned. On the beach and by the pool, they help to find sun loungers or a place to relax. We wanted to rent a car, at the reception the administrator spent 30 minutes searching and found us a car. There were also no problems with replacing the number. We had an early departure, we left at 5 am, we were packed with buns and fruit and made coffee with us.
From what I personally did not like, but did not overshadow the vacation, it's crows in the morning)) they walk around the tables, shouting. There were mosquitoes in the evening. We were at the Social bar, we didn't like the cocktails at all, the wine was average (but we brought our own =)).

HOLIDAYS IN THE LOW SEASON
My husband and I vacationed at this hotel in July 2024 using the all-inclusive system. I would like to note that the concept in the off-season differs from the seasonal one, which neither the hotel nor the tour operator (Biblio Globus) warned us about.
CHECK-IN: Check-in takes place after 15:00, but for an additional fee it can be done earlier. We arrived at the hotel around 15:30, so the check-in happened very quickly. They took our suitcase and sent it to lunch. No additional funds (tax, deposit) were requested.
Number: We had a regular deluxe room with a view of the city, with a balcony. The room is quite spacious, comfortable, and has a comfortable soft bed. The room had: slippers, bathrobes, high-quality cosmetics, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, a large number of towels, all sorts of little things like shower caps, nail files, etc., kettle, 2 glass bottles of water, tea, coffee, cups, mini-bar (empty, used just as a refrigerator).
They cleaned every day, regularly.
Internet: The WiFi is connected immediately at the reception. It works perfectly throughout the hotel, including on the beach.
FOOD: And here's the most interesting thing. The buffet was only for breakfast (omelette, 1 type of porridge, breakfast cereals, boiled eggs, pastries, greens, vegetables, sausages, sausages, cheeses, fruits, yoghurts, juice (NOT freshly squeezed, as someone wrote earlier, but the usual packaged)).
Lunch and dinner were ONLY ON the MENU, which did not change once during the 8 days of stay! By the end, I was already sick of the same food, and I didn't know what to order. I attached a photo of the menu to the review.
The only salvation was that instead of a restaurant, you could have lunch at the pool bar, and there the menu was different, but mostly, of course, it was fast food.
In general, the digestive system did not thank us for such food.
And food was one of the main criteria by which I chose a hotel. Therefore, be careful if you are traveling in low season.
alcohol: It is served from 12:00 to 22:30. The all-inclusive system includes wine by the glass (red, white, pink), beer (amstel and some Thai), whiskey, gin, white rum, tequila, water and several types of cocktails (pina colada, gin and tonic, sex on the beach, tequila sunrise and cuba libre).
Information from the hotel and tour operators indicated that the spirits were imported: Grants whiskey, Gordons gin, Bacardi rum, El Charro tequila and Stolichnaya vodka. In fact, some local or simply non-branded alcohol was poured, although all of the above brands were available. And when we directly asked for Bacardi rum, we were refused. Perhaps this is also due to the fact that we rested in the summer, but again, no one warned us about this.
beach: A lot has already been written about the beach, I was not driving after it, I knew that a hot puddle was waiting for me (and it was). But the water is without mud. The beach is sandy. The sun beds are free, because in this heat everyone is by the pool.
THE POOL: It seems quite large, but exactly half of the pool has a depth below the knee, because in fact the area where you can swim and "pee" is much smaller. The pool is cooled - this is a big plus. But because the depth is very shallow, all the children were floundering there, which made it impossible to rest and relax from time to time. This is especially true for local children and teenagers. There were quite a lot of them, and the behavior was just disgusting, everyone was yelling, jumping, splashing. The hotel staff made comments to them, but it was useless, as I understood, the law was not written to the locals.
THE TERRITORY is small, but very clean, quite cozy, because everything is still new. The hotel smells amazing everywhere.
In general, it was fine, but I would not recommend this hotel for a summer vacation. The food spoiled the impression the most. This format is definitely not worth the money. I think that in the season, a vacation in the Form would be much better)
By the way, when we were evicted, we were asked how our vacation went, and we answered honestly. After that, the employee asked us to write a positive review about the hotel in front of him, but we refused. So, looking at the reviews, keep this in mind)

However, only in the third part of it can an adult swim, otherwise you will hit the bottom with your stomach. There is a separate building near the pool behind the bar: toilets with showers and a changing cabin. This is especially useful for those who have an early arrival or late departure. The nearest Lu-Lu chain store is a 25-30 minute walk away. It is better to go after sunset, when it is not so hot. But be prepared for the fact that there are not sidewalks everywhere and there are almost no pedestrian crossings. In general, the emirate is sincere, like a small regional center. 1. Rooms: nice, spacious, freshly renovated. They are cleaned very well, there is always new water and towels. Of the cons: in some rooms, the window opens very little, while it is very humid and there are no hooks for clothes and towels. As a result: nothing dries. I would like at least a couple of additional hooks.
2. Food. The Origins restaurant is beyond praise. The buffet is very good, varied, delicious, and for tomorrow, lunch and dinner. During the week of my stay, I did not have time to get bored. Of the cons: a very incomprehensible scheme of operation of all inclusive. You can't order a la carte, only a buffet (although for me the restaurant menu was one of the points why I chose the hotel). In fact, all inclusive includes full board plus unlimited alcohol (there is no similarity to the Turkish all inclusive). Alcohol is inexpensive, but it is quite suitable. You can also order a la carte lunch at the pool bar: mostly fast food, but it will go for a change. The second disadvantage: crows and cats are beggars. I love animals, but I also like to eat in peace. Install an ultrasonic repeller and you will simplify the life of many visitors.
3. The territory and the beach. The territory is small, but there is everything you need. The sea is good, clean, and warm. There are a lot of animals, especially in the evening, so for safety reasons the beach is closed. The swimming pool, playgrounds and so on are also good. There is nothing outside the territory. The nearest decent supermarket or pharmacy is at least 15 minutes away by car. If you do not have enough of what is available at the hotel or need something, for example, for a child, keep this in mind.
4. Maintenance. Very good, everyone is trying to please you, especially if you have a child. If you read reviews that everyone will forget about you on the weekend due to the arrival of local guests, this is not the case. It's just that there are more guests, and the waiting time for your service increases accordingly.
Overall, I recommend the hotel, especially for families with children. You can stay here for many days and never feel the need to go outside the territory to find something new
